I work full time during the weekdays 8:30-6pm so my availability is limited towards the weekends but can be available after 6:45pm typically. I had shared that my dog shouldn’t be left alone for more than 8 hours, but there was a day she was alone longer than that due to a change in plans. I wasn’t aware ahead of time, and with earlier notice I would have been able to arrange additional support. Similarly, on the first day, the arrival time shifted from the expected 8am to closer to 11am without prior notice, which made it difficult to adjust plans on my end. Overall, Joseph is kind, affordable, and attentive with animals. With more proactive communication around schedule changes, he could provide an even better experience.
