“Kaylie is THE BEST! Every time we have needed her on short notice she has always been there! We even moved 30+ minutes away and she still drove to take care of our 3 pups. She is on time, sends updates with pictures, and I have 100% trust that she is taking the best care of our dogs. So thankful to have her as our sitter!”

“Did an amazing job with our pets and understood our cats' food quirks. The pets seemed smitten with her and she followed all instructions for the pets. Communicated well, and promptly. Let us know immediately when she couldnt find our cat (he was just in one of his hiding places) and found him promptly. Sent lots of pictures. Would recommend.”

“Kimberly is amazing! She has been our cat sitter many times for our sweet girl Luna. Luna is pretty shy with strangers but warmed up quickly. Luna loves Kimberly and now can’t wait for when she sees her to get her head rubs and snuggles in. We are truly lucky to have her as our sitter and can trust her to watch our girl for long periods of time. Kimberly has watch Luna from short stretches to long stretches of time. She watched our girl for 3 weeks while we were away on vacation and it was wonderful having the confidence that our baby girl was in good hands.”
“Misty continues to be a trusted sitter for my two feline fur babies. Excellent service, every single time. My cats trust her and that makes me so comfortable while I’m away. She even finger feeds my picky boy when he refuses to eat his wet food with his medicine in it. That is dedication and true caring :) So thankful to have Misty!! Highly recommend!”

About: I grew up surrounded by dogs because my mom bred and boarded champion Cocker Spaniels. From a young age, I helped walk, bathe, groom, feed, and care for them, which gave me a genuine love for animals. As an adult, I had a Black Lab who was my best friend for many years. After he passed away a couple of years ago, I realized how much I missed having pets in my life. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet with the same patience, affection, and attention I’d give my own. I understand that pets are family, and I’ll treat yours that way too. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine. I enjoy being active, going on walks, and spending time with animals, so making sure pets get the attention, exercise, and affection they need is something I genuinely look forward to. I am off Sunday-Tuesday and have availability then. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’ll follow your routine closely, making sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. I’ll also keep your home clean and secure, respect your pet’s unique personality and needs, and send updates so you know they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away
“This was my first time using Rover, so not sure what to expect. Cassie was amazing, she was so responsive to any questions, and my girls were so well taken care of. I came home to happy healthy dogs and would highly reccommend Rover and especially Cassie and will most definatly use them again.”

“Amy checked in on our two dogs while we had a late night out. She was wonderful, and was even flexible with a last minute time change. Glad to trust someone with our dogs.”

“Constance was great! She was quick to respond and timely on the visit with our pups. She met with our anxious pups before booking. She was sweet on them and stayed around until our pups came out from hiding under the bed. Glad I trusted Constance to check on them!”

About: Because pets are more than just animals, they are part of the family. I offer you the best attention and love for them. I love them. Right now I have time available for the care of your pet, I adapt to your schedule and care needs. I'm young and physically active. I adapt to your preference for the care of your pet, I have a nearby area to take him for a walk and play. At the moment I don't have my own pet but I will take care of yours as my own.
“As a first time rover user I definitely couldn’t have chosen a better person to watch my dog. I can’t say I wasn’t overthinking and worried about harper, but she was very communicative on updates, and I can tell my dog was very happy to see her every time she came for a check in. 100% going to become a reoccurring customer. Thank you!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Erlands Point-Kitsap Lake
Gina has always exceeded our expectations when caring for our two cats. This is her third time visiting our little babies and each time we leave them we can breathe knowing they will be taking care of by her. If you’re are debating whether to book her, DONT. There’s no one we would rather book with to watch our cats. We brag about her to all our friends. Thanks Gina.

Kaylie is such an attentive sitter! One of my kitties is exceptionally skittish and she was even able to coax her out and even got pets!!!! Highest recommend. This isn’t my first time booking her but I will certainly be booking again for my pet sitting needs. ❤️

Kim is my #1 and only caretaker for my cats. I’ve been so damn fortunate to have her in our lives for over 5 years. She has been there through many of my life changes and the gradual aging of my eldest cat who is almost 18 and now blind. Both cats were feral in their kitten years and I’ve done my very best to nurture them to being comfortable with me, and now they are comfortable with Kim. Kim is very loving, kind, and smart. She is the greatest. I love you, Kim!

Cheyenne was absolutely amazing! She came by daily to take great care of Poppinbeats and kept me updated every day with the cutest photos and helpful messages. She even caught things I wouldn’t have noticed, like when my automatic litter box got stuck. I seriously couldn’t ask for better care. This was hands down one of the best pet-sitting experiences I’ve had, and I’d be more than happy to have her take care of Poppinbeats again. When I got home, Poppinbeats was happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved. So appreciative of Cheyenne . highly recommend!

I love the pictures and timely visits to my cats while away for christmas. She made sure they were fed and had clean water and took time to play with them even for a few minutes. This was beyond what we expected. I will hire her again if she is available when we go out of town again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
