I booked Katherine for 3 days of house sitting for my puppy. We met in advance and she asked if her husband could stay in our house too. I thought this was strange and hasn't happened with previous Rover sitters. This was the first red flag, but we still allowed it as our puppy has lots of energy. We told them in advance that we wouldn't be accessible during the stay. However, after the stay started and we had already left, we received additional messages asking if her son could also stay in our house who we do not know and have never met. This is highly unprofessional and as we were far from home, there was little we could do to stop these actions. On the final day of our booking we messaged Katherine that we'd be able to return early. We arrived around 4pm and Katherine was gone so we could not debrief. We immediately noticed that our dog hadn't been fed as we had prepared its meals in containers prior to leaving. That day's lunch was still on the counter filled with the puppy's food. I messaged Katherine to ask when she last fed my puppy and never received a response. Not only was she gone and unresponsive, she had also left our kitchen a mess with grease covering the stove, counter and floor, and left food in our fridge and in our sink. This is the worst Rover experience I've ever had. I received no evidence that my puppy had been walked or let out of the crate as instructed. Our camera pointed towards the puppy's crate was clearly moved to face the wall so I have no idea what actually happened while we were away.

Katherine and Brian did a fantastic job pet-sitting! They were very prompt, reliable, great communication and my dogs loved them! I'm a repeat customer and highly recommend them for their services. A+++

Katherine and Brian are a gem! They took such great care of our dogs. One of our dogs is very timid, but Katherine and Brian were able to gain her trust very quickly. We are so grateful to have found them to take care of our doggos when we are away. They also left our place immaculate and even prepared a delicious meal for us. Thank you so much!

Kathrine really did a wonderful job of caring for our 2 small dogs. We had been getting ready to leave for trip and one of the dogs suddenly didn’t feel well. We went to the vet and then decided to not take them to our usual kennel. Katherine baby sat our pups and we couldn’t be happier. Less to worry about and they were in their own home. We will be using her again!

Katherine was wonderful! She is kind, attentive, and efficient! I recommend her very highly. I felt so confident leaving her with my 6-month old puppy. He is very spoiled and not very well-mannered. But, Katherine was not intimidated at all. I came home to a very happy puppy and my family can't wait to see her again.
