“A couple of days after being home, our doodles seemed to not feel well. Over the course of the next week, we have had 1 doodle vomit 3 different items, two being socks. This morning, we found a sock on the other doodle's poop. We emphasized their tendencies to eat things, and the importance of watching them closely because of this. Kaitlin did medicate everyone as asked, and other to dos around the house were taken care of. However, she did not scoop the dog poop in the back yard, though, and we received pictures rather infrequently during our vacation. We were planning to use her again with better communication on our part, but after the multiple foreign objects and sick doodles, we can't risk it.”

“Lisa took wonderful care of our 16 year old doggy, indoor kitty, goldfish, and our home. Her communication was clear and detailed. She even sent us adorable photos throughout our trip. We are grateful to have found such a caring and trustworthy sitter here in Eugene!”

“Brandy was awesome yet again! We will be sorry to see her move away, but are grateful that our girl had such a great sitter. Our dog was happy and healthy and our home was just as we left it. Thanks for everything!”

“Kendra was really amazing, very happy with how she took care of bandit. We will definitely have her babysit dog sit whatever you say bandit in the future for sure the house was well-maintained. Just really happy with her services.”

About: I provide reliable, structured, and genuinely attentive care — not just “watching” your dog, but actively engaging with them to keep them happy, calm, and fulfilled while you’re away. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, including large breeds and high-energy pups, and I tailor care based on each dog’s personality and needs. Whether that means long walks, structured play, mental stimulation, or just a calm presence for anxious dogs, I adjust to what helps them feel safest. I have experience reinforcing basic training (sit, stay, and cool tricks), and maintaining routines. I’m especially patient with puppies who are still learning and senior dogs who may need a slower pace and extra attention. What sets me apart is communication and consistency — you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and honest check-ins so you always know how your dog is doing. If you want picture or messaged every 5 minutes I can do that! I treat every dog like they’re my own, with safety, structure, and affection as my top priorities. I work remotely so I can work from anywhere, anytime. My job is also very flexible so I can always give your pet the attention they need at any time. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I keep a clean, organized, and pet-safe environment free of hazards, and I closely supervise all pets. I never leave dogs unattended in situations that could put them at risk, and I follow each owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding schedules, medications, crate use, and routines. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect your space and maintain your dog’s normal routine to reduce stress. I ensure doors and gates are securely closed, use leashes on walks at all times, and remain alert to surroundings for safety. Communication is key — I provide regular updates and photos so you feel confident and connected while you’re away. My goal is to give you peace of mind and give your pet a safe, positive experience every time.
About: All my life I’ve been obsessed with dogs 🐶 When I was finishing up nursing school, I needed to find some part time work to help make ends meet. I found a job as a kennel technician at a commercial dog boarding facility - where I mostly cleaned up to 36 dogs daily messes and gave them social enrichment. I quickly jumped up the short ladder of management and took over as CEO right around my first year mark of employment. I have cared for hundreds, possibly a thousand plus dogs in the last half of my entire lifetime. I’ve worked hard to help dogs and owners alike understand eachother better - communication often needs no words. I specialize in “project pups”, socialization and reactivity. I’ve taken care of newborn puppies to teenage obedience school dropouts - through the medically fragile & elderly pooches on palliative care & absolutely everything in between. I’ve worked in a rescue as an adoption coordinator and had the extreme pleasure of helping people and pooches find their forever spaces together. Along with rescuing over a dozen dogs of my own over the years & nursing several back to health from horrific conditions. Dogs are my passion - simple as that. Nothing makes me happier than helping a dog & owner relationship thrive. I am a stay at home mom, my boys are 2 & 3 years old. They’ve been raised around dogs & already have learned a healthy respect for their space. I am hyper vigilant & always err on the extreme side of caution for everyone’s safety - especially when it comes to those tricky resources. Other than weekly appointments on Mondays - we have a very flexible and open schedule. Our yard is fully fenced with 6 foot - reinforced wood fencing. Gates are double locked to keep toddlers from opening them - dogs too. I have a 10 year old spayed female border collie that I picked from her litter at 3 weeks old. She’s my right hand gal and socially bulletproof when it comes to hanging out with her furry friends. I often used her as the “Ice Breaker” dog when I ran the boarding facility - meaning she did all the temperament testing for any newly boarded dogs we were socially unsure about. We have multiple baby gates, and crate option for separation of space. A dog door built into our back door leading into our fully fenced, toddlerized but maintained, grassy residential yard on a quarter acre. We live in a very quiet tiny town on an even quieter little street, perfect for safely regulated walks and training opportunities.
“Jane did such a fantastic job taking care of our two pups and cat. She was very attentive, met with us ahead of time to understand any special needs from our pets, and kept us updated while we were out of town and she was caring for them. I will definitely look to work with Jane again when we travel.”

“I'm so happy I found Rebecca to care for my 2-year-old German Shepherd/Border Collie Mix. Pepper is a rescue and is always tentative around visitors and guests. I'm rarely separated from her and was worried about separation anxiety. But after a short time, Bernadette and Pepper were getting along very well. She is very gentle and loving and the only problem was Pepper wanting to shower her in affection! :). Rebecca stayed in my home and took care of everything while I was away. She is 100% trustworthy. I am happy to recommend Rebecca and won't hesitate to use her services again.”

“We have had Kaylee watch our dog and cat numerous times and we couldn’t ask for a better caretaker! She is hands down the best, we never have a worry when we are gone and our animals absolutely adore her. She sends the best pics/updates, and treats our animals as if they were her own. If you are in need of someone, no need to look any further, Kaylee is the perfect person to watch over your furbabies. We are so lucky! Thank you Kaylee!”

“I am thankful to have found Julia to watch my two chihuahuas! She is responsive, provides updates and is super reliable. She has dog sat for me multiple times and lots of requests pending in the future too!”

“Jessie took wonderful care of our two pups and cat while we were away. He communicated daily and spent a lot of time with our fur kids, who always have separation anxiety while we are gone. We would recommend using Jesse for overnight stays.”
About: I’ve had dogs all my life and I’m extremely attentive to all of their needs. Big, little, and everything in between. I have experience with dogs that need medication and seniors I currently work four days a week and can feed animals before and after work. Sunday-Tuesday I am available for housesitting and multiple trips a day to take care of and play with your pets As I have animals that like to get into things, it’s my priority to make sure the home is safe for when animals are on their own. I’ve also owned runners in the past so I’m cautious coming in and out of the house. I work to build your pets trust in me and I’m willing and able to take it slow with them :)
“This was our first time using Rover and we needed a house sitter for about 9 days and let me tell you, Amy was literally the best house sitter we could've hoped for! She watched our two dogs giving them all the love! Also the professional photos we got of our pups while we were away was such an added bonus!”

“Jaelyn was a pleasure to have to watch our dog! She was prompt, courteous, helpful, communicative and one with a positive and uplifting attitude. We received daily check ins on how our dog was doing without us which relieved our minds knowing she was being well taken care of at our home. We returned to a spotless house and a happy pup and we have already booked Jaelyn for another visit! Thank you so much for your love and care!”

“Ada did a terrific job. She and my dog, Pinot, bonded well and she was wonderful in caring for him and my house. I felt really comfortable leaving everything in great hands while I was out of the country for a week. We were able to remain in contact and she sent me periodic updates and a few photos as well. I highly recommend her services and hope to schedule her again for a future engagement.”

Lancaster pet parents share their Rover experiences
Nadiya did a great job watching our dog Bronco. He is only 3 and can be a hand full at times and she said he was a good dog while we were away. She sent me photos while I was gone which was really nice and helped me feel as if I was staying connected with my pup.
