Jamilah is so sweet and very capable! She won over our anxious Aussie/lab mix right away and got her out for lots of walks and ball throwing. She also charmed the kitties who sat in the box to watch her do puzzles. The house was clean when we returned and she has been super easy to work with. We really appreciate her housesitting and pet care!!
Alexis is fabulous with general communication and updates with photos which puts me at the most ease when traveling. On top of that my dog Luna who tends to be anxious and nervous with new people seemed happy and at ease. I would definitely recommend Alexis and would be happy to use her again.
Rachel did a great job house sitting! Munchkin got her walks in every day and the babies looked happy and snuggled. Followed all the instructions and left the house clean and even took our trash bins up and down for us! Took in our packages without even having to be asked! Got an evening update every day and she always answered if I had any questions! Would definitely have her watch my babies again!
Parker is a fantastic Petsitter. He had to deal with a medical emergency with one of my cats while I was traveling and handled communications with the emergency veterinary hospital , cat transport, and post care medications with skill and professionalism. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
