About: I’m a lifelong animal lover, starting my journey at just 12 years old, walking dogs and pet sitting for neighbors. Over the years, my passion for animals grew into a profession, and for the past 7 years, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant. From managing health issues and ensuring proper exercise to offering endless love and attention, I provide care that goes above and beyond basic sitting. I have in-depth experience with administering medications, senior care, and specialized needs for puppies and kittens. As a passionate dog trainer, I’ve also successfully trained my own pup since he was just 4 months old, making him the well-behaved boy he is today. I'm currently completing my Bachelor's degree at Lane Community College. Because I am mostly online for school, other than Tuesday nights (6:00 pm - 9:00 pm), my schedule is flexible for you and your pets! I’m happy to be flexible with drop-off and pickup times, but please try to stick to the agreed-upon schedule, as changes may require rescheduling based on my availability that day. For recurring bookings, I do my best to maintain a consistent schedule. Occasionally, a day or time may need to be adjusted, especially during holiday months, and I’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. For house sitting, I am not able to provide 24/7 constant care. I balance my own pets, family, work, school, loyal clients, and other commitments, so I focus on providing high-quality care during the times I’m available. Reasonable time limits for when I’m away can be arranged to ensure your pet’s routine and comfort are maintained. To keep my calendar updated and ensure I can continue receiving booking requests, please note: if you are requesting a sitting within one week, you’ll have 24 hours to respond before I archive the request. For bookings more than a week away, you’ll have 48 hours to respond before the request is archived. In my care, I strive to create a comfortable, stress-free environment for your pets, whether it’s in my home or yours. MEET & GREET: -During the initial meet & greet for boarding and doggy day care, you’re welcome inside my home to see where your pet(s) will be staying. After that, drop-offs and pickups happen from the car. This makes it easier and safer for me to introduce your pet(s) to my dog again, since pets often behave differently when their owner isn’t nearby. -The first meet & greet is complimentary. I require additional requested meet & greets and key pickups to be booked as drop-ins. -To keep things on schedule, meet & greets are 30 minutes. IN YOUR HOME: -I follow their routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and medications. I monitor their health and behavior, give plenty of affection, and respect your space by keeping it clean and secure. IN MY HOME: -I provide a cozy, pet-friendly setting with structure, supervision, and love. I treat every pet like my own, ensuring they’re cared for with the same level of love and expertise. I have a well-behaved, friendly 15lb rescue pup that would love to be your pet's next best friend. -For the first night, I usually have pups sleep in a kennel. From experience, pets can behave differently in a new environment, and kenneling provides a controlled and safe space to help them adjust. I’m happy to discuss your dog’s needs to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. Overall, my goal is to make sure your pets feel loved, comfortable, and secure in any environment, while providing the expert care they need.

“We had Amber come and drop in for a few days while we were away for our wedding. We were ak nervous at the thought of being away from our fur baby as we never have left him before. Amber was amazing and sent us a lot of updates with pictures. Will definitely be using her again!”

“Kelsie was an absolute dream to work with! Kelsie did weekly drop-in visits for me for 6+ months. My very shy and nervous dog loved her and I never had any concerns for his safety or happiness when he was in her care. She is communicative, flexible, and exceptionally trustworthy. I would highly recommend Kelsie to care for your fur babies!”

“Jessica did a great job of caring for my two huskies! This was our first time with a pet sitter, and we were nervous about how it would go. Jessica is an excellent communicator, and I appreciated the updates, letting us know that our fur kids were well taken care of. She is very knowledgeable and capable, and I would recommend her to anyone needing a hand with pet care. We will definitely utilize her services in the future.”

