Pet care experience

Fully registered and licenced with Cheltenham Borough Council (25/02203/AWREGS). We've been looking after people's pets for around 7 years, providing them with a "home from home" experience, as well as caring for them in their own homes. During this time, we have cared for a variety of pets, including: dogs, cats, rabbits, guineapigs, rats, lizards and chickens. We pride ourselves on ensuring each pet in our care is treated as our own. Our labradoodle Nova is always excited to welcome new friends and provides plenty of fun and company.

Nellie became part of the family very quickly and was looked after as such. Nellie was cared for with love and affection and treated to lots of walks, play, cuddles and doggy birthday parties! She made lots of friends. Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept fully up to date with lots of photos and videos which showed Nellie having a lovely time! I would not hesitate to book again, thank you so much!

Angus had a wonderful day with James and Leah. He can sometimes be a bit nervous in new places but he had two walks in the morning with their dog and family and was comfortable enough to eat his lunch there which is unusual for him. Leah was very reassuring when I dropped him off. I’d be very happy to use their services again in future. Thank you

Friendly and welcomed my dog! Easy to book and very accommodating at short notice which was so helpful to us! Took good care of our dog. Reassuring to know that James and Leah have their own dogs too.

Benny had a wonderful stay with James and Leah. He was so well cared for and they provide a first class service! Leah kindly sent some photos of Benny enjoying himself and communication with them was always extremely polite and prompt. I would highly recommend them as your dogs will be in very safe hands. Thank you once again.
