“Jennifer was professional and an excellent caregiver for my pets. My dog, who can be standoffish, allowed Jenn to rub her belly and chest, a sure sign of trust. Also, my skittish cat came out to play with Jenn and that only usualy happens with close family members. Two of my pets take meds and Jenn did this with no issue. I will happily ask her back to care for my pets and house.”

“Julia was so great with our pups and we came home to very happy and well cared for dogs. We have one who is newly adopted and we were leaving him with a sitter for the first time so were unsure how he would do and one who is just an overall anxious girl who likes to hunger strike when she is out of her routine and Julia was wonderful and patient with both of them to make sure they were comfortable and got what they needed. It felt so nice to not have to worry about the pups while we were away. Thank you Julia!!”

“Had a great experience with Gabriela staying the night at our place both my dog and my cat! Came home and everything was clean, and the pets were clearly well taken care of and happy :)”

“Olivia was great caring for our 2 goofy girls while we were on vacation over the holidays and she even made sure they were still happy and fed when our return flight got delayed. I would not hesitate to have Olivia watch our dogs again!!”

“Kaylee was fabulous house/pet sitting with our 2 dogs and 4 cats for four days. Followed instructions to the ‘T’ and went above beyond; very communicative and reassuring.”

About: All my life I’ve been obsessed with dogs 🐶 When I was finishing up nursing school, I needed to find some part time work to help make ends meet. I found a job as a kennel technician at a commercial dog boarding facility - where I mostly cleaned up to 36 dogs daily messes and gave them social enrichment. I quickly jumped up the short ladder of management and took over as CEO right around my first year mark of employment. I have cared for hundreds, possibly a thousand plus dogs in the last half of my entire lifetime. I’ve worked hard to help dogs and owners alike understand eachother better - communication often needs no words. I specialize in “project pups”, socialization and reactivity. I’ve taken care of newborn puppies to teenage obedience school dropouts - through the medically fragile & elderly pooches on palliative care & absolutely everything in between. I’ve worked in a rescue as an adoption coordinator and had the extreme pleasure of helping people and pooches find their forever spaces together. Along with rescuing over a dozen dogs of my own over the years & nursing several back to health from horrific conditions. Dogs are my passion - simple as that. Nothing makes me happier than helping a dog & owner relationship thrive. I am a stay at home mom, my boys are 2 & 3 years old. They’ve been raised around dogs & already have learned a healthy respect for their space. I am hyper vigilant & always err on the extreme side of caution for everyone’s safety - especially when it comes to those tricky resources. Other than weekly appointments on Mondays - we have a very flexible and open schedule. Our yard is fully fenced with 6 foot - reinforced wood fencing. Gates are double locked to keep toddlers from opening them - dogs too. I have a 10 year old spayed female border collie that I picked from her litter at 3 weeks old. She’s my right hand gal and socially bulletproof when it comes to hanging out with her furry friends. I often used her as the “Ice Breaker” dog when I ran the boarding facility - meaning she did all the temperament testing for any newly boarded dogs we were socially unsure about. We have multiple baby gates, and crate option for separation of space. A dog door built into our back door leading into our fully fenced, toddlerized but maintained, grassy residential yard on a quarter acre. We live in a very quiet tiny town on an even quieter little street, perfect for safely regulated walks and training opportunities.
“Felix was such an attentive and caring sitter that I’m so lucky to have had the pleasure to be with my cats during a short stay!! My girls were so well-cared for and it was evident as soon as I got home ? Thank you so much, Felix!!”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with both cats and dogs of all personalities, from easygoing labs to high energy, sometimes anxious heelers. That taught me early on how to read animal behavior, stay patient, and build trust with pets at their own pace! In college, I started out studying pre vet before following my passion into wildlife biology, and I’ll be starting grad school this fall studying ecology and evolution with a focus on wildlife. I also spent a summer working with a nonprofit dog rescue in Houston, Texas, helping save dogs from the streets and from kill shelters. It was hands on and sometimes challenging, but really rewarding. I helped with medications, cared for dogs with all kinds of temperaments, and made sure each one felt safe and cared for. I truly believe every animal is special and deserves patience, understanding, and a little extra love. I’ve always found it easy to connect with animals, and I love seeing even shy or anxious pets start to relax and show their personality. Right now I’m saving up for grad school, and honestly I can’t think of a better way to spend my time than being around animals. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping your pet company, I’ll treat them like my own! I currently have Wednesday's and Thursday's off. I am free all day to take your pups on a mid day walk or keep them company while you are out of town! The rest of my week I work from 9:00-6:00 so my availability is more limited. I live on acreage in the Veneta area. Our property is mostly fenced and includes an orchard, a creek, and plenty of space for play and adventure! I have one pup of my own who absolutely loves other dogs. He’s a medium-sized herding dog who would be thrilled to show a new friend around the property. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always strive to be a respectful and gracious guest. I’m a very tidy, thoughtful person and take great care to leave your home exactly as you left it, if not better! I believe it’s incredibly valuable for animals to remain in an environment where they feel safe and comfortable. I have a lot of experience with anxious animals and believe that a calm, warm demeanor, along with a consistent routine, is key to making sure your pet feels happy, secure, and well cared for.
“It seemed like our pup enjoyed her time with Maggie and got lots of cuddles in! Maggie left our apartment the same as how we left it and she even took out the trash. Thank you, Maggie!”

