Hi, I’m Lisa! I own two cats, have raised rabbits, and grew up with dogs. Insured and bonded, I am an active member of Pet Sitters International. I love helping pets, and I will care for yours as if they were my own. I serve cats, dogs, and small animals, but have many cat clients! The security of your home is important to me. I live between Silverdale and Poulsbo. There is no mileage fee within 5 mile radius. My husband Bryan has joined me on Rover on emergency basis only. He is an experienced cat, dog, horse, rabbit and fish owner. Please let me know if you have any questions. Before my first visit: Let’s arrange a Meet and Greet to: Introduce myself to your pets. Learn the specifics for their food, water, litter/waste, waste disposal, or other items. Learn location of extra litter, cleaning items, garbage can, broom & dust pan, food, water source, dishes, treats, toys, supplies, etc. Obtain key or code for entry. Get emergency contacts. Discuss anything else you want me to know about your pet, or your home. During my visit: I will visit your home for the designated amount of time in which I will feed, water, and relieve your pet or clean litter, give attention and play time, brushing, and take photos of your pet to put in your Rover Card. I am happy to water plants, or other small tasks, normally without additional fee. I will send you a Rover Card for each day. (I recommend for you to read the Rover Cards if possible, as there may be information you’ll want to know. Typically, I will send info or minor alerts through the Rover Card, urgent alerts by text, and emergencies by direct phone call to you.) I will make doubly sure that your home is secure. I will do my best to keep the environment safe and clean for your pet at all times, being alert to potential hazards. I use a portable barrier or two to safeguard entry and exit.

Lisa is absolutely amazing! We have left our 2 cats and 2 dogs with her several times, and would not trust anyone else with our fur babies. I never worry about them when they’re in her care. She goes above and beyond in seeing that their needs (and wants) are met and that they have lots of attention and a sense of peace and security while we are gone. I love that she leaves detailed notes and photos, and checks with me if she has any questions or concerns. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!
She's the best! She goes above and beyond every single time, doing little things that are not expected or asked for, like flipping a tripped breaker or prepping our cats next meal when we are home. This was very appreciative as we got home at 2am and their breakfast the next morning was portioned out in their dishes and ready to go in the fridge. Lisa is so reliable and we look forward to reading her "report cards" she leaves every day!
Lisa was absolutely the best cat sitter we’ve ever had. One of our kitties has a lot of health issues and was acting odd while we were gone and Lisa wound up staying the night to help her feel comfortable and eat. She was incredibly communicative and sent detailed updates with every visit. If you are looking for someone to watch your pets, she is who I recommend. We’d give 10 stars if we could.

Lisa took wonderful care of my cats while we were out of town. I have an older cat that needs medication twice a day and Lisa did a great job giving the medications and was sure to give updates with every visit.

Schedule
With the exception of pets requiring medication, my availability on Saturdays is limited to late evenings, however I do own several automatic feeders for cats that can be used to maintain a regular feeding schedule on that day, which are sanitized and rinsed thoroughly. Dog owners can fill in that day with a second sitter if desired. In general, I will make every effort to stick to your requested time, however more than one owner may have requested similar times, so adjustments may be made, and pets with medications or who need relief breaks will take priority. For cats, I prefer to see them for consecutive days to ensure their optimum safety and well-being. Friday and Saturday visits may at times be shorter than usual, but the time can be added on other days.
