The weekend was also very hot, but Julie was prepared keeping the AC on in the room for the pups and plenty of outside water activities for Harriet who loves water. About: I’ve been around animals all my life! I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, cows, goats, chickens, etc. I’ve pet sat for many of my friends and have references that can vouch for the care and effort I put into caring for their pets. I’m currently out of university for the summer and have a majority of my summer open to pet sit. My schedule is flexible and I can easily adapt! I live on the ground level of my apartment so I can provide a comfortable stay for senior dogs or puppies. I can obviously offer dog walks and access to the outdoors. My environment is calm and quiet so any pet can rest, stress free!

I love for animals to be a part of my daily routine whether I'm working or not. Whether I'm caring for a pet in my home or yours, my approach is the same: calm, attentive, and consistent. In your home, I follow your pet's existing routine as closely as possible. I know that familiar surroundings make a big difference, especially for cats or anxious pets, so I keep things predictable and low-stress. I treat your space with respect and make sure your pet feels secure and settled the whole time. In my home, pets get a quiet, relaxed environment with some great perks, I have a front lawn and live right next to a park, so dogs get plenty of outdoor time and a great spot for a game of fetch. I work remotely, so I'm present throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long stretches. I'm careful about introductions and always make sure any pet in my care has their own space to decompress if they need it. In both settings, I stay in close communication with owners, sending updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. I take emergencies seriously, and will never hesitate to reach out if something feels off. Your pet's safety and comfort is always the priority.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was little. I have so much love to give to animals, they completely fill my heart and make me happy. I have experience with older animals as well as younger. I work all days of the week. Need a vacation? Call me up and I am more than willing to come and take care of some animals. It would be the highlight of my week! I have 3 indoor dogs who go outside hourly and get fed twice a day. My dogs are friendly but must have an introduction with other dogs.