“We are very impressed with the care Christine gave the boys. She is very knowledgeable and patient which helped with my senior dog l who is a picky eater and the young pup who is not immediately everyone's best friend. Also, I appreciate how available she was on short notice because life for us is often hard to plan so far in advance. Absolutely planning to use Christine again soon.”

“Alivia sat for Sage over the Christmas holidays while we were out of town and was fantastic. She kept us updated and took great care him. We always feel a little wary leaving him but it makes it a lot easier having someone like Alivia to take care of him. I wholeheartedly recommend her to look after your pets!”

“Sandy was amazing. She took great care of my house and pets. Sandy is reliable with great communication and cared abou my pets so much! I would highly recommend her. Thank you Sandy!”

“I'm very happy with Maggie who stayed at my home with two dogs and a cat for 3 days, 2 nights. She's obviously an animal lover and they all like her. My home looked great on my return and all the pets were happy. I am using Maggie again in the near future and am comfortable recommending her for overnight stays.”
“Rebecca was incredible and saved us from a huge ordeal after someone cancelled on us the day before a big trip to dog-sit. She responded promptly, was obviously very comfortable around animals and spoke fondly of her families doggies. She has a LOVELY, happy energy and I would highly recommend :)”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life from mastiffs and labs, to a variety of cats, to guinea pigs and frogs. I love working with animals and have a few years experience volunteering at Safe Haven Humane Society with both dogs and cats! I have classes mid-day usually from noon to 4pm so anytime outside of that is sure to work! I can also do those times some days of the week so feel free to check just in case! I am comfortable handling all sizes of dog. I can also trim nails provided you have clippers and your dog has no history of aggression during grooming! I have trained dogs to reduce fear during nail trimmings in the past.
About: I’ve always had a love for animals and believe every pet deserves the same care, attention, and affection they get at home. I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, from energetic puppies who need lots of playtime to older pets who need a gentler touch. I’m active and love going on walks, but I also know how important cuddles, patience, and routines are for pets to feel secure. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or just keeping your furry friend company, I treat every pet as if they were my own I am a stay at home mom, so I can easily be with your pets all day! I am very active, so I love to take walks and do lots of potty breaks. We have a fenced yard so they can play outside. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. In my home, I make sure the environment is clean, pet-friendly, and free from hazards. I keep a consistent routine with feeding, potty breaks, and playtime so pets feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I always respect their space and follow their instructions closely, from feeding schedules to favorite walking routes, to keep things as familiar as possible for their pet. I also send regular photo and text updates so pet parents have peace of mind knowing their furry loved one is happy and safe.
“Cassandra house sat for our two dogs in our home while we took a weekend trip. She took great care of them and even stayed at home with them the whole weekend which was great for Black Jack’s separation anxiety. She sent photos and updates and followed all of our instructions to a T, including brushing the dog’s teeth. The house was also in good shape when we returned. We would happily use Cassandra’s services again!”

Nadiya did a great job watching our dog Bronco. He is only 3 and can be a hand full at times and she said he was a good dog while we were away. She sent me photos while I was gone which was really nice and helped me feel as if I was staying connected with my pup.
