About: I have been looking after dogs, way before I moved to England, I’m from America but have live here in England for 26 yrs . I’m a reliable dog owner who makes sure pets are well taken care of…! I walk dogs minimum three times a day, but up to 5 times a day for casual walks and fresh air, I love walking on the beach seafront and around Hove Park I am very respectful when it come to looking after your pet in your home , make sure they eat on time and are walked at least three times a day but up to 5 times a day I do like the outdoors so I like getting out especially around the seafront area. I don’t like walking dogs that I don’t know very well unleashed so they will be walked on a leash while I’m walking them, I hope that’s not a problem.

“Steve is amazing. This was our first time using Rover, and although Steve is fairly new to Rover, he is an old hand at pet and house sitting. I would say he is a professional pet sitter and house sitter. Our dog Frankie loved him from the start. Steve’s calm kind energy had Frankie cuddling him on the sofa demanding head stokes. Frankie can be challenging at times with new poeple, but nothing fazes Steve and he quickly worked out Frankies quirks and made best friends with him. We have a tracker on Frankie which Steve logged on to. Steve is very good with technology so knew how to use the tracker and made sure the ‘five star’ walks were kept up and exceeded! Steve is great at sending photos and updates whilst away, and communication before. We are so happy we have found Steve and feel completely comfortable leaving our home and beloved dog with him whilst we are away.”

About: I've always been an animal lovers, I go above and beyond when caring for any animal. I used to bring in wild life that was injured and if I hear a dog crying constantly, I find myself checking if it's ok. My friends and family always joke about how much I care for animals. Hi, people that know me know how much of an animal lover I am. Looking after animals especially dogs is very rewards as I lost my own dog after 14yrs in 2025. I shaved my hair a few years ago to raise money for an animal charity, because of Covid charities are struggling. I always give 110% because looking after animals isn`t a chore, it`s a satisfaction. I sometimes look after my friends dog and have boarded him at their house, also my neighbors cat when they go away. I am happy to stay overnight, this would be at the owners house rather than my own. I would follow instructions that owners have asked if me, I feel a routine will help with any pets anxieties. Give them cuddles if they let me and make sure they have food and water and either let them out or take them out to the toilet.
