Pet care experience
A loving companion for your dog
I have grown up with a wide variety of animals, from dogs, to cats, chickens to cows and rabbits to reptiles (and more) and have also worked on a farm in the petting zoo area. I am extremely confident with animals and nothing makes me happier than the company of a dog. I have had my own dogs: German Shepherd, working Vizsla, Golden Retriever, I currently do not have my own dog since moving out of my family home but still look after the family Vizsla and Retriever when needed. I have also dog-sat and cared for other dogs recently including Whippets, Spaniels and Dachshunds. I will always request a list of instructions, training commands (known and learning) and will look after anyone’s pet to those specifications as I know how important it is to maintain an animal’s routine and training especially when being in a new environment. I have a large car so am able to take pets to their favourite parks / places, but also live in central Cheltenham near Montpellier, Imperial and Pitville which are ideal places for walks.

I 100% recommend Hannah for an overnight stay. I have a large, male GSD who currently requires medication and has a changeable but set exercise regime and I was very concerned about leaving him for a long weekend when I would unavoidably be away without him, and I knew he would be most comfortable in his own home. I contacted Hannah, she came for an initial meet and then two walking sessions prior to staying for two nights. She communicated very well before the weekend and sent updates of his walks and confirmed his medication had been given, she sent photos of him chilling at home during my time away (without swamping me with messages). When I returned Buzz hardly looked up he was so relaxed, the house was left in perfect condition and I am delighted with support that Hannah gave us.
Hannah has been everything I hoped for - excellent communication before, during the visit, she listened and responded to my requirements and sent photos of Buzz from her visit and he looked very happy and relaxed. I will definitely book her again!
Great
We had a great first experience using Rover and booking with Hannah. She took the time to meet us beforehand, which really put us at ease. Our youngest can be a bit nervous, but the updates and photos showed both dogs having a brilliant time and settling in really well. Everything felt easy, reassuring, and well organised, we’d definitely book with Hannah again.
Hannah has been really lovely to deal with, she clearly has an affinity with big dogs, which I really appreciate, and my dog loves her and Ethan. Her communication has been excellent and she's patient with my while I familiarise myself with this App.
Hannah took care of my dog at her house for a day. The care was great and my dog was incredibly happy with her. Fed well, long walks and lots of attention. Will be coming back again in the future.

Schedule
I work from home 3 days a week and can walk a dog morning, lunch time and evening, my work will allow me to interact with pets all day in the house outside of the walking times whilst working. I am very attentive with dogs and it’s important to me that they’re kept happy and entertained all day. I live with my partner who also loves dogs and has lots of experience (he has had a Kangol and other mixed breeds of medium and large dogs throughout his life) I am free most weekends and bank holidays and would be able to have dogs stay overnight if needed during these times to allow owners to go on trips and holidays.

Safety, trust & environment
I request owners to send me instructions including a daily routine, likes and dislikes, mannerisms, and any commands known or commands learning so that I can ensure I care for someone’s pet, the same way they care for them. I am able to host any size crate in my living room and have a multi-level property with a small courtyard garden, I live across the road from Montpellier Gardens so have outside space for a larger dog there if a private garden isn’t necessary for exercise. I am more than happy to give owners updates as much as they want during their pets stay, and frankly love giving updates and photos of their pets enjoying their time. All owners are welcome for property visits, walks to meet eachother and trial runs to see how I interact with their dogs to ensure you’re comfortable with me caring for them.
A typical day
I like to do walks 3x a day or whatever is needed. Between these I like to ensure dogs are stimulated with games, chews and training. I like to always be giving a dog attention in some kind of way, even if that’s just sitting with them and making sure they’re comfy and happy.
