About: I’ve never known life without animals. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, chickens, a pig, and horses, and have been responsible for animal care in some form since I was around six. Today, I have three dogs and three cats of my own, including two dogs under 1.5 years old, so I’m very comfortable with puppy energy, training routines, enrichment, walks, and consistency. I also have experience caring for senior pets, cats and dogs with different medical needs, and animals who need a little more patience or structure. I’m comfortable giving oral and injected medications, following detailed feeding and medication schedules, and noticing when something seems off. I’m also very active and love hiking, so I’m happy to tailor exercise to the dog in front of me — whether that means a relaxed neighborhood walk, a longer adventure, extra sniffing and enrichment, or helping a high-energy dog burn off some steam. What I bring most is a lot of real-life animal experience, patience, and attention to detail. I know the small things matter when someone else is caring for your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. I am self-employed and work from home M-Th, so I can work anywhere and have long weekends. My work days are completely on my own schedule, so I have time for potty breaks, walks, play time, or drop in visits whenever needed. I'm happy to help with your pets on any schedule. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and take the time to understand their specific needs, personality, feeding schedule, medications, exercise preferences, and any household rules before care begins. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of both the pets and the space, and I’m careful about things like doors, gates, leashes, food, medications, and anything else that could affect safety. I also pay close attention to behavior and changes in appetite, energy, bathroom habits, or anything that seems unusual. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you know how things are going. My goal is to keep pets comfortable, safe, and as close to their usual routine as possible while you’re away.

About: I grew up in an animal-loving environment, and I have been a cat-mom since 2016. I love to spoil my babies and I want to spoil yours too! I worked in vet-med for a short time, and I have lots of experience with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm particularly skilled in befriending anxious cats and dogs. I have experience in giving oral medication, administering eye/ear drops, and trimming cat claws. I'm currently available 7 days a week and my schedule is very flexible. I have lots of time to dedicate to caring for your pet. I enjoy walking daily, and I really enjoy playing with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. My husband and I have two black cats at home, and we treasure them dearly. They get a lot of attention, play time, treats, and snuggles. I am comfortable spending time with your pet in your home, feeding them per your directions, giving any necessary medications, and taking them out for walks/exercise. I can drive your dog to a park or dog park, if desired. I will happily give your pet snuggles and scritches if they want them, but I also respect every animal's personal boundaries. I pay close attention to behaviors and body language that tell me if they feel safe and what kind of attention they want.

About: Hello! My name is Kyle, I'm 29 years old, and I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I've lived with dogs on and off since I was 6 years old, and I have done occasional pet sitting for friends and family. The highlight of my trips visiting family is always running around the yard with their dogs. Though I have less experience with cats, I currently live with 4 and love them almost as much as dogs. I am eager to gain more experience with a wider variety of cats and dogs, and I hope I get the opportunity to spend time with your furry friends! I am physically fit and have plenty of energy to walk and play with them. I would like to work with pets full-time. Currently, my only job is gig work, so I am available just about anytime for walks and drop-ins. Although I prefer to not work before 10am, I am willing to make an exception for the right client. For pet/home sitting, I will need to leave for 2-4 hours at a time during the day for gig work (food delivery, dog walking, drop-in pet visits), but can then return to your home for potty breaks and short walks. I can provide longer walks in the mornings and evenings, as well as plenty of play time. If you have cats, I will clean litter boxes at least once every day, and more often if needed. I will take care of your pet according to your instructions. I have lots of experience entering and exiting doors without letting eager pets escape, and I am strong enough to hold on to a large dog's leash. As an additional safety measure, I will use a waist-mounted leash during walks, so there is no risk of my grip slipping from the leash.

About: Caring for pets has been an important part of my life for as long as I remember and I know how important it is that our furry family members get the best care when we are away. From daily feeding, playtime, and training to handling medications, vet visits, trips to the emergency vet, I've done it all. I volunteer weekly at the Greenhill Humane Society socializing shy and nervous cats and have completed a course in pet CPR and first aid. With an 18-month-old boxer of my own, I know all about working with exuberant dogs and puppies and am always learning new training techniques to help with enrichment and obedience. We can discuss this, and anything that I missed, when we first meet. - Expected arrival and departure dates and time - Emergency contacts besides yourself - Feeding schedule and instructions, including treats allowed - Health conditions to be aware of - Detailed medication instructions if needed - Name and address of their vet - Closest emergency vet - Pet temperament (fears, anxieties, etc) - Toys and favorite games - Where pet(s) sleep - Where they are and are not allowed in the house or yard (if dog) Dog: - Their potty habits - Equipment such as harnesses, leashes, poop bags, treats etc. - Anything I need to know about their behavior outside of the home (walking, in the car, around other animals and people) - Crate rules (if used) House (if housesitting): - Alarm instructions if applicable - Trash, recycling, and mail/package handling - Location of pet supplies - Location of thermostats, electrical panels, laundry, etc. - Wifi password, remote controls, etc. - Any service professionals who might visit during the stay (cleaners, yard maintenance, etc.) - Expectations around plants, mail, clean-up before your return I'm retired from the UO, so outside of my volunteer hours (~6 hours/week), my schedule is very flexible! About: I love all types of pets! I grew up taking care of dogs, cats, fish, and guinea pigs. In addition I have helped on my cousins farm for years helping all sorts of animals. I take pet care seriously and love studying each breed and learning the specific care needed for each pet. I have helped in all stages of a puppies life as I have a corgi and have been through puppy care but also before moving out I cared for my parents senior dog until he passed. I can’t wait to care for your furbabies! I currently work Monday- Thursday. I am off at 6 so I can watch overnight, I also am off Friday- Sunday and can help with any number of things! I currently care for a dog and a cat. I absolutely love going on walks and spending time playing with my puppy. I am very big on maintaining my puppy’s weight since he is a corgi and I want to minimize his chance of getting arthritis. I also have a very sweet and energetic cat, she loves climbing and sleeping and playing her old dog brother. I am also very used to cleaning up any accidents and hygiene care for all types of creatures. About: I have taken care of dogs in other peoples homes for about 4 years but have taken care of my own for 6. I have had jobs of up to 3 weeks of staying in another’s home to take care of their fur babies. I love being outside so I love to take animals on walks, to the park, and anywhere else they might be able to go. I have also taken care of other dogs that don’t quite fit with the rest. One of my family friends rescues dogs from kill-shelters that were in danger. These dogs consist of ones on special medications with tumors and ones who are sick. I have been able to be responsible with such dogs and give them what they need when taking care of them. I also have a lot of cat experience. While I have never watched cats in another’s home I have had 4 kittens that I have raised to adulthood and cared for them with everything they’ve needed. I absolutely adore cats! I am currently very free as far as scheduling goes. I am an active volleyball player at Lane community college where I have daily practice from 4-6pm. I have many games throughout the week but those have been updated on my calendar as unavailable. If there’s a day I have unavailable it might just be for a game day so reach out if you really need someone and I can make it work! I am unfortunately unable to board pets because of my no pet friendly apartment. However I am comfortable staying in a different home.
