This was my first time using Jade to housesit while I was away and the worst case scenario happened, two off leash dogs rushed my reactive dog while on a walk. About: I’ve always had a love for animals and believe every pet deserves the same care, attention, and affection they get at home. I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, from energetic puppies who need lots of playtime to older pets who need a gentler touch. I’m active and love going on walks, but I also know how important cuddles, patience, and routines are for pets to feel secure. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or just keeping your furry friend company, I treat every pet as if they were my own I am a stay at home mom, so I can easily be with your pets all day! I am very active, so I love to take walks and do lots of potty breaks. We have a fenced yard so they can play outside. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. In my home, I make sure the environment is clean, pet-friendly, and free from hazards. I keep a consistent routine with feeding, potty breaks, and playtime so pets feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I always respect their space and follow their instructions closely, from feeding schedules to favorite walking routes, to keep things as familiar as possible for their pet. I also send regular photo and text updates so pet parents have peace of mind knowing their furry loved one is happy and safe.

About: I have taken care of dogs in other peoples homes for about 4 years but have taken care of my own for 6. I have had jobs of up to 3 weeks of staying in another’s home to take care of their fur babies. I love being outside so I love to take animals on walks, to the park, and anywhere else they might be able to go. I have also taken care of other dogs that don’t quite fit with the rest. One of my family friends rescues dogs from kill-shelters that were in danger. These dogs consist of ones on special medications with tumors and ones who are sick. I have been able to be responsible with such dogs and give them what they need when taking care of them. I also have a lot of cat experience. While I have never watched cats in another’s home I have had 4 kittens that I have raised to adulthood and cared for them with everything they’ve needed. I absolutely adore cats! I am currently very free as far as scheduling goes. I am an active volleyball player at Lane community college where I have very few spring tournaments as well as practice everyday from 9-10am. I also have a part time job coaching 14 year olds with practice Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-6:30. We have occasional tournaments on the weekends that are never overnight and our last day is May 3rd. I am unfortunately unable to board pets because of my no pet friendly apartment. However I am comfortable staying in a different home. I am a very clean person and will have a lot of fun taking care of your pets. I am a very out doorsy girl and love having a friend to come along with me!