About: What sets me apart as a sitter is how attentive and patient I am with animals. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I’m very reliable, detail-oriented, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m especially gentle with nervous or shy pets and make sure they get plenty of reassurance, exercise, and affection at their own pace. I’m comfortable following specific feeding schedules, administering basic care as instructed, and keeping owners updated with messages and photos so they have peace of mind. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel happy, cared for, and loved in a calm, positive environment. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I attend college on Mondays and Wednesdays, am mostly home and available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and available Fridays until the evening. I work short weekend shifts but remain flexible for pet care before and after work. I live in an apartment with two cats and maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment. I carefully follow feeding, exercise, and medication instructions, give pets plenty of attention, and adjust care based on their comfort level. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their routines, keep spaces tidy, and provide updates so owners feel confident their pets are well cared for.
About: I have had dogs all my life. We currently have 2 dogs, and a tortoise, that love to run and play all day. We do have a toddler and an infant in the house. I have cared for puppies all the way up to senior dogs and dogs that need special care. We would love to give your dogs a special place while you are away. We currently have someone home at all times either caring for our kids or my husband works from home and are home the majority of the time. I have a fenced yard that the dogs have free access to as well as a doggie door that they can come in and out. Dogs are part of our family and come in at night and are well taken care of.
About: I got my first pet at 18, a kitten who was from a stray in the neighborhood. I still have that cat today she is 16 and a 1 year old rescued chihuahua mix. I’ve fostered over 30 dogs and a few kittens, volunteered at our local animal shelters and worked events trying to find pets loving homes. I love caring for animals and being a person animals trust. I am a self employed person so my schedule is very flexible, I take my own dog on daily walks and can fit things in easily. My animals are the center of my world and I am always wanting them to be safe, comfortable and loved. I will do the exact same for your babies within your household boundaries. But mine will always sleep in my bed! :)
“Mia was so good to TJ, lots of attention, handled new feeding instructions and his potty accidents well! He was relaxed and happy when I returned - rare for him.”

“Emily was great, highly responsive and always went above and beyond. She was very flexible and was able to accommodate requests for additional visits. She ensured my two fur babies were well loved and played with the entire time I was gone.”

“I did enjoy Randi services. Based on her observation, I will definitely check with the vets regarding Audi eating grass. Overall, she is good in taking care of our dog and not only that she kept the dog place clean.”

“Excellent! Trinity was very caring and I am impressed with her level of understanding, responsibility and compassion. She allowed me to enjoy my trip plus my cat loved her attention.”

“This was our first time using Kristine and she was great. She was able to help us out on short notice by adjusting her schedule. She responded quickly to our questions and communicated very well. Our normally reactive dog warmed up to her quickly thanks to her calm and secure presence. Kristine followed the details of our care request and we were very happy with the service she provided. We plan to call on her again.”

“Raven was definitely the perfect fit to care for our fur kids! Our pets seemed to warm to her quickly and her caring personality and professional work ethic remained obvious throughout. Both our dogs are senior gals, and Raven was wonderful in approaching them with the extra tenderness necessary. She was also great about providing daily updates, photos, and occasional videos that really helped our comfort level while gone. I’m sure related to the additional stress caused by our absence our dogs seemed to have more “accidents” than usual, which Raven not only cleaned up readily, but she also patrolled daily for further accidents or other abnormalities in the environment…she even discovered some mischief our cats had caused and sent us photos!. We are so happy to have found Raven, her compassion and professionalism is first rate, and we will not hesitate to reach out to her in the future to care for our kids!”

“Ariana took good care of my baby while I was away. She sent photos and updates often and went above and beyond with helping bring in packages and getting the mail for me. I would recommend her to others!”

About: While my specialty and preference is cats, I'm happy to provide care for your dog(s) too. I've had dogs in my life previously, and can care for well socialized, good natured dogs who live with cats that I am caring for. I can walk them, feed them, play with them, do poop-scooping duties, give potty breaks, etc. I work minimal, flexible hours from home, so I can likely meet your pet(s) care needs as requested. Can work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. I have cared for indoor only kitties, indoor/outdoor kitties, and for barn or more feral types of kitties. Will meet them where they are, and follow your instructions closely.
Jasper cat parents share their Rover experiences
Our cat isn’t the best with people, to say the least, but that did not discourage Monique in the slightest. After the first meet up and drop-in, our cat warmed up to her by the next time Monique came by and even gave her some meows and headbutts. Monique is kind and attentive. She was also very prompt when we needed to communicate. I would highly recommend her for any pets, but especially the kitties!
