Great communication from the very beginning, consistent updates while we were gone, and they were super on-board with what needs to happen to feed 2 cats separately due to older cat's allergy. “I can't thank Jaimi and Chris enough. This was my first time using rover and I was pretty nervous as my dog is big and strong and can be reactive towards other dogs. We were also going out of state and I had never left my dog with strangers. They came prior to our trip and did a meet and greet with Rico. They listened to my instructions and asked questions. During our trip Jaimi stayed at our home and Chris came by to help with walks. They were communicative, sent pictures, and cuddled with my pup. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation and didn't worry at all. I am hopeful Jaimi and Chris will be available next time we take a trip! Thank you again!!! Highly recommend!”

Joshua was amazing and was so helpful, doing a meet and greet and an hour practice run while we left the house to see how they did. He was informative and send photos as much as I wanted. I felt extremely secure with him as our sitter. My dogs ended up so comfortable with him my little one tried to follow him out the door when the stay was over. I highly recommend Joshua.”
