“Cassie did a wonderful job taking care of our 2 labs and 1 cat while we were away on vacation and made sure the house stayed in good working order! Her schedule was flexable enough to house sit Thursday through Sunday which allowed us to travel out of state and the primary reason we went with her. She stayed in constant communication and was swift with her reply! She gave us peace of mind knowing our pets where being well taken care for which allowed us to enjoy our vacation!”

“Hallie is a senior lab very attached to me so can be challenging to sit for in my absence. Even though Chloe just met her, I was very pleased to return home to a happy and healthy girl who obviously did just fine and must have enjoyed her time with Chloe.”

“We just got home. Everything looks great and thank you for the card and for bringing the garbage can up. Also, thank you for making the bed and stripping it. We do appreciate that.”

“We were so lucky to find Leah. Exceptionally trust worthy and gave my Leo the best love and care! Frenchie’s need special care and anxiety support when we travel and Leo was so chilled when we returned!”

“Mariah stayed at our home with our 4 dogs for 4 days and nights. She is fantastic with our dogs. They all love her and received great care. Mariah sent photos and videos and let us know how they were doing daily. This was our first time using ROVER and we will be using Mariah and ROVER in the future.”

“Robin was great!! My pup loved her and she was not at all intimidated by his high energy and ill-mannered behavior. She communicated with us before and during the stay, and sent pictures. Sherlock was entertained and she even was able to get my very picky eater to finish his dinner. I highly recommend her.”

“Cosimo our 4 pound totally grumpy old Yorkshire terrier loved his time with Katherine. She was just a perfect fit for us. She was kind to send us pictures of him while we went out. Made the whole experience completely comfortable and less stressful for me. Left our home in ship shape condition.”

“Wendy is a dream pet sitter! She stayed with our two dogs for two days, and the entire experience was seamless. It was immediately clear how thoughtful and caring she is; our dogs were happy, relaxed, and well-loved in her care. Wendy is also exceptionally tidy. We were thrilled to return to a spotless home after our trip. It gave us such peace of mind to know both our pups and our house were in such capable hands. We would welcome her back in a heartbeat!”

“Alexia watched my pers for 2 weeks. They are healthy and happy. I don’t know what she did but my dogs are NOT ANXIOUS. They are calm!! For the very first time they aren’t going crazy when I step foot in the house.”

“Flora is so sweet. She was very nice and communicative the whole time we were gone, and took great care of our dogs! Our dogs are rambunctious to say the least, and so I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Hannah was wonderful with our puppies! She did everything we asked and even visited with my elderly mother who lives with us too. She was timely and went the extra mile for us. She kept the yard & house super clean. We are so happy with her help! Definitely will be calling her again for help.”

“Anna is great and we completely trust her with our dogs. She has taken care of senior dogs and now our Australian Shepard puppy with our Great Pyrenees at the same time. They are WILD together and she did a great job of handling them. Would strongly recommend her for any dog situation”

“James was AMAZING with my super anxious dog!!! She was so well taken care of while I was away, it was her first time being away from us and James did such a great job taking care of her! Gave us so much peace of mind. So glad we’re able to find someone who can help and be so patient with our pup!”

“Penny was fabulous! We are first timers to Rover and were nervous trying out someone new. We have two big dogs and one mischievous cat, plus three garden spaces to water and a house to keep up. Penny tackled it all, no problems, handled all aspects of the job. The animals loved her and were all well taken care of. She gave medicine to our dog who has epilepsy twice a day and no issues there, such a relief! She was a joy to connect with , very social and friendly, and put us all at ease, she is a really nice person! We'll use her again in the future!”

“Tabutha was wonderful with my animals and my home while I was gone. I came back to happy relaxed dogs and alpacas and a clean, tidy house. My foster dog has very high anxiety and she bonded with Tabutha in just a day or so. I will definitely ask Tabutha to house sit for me again.”

Erlands Point-Kitsap Lake pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kathrine really did a wonderful job of caring for our 2 small dogs. We had been getting ready to leave for trip and one of the dogs suddenly didn’t feel well. We went to the vet and then decided to not take them to our usual kennel. Katherine baby sat our pups and we couldn’t be happier. Less to worry about and they were in their own home. We will be using her again!
Cassie was fantastic. Our senior Corgi took to her immediately and bonded very well. She house sat with our Corgi and understood her medical issue, her needs and what to do in case of an emergency. We will definitely call on Cassie again to house sit our Corgi.

Regina was a rock star! She handled both dogs, with ease and followed up with all my inquiries as well as photos. We felt comfortable with our old girl being in her care (that's saying something from this helicopter mom) and she also handled our middle-aged big guy, no problem.

We had a great experience with Cheyenne! She was so easy to communicate with and our dogs were happy and well taken care of. We felt at complete ease leaving our pups with her. She also took great care of our house and left it better than she found it. We will be using Cheyenne to watch our fur babies again!

Zoe is THE BEST! She stayed at our home with our pets for a 2 week trip out of the country for our wedding and honeymoon. During that time our cat Frederick had a pretty severe accident that required emergency vet care. Zoe and her husband Jerin were on their way to the vet with Frederick in less than 10 minutes after they discovered his injury. Frederick ended up needing immediate surgery and an overnight stay. They picked him up the next day and then provided amazing aftercare for the remaining week we were gone. Zoe made it possible for us to enjoy our wedding and time after with minimal worry. She truly cared for our pets and especially Frederick with gentleness and compassion. She kept us updated on his recovery and sent picture of him looking quite content and comfortable. This is our 5th time hiring Zoe and her calm and clear head during a scary incident has cemented her as our #1 choice for a house/pet sitter.
