I’m a huge animal lover, and caring for them has always come naturally to me, whether they’re my own or belong to family and friends. I have roughly 10+ years of non-professional experience and 3 years of professional experience caring for pets, including pet sitting and working with animals of different personalities and needs. A lot of the photos on my profile are actually with pets I’ve cared for, pet sat, or even strays I’ve come across and helped. I also love the outdoors and hiking, so if your pet enjoys being active or going on little adventures, I’m more than happy to bring them along in a safe and fun way. At the same time, my current pets are total couch potatoes who love to relax and lounge around, so I’m just as comfortable matching that calm, low energy vibe. Our booking was for 3 dogs (Gordon Setter (1 yo), Westie (5yo), and Dachshund (11yo) in our home for around 5-6 hours. Joshua was a repeat for us, and has consistently managed the variety of ages and behaviors impressively well! He also understood each breed bonds right away or takes a bit of time to bond. For example, he commented that our doxie took about an hour to bond, and then was a cuddle pup. With as much play time as I can give. First thing first I let the dogs out to play and go use the potty. Then I give them food if it’s time to eat. And of course we go out to play after.

Our dog can have issues with other dogs but LJ and LJ’s pup both really navigated Leia’s dog insecurities and helped her feel safe while we were away.
