“We’ve utilized Tom to watch our dogs multiple times at our home. It’s so comforting to be away and know that our dogs are being cared for and in great hands! Tom is our “go to” for anytime we have to leave our dogs behind.”

“This was my first time using Rover.com. Our sitter Kae was wonderful with our two newly adopted dogs and sent us daily updates via photos and video. She had no problem watching out for our geese and feeding our wild birds. She provided us peace of mind, knowing someone dependable was watching our home.”

“Julianne was a great house sitter / pet sitter for our kitty. She cared for him during a nearly 3 week vacation in May 2024. She stayed in communication with us throughout the trip and always gave me a sense that our cat was cared for with affection and love. Took great care of our house and yard which doesn’t require a whole lot but was a comfort while we were away. I especially appreciated that Julianne is retired and could really spend most of her time here. Highly recommended!”

“Madeline was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better sitter than her! She house sat for my 3yr cat and 2yr old dog with no problems. She sent pictures and updates of them which made my day those days. I highly recommend her! She made my trip to Puerto Rico even better by feeling at ease with her amazing care to my fur babies! 10/10 Thank you again Maddy!”

“Took amazing care of my dogs. Best Rover experience to date. Kris and Laura go above and beyond. My dogs absolutely loved them. Was able to enjoy my time away knowing such great people were taking care of them. Thank you!!”

“Natasha was wonderful! We met her first and knew right away she would take care of our pup with great care. While we were away, Natasha sent us daily notes and pictures of how Whisky was doing. Playing with her dog, Jasper, was an added bonus for Whisky! We will definitely be having Natasha come stay with Whisky again! Thank you Natasha! Our trip was worry free 😊”

About: Hello there, I have just retired and have a lot of time to stop by and check in or walk your furry pets. We have a place between Silverdale and Poulsbo and I have had cats and dogs most of my life. Currently have three cats and one German Shorthair Pointer who I spend a lot of time exercising and walking. We have lots of animals on our small Poulsbo plot and with growing up around farms in MN, I have lots of experience with animals and would never want to be without them. I know what it is like to go on vacation and have to find someone to feed all my furry family so if I can help with that I am willing!!!!! Currently I am free for stop in visits or dog walks Monday thru Saturday. I am free from early in the morning until 7pm at night. I used Rover myself when in need it for visits before I retired due to my long days at work. We have someone we trusted come in our house from Rover to check in on our GSP and our Cats.

“Emily always does a great job with our pups and leaves our house as clean as it was when we left! Our pups love her and we will definitely have her watch them again in the future :)”

“Wyatt was great with my 4 pups! When we did the meet and great Wyatt was an instant hit with them - they havent been around too many people so I was happy to see them accept Wyatt into the pack quickly :-) They seemed very content when I returned home after my trip. Thanks Wyatt!”

About: I'm very good at following directions for a pets specific needs and I've worked with a few dog trainers in my day and have learned how to read and respect a dogs and cats boundaries while also been clear and patient enough to finish whatever task we are doing. I'm a part-time student, an artist and I work minimally at a job so I have an extremely workable schedule. Even if I have a shift I can make time for a pet on my lunch break, if ever necessary. I'm non-smoker/vaper I grew up with two family dogs and we always had cats around, walking dogs daily was drilled into me as necessary, if not more if they do not have a safe yard. Currently I have two cats in a smaller house so I'm accustomed to cleaning the litter box twice a day and plenty of play time to get the zooming out! And of course pets and love for all.

About: I have always been an animal lover and absolutely love being around animals. Will take care of your pet like it’s my own and they will get spoiled! Good with both small and large dogs of all kinds! Absolutely love animals and would love to hangout with yours!! I recently became a veteran after serving 7 years as active duty and looking for an enjoyable experience with pets! I absolutely love having regular clients so feel free to keep coming back! I’m super flexible so just let me know the specifics of what you need so I can make this experience the best for your pet. Will take lots of pictures and provide daily updates. Always respect your home and furry family members. I have a lazy border collie/pit mix and a bossy miniature pinscher, so I have experience with both large and small dogs. Can bring own treats or other supplies if needed and will always give your dog cuddles (if they like that of course).

“Jacob was great! He met us beforehand for a walk just to get acquainted. He was on time, communicative, and our dog was smiling in the very first photo he sent.”

“Sarah was great with my new puppy. When I originally booked I had a senior dog as well, and unfortunately I had to put him down the day that Sarah was arriving. She was understanding, and flexible with my time change, and kindly provided a refund since she would only be watching one dog. She communicated very well while we were away and kept me updated with pictures. She was also flexible when we ended up coming home a few hours later than originally scheduled. She stayed in our home with our puppy and I would not hesitate to use her again.”

“We are so lucky we found Elliot! We had a different in-house sitter cancel last minute for a long trip, so I reached out to Elliot. She came over the next day to meet our dog, Archie, and was good with him immediately. She was punctual and communicative. She took great care of Archie while we were gone. He is a generally anxious dog, and was super relaxed when we got home! Our house was also clean & tidy, she even washed the sheets on the guest bed. We look forward to working with Elliot again!”

“We are incredibly happy with Cassidy’s care of our pets for two weeks! She house sat for our energetic Lab and senior, blind Chihuahua. Both need lots of attention and get anxious with changes in routine. Cassidy handled them wonderfully with walks/play/cuddles for our Lab and proper care/lap time for our blind “old man”. She clearly cared for them as we do, with no signs of anxiety or stress (chewing, nervous licking, not eating). Cassidy was diligent and professional; on time for visits, communicated each day, and sent pictures regularly that showed the dogs enjoying themselves as they normally do. We returned to content, healthy pups and our home in the same condition as we left it. We will definitely be booking Cassidy again to watch our pets!!”

Sheelagh C.
“Hello, Sheelagh is wonderful with pets. Sheelagh and her family adopted our dog, who at that time was terrible with cats and defensive around other male dogs. Sheelagh managed to teach him to calm down and be fine with cats as well as be gentle around other dogs. Sheelagh is a faithful dog walker, kind and gentle. I highly recommend her! Your dogs will love her!”

She stepped up when the first person got sick and bailed i was in Europe and couldn't do anything came home to my house and dog in very good condition camie really took to sheri will be using her again and again she made my trip very pleasant not having to worry about my dog or house

Wyatt was amazing to work with! Great communication throughout his stay and kept both our pups happy and out of trouble. We also had a long flight delay on our way back home and Wyatt graciously offered to check in on the dogs again and stay longer if needed. He really put any worries we had to rest. Would definitely recommend Wyatt and will be using him again!

Janine is a true pro. Our senior dog was loved and cared for. When I was describing what I thought were my dog’s unusual issues and behaviors, it was clear that she had seen them all many times before. She communicated with me while we were away and made me feel that our pup was in great care. I will definitely hire Janine again!
