“My dog had a great time! Elizabeth took great care of my attention needy husky. She sent pictures and kept me updated and was very flexible with pick up times. Incredibly thankful!”

“Reggie loves Cathleen and her husband! They are his second family. We just picked him up from an extended stay over Easter and he was happy and well cared for. He was given his eye drops as needed, walks, socialization and lots of fun. I never have had a second thought about leaving him in their care.”

“Ashley was better than we could have ever expected! Our dogs can be picky and they were so happy at her home. So much so I think they missed her! She communicated promptly and regularly with lots of pupdates and pics. Highly recommend!!!”

“This was my first time using Rover, or any pet sitting service, and I couldn’t have been more content with how easy the process was to book the service. Our sitter, Lorelei, was beyond amazing with our fur baby. She consistently keep us updated with pictures and daily details of their day. It made me feel at ease about traveling without our fur baby. I completely recommend Lorelei and will be booking with her again in the future.”

“Rafael and Celeste far exceeded our expectations for quality care. They really went above and beyond to make sure our dog was happy, comfortable, and content. They were very communicative and made sure we had photos and updates throughout the day. Our dog can sometimes have a little separation anxiety but it was clear that she felt super comfortable with Rafael and Celeste. It was a relief to know we could leave our baby with others and know that we could relax completely knowing how well she was being taken care of. I can't recommend Rafael and Celeste enough!”

About: I’ve always loved dogs for as long as I can remember. And I have a 2 year old golden retriever, named Honey, and raising him from a puppy to now has been the most rewarding experience. He loves to make new friends!! We live in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a large park just 1 block away. We go on 4-5 walks per day and we’d love to have your pup join us! I am currently working from home so my schedule is very flexible during the week. And on the weekends, I can make myself available as well for walks, play time drop ins, boarding, etc. I can guarantee your pet will receive so much care and attention. Please reach out with your specific needs and details for your pet so I can be aware!
“Matthew provided excellent care for our dog Basil and frequent updates while we were out of town. When Basil got sick unexpectedly, he took him to the vet twice, made homemade chicken and rice, and helped administer medicine. This was a huge relief to us and his care was above and beyond! We would definitely use Matthew again to board and care for Basil”

“Our dogs loved their stay with Cindy, and we knew they were well cared for. Cindy sent several pictures and notes, keeping us informed enough that we could enjoy our time away. She clearly cares for our boys - we will be back!”

“Alana took amazing care of my miniature while we were away for the long weekend. We got lots of great updates throughout his stay. He was sad to leave at the end of his stay but hopefully he can stay with Alana again.”

“Peter took lots of pics and gave me lots of updates on how my dog was doing. It looks like she got lots of love and was happy in every pic. Plus he has super sweet dogs for your dog to play with. I would use Peter and his family as dog sitters again.”

“Gabby was warm and very personable. We did a meet & greet with her family and dog and felt very comfortable with everyone. She took great care of Maya, and we love that she's in our neighborhood. We will definitely contact Gabby when we go out of town next time.”

“I would, without a doubt, trust Lauren with my cat Jerry. She took great care of Jerry while we were overseas. Thank you so much Lauren, you made our trip a lot easier to be away from him. I know he had the best time with you! We look forward to the next time. ?”
“Kyah took wonderful care of Maddux for a 6 day stay. We got multiple updates a day and she has always taken care of him like her own pup. We have booked with her several times in the past and would use her again! Our dog is always so happy to see her, so we know she takes care of him!”

“Nancy watched our 3 yr old mini poodle for 2 weeks and gave us daily updates, usually by video. When Curly had a G.I. issue, Nancy let us know and coordinated with our Vet to resolve the issue. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our dog was in great hands. Curly was his normal self when we picked him up which is what we always hope for.”

“Debra is an incredibly caring and well organized care giver. Our Hazel is kind of delicate, has some tummy issues, delicate teeth, and also separation anxiety. She was with Debra for 5 days while we were out of town and Debra followed all our detailed notes and sent us regular updates throughout the day. We could see that Hazel was having a great time, getting lots of attention, playing with toys, watching the world from the huge window Debra has. She came back totally herself, with no signs of the stress which we have noticed with some other sitters. I would highly recommend Debra and we will definitely have Hazel stay with her especially for longer stays.”

“Sarah was great! Little Harvey had a great time playing with Sarah’s dogs and she made sure he had nap times as he is still a puppy. She sent updates and photos which made me happy.”

“We were so happy that Atlas had a great time! Cara kept us updated with pictures and videos. She asked questions if she felt she needed to and Atlas had so much fun he's just slept since he got home (for an Irish Setter, this is a big deal! They're always going! ). We will 100% be working with Cara again, and Atlas cannot wait to go play with both of the Junipers again.”

About: With 15 years of loving and caring for my own sweet pup, I’ve mastered everything from puppy zoomies to senior cuddles. After she passed, I knew I wasn’t done — now I share that same love and care with every furry friend I meet! 🐾💛 As a part-time ABA therapist, my schedule is flexible, allowing me to dedicate ample time to my furry friends. Between sessions, I make sure there’s plenty of time for snuggles, walks, and potty breaks. I love balancing my work with spending quality time with pets, ensuring they feel loved and cared for every step of the way! At my place, I’m lucky to have a park right in front of my apartment, so long walks and playtime are always on the agenda! 🐕 Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a good run, I’m happy to match the dog’s energy. At your home, I make sure to follow their routine exactly—feeding times, walks, naps, and even cuddles—just as you would. Your pup’s comfort is my priority, and I’m all about maintaining their schedule to make them feel right at home!
“Lesley took exceptional care of our senior dog, and her condo is just perfect for dogs who need frequent potty breaks. Lucy can’t wait for her next stay with Iggy and Lesley!”

“Sarah is knowledgeable And professional. She understands dog behavior and has helped us go on multiple trips without having to worry about our Sophie. We really appreciate each time you have watched our little one.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Suquamish
Thank goodness I found Michelle, she provides a calm, spacious and secure environment. My dogs love it there- dog beds and toys all over the place. She is very competent, and I am 100% at ease leaving my pups with her. My dog Littles has a ton of triggers, and Michelle provides a relaxing environment for her. In addition I am confident that if Littles (who is a staffy) did have a manic episode Michelle could handle it.

Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
