About: I grew up in an animal-loving environment, and I have been a cat-mom since 2016. I love to spoil my babies and I want to spoil yours too! I worked in vet-med for a short time, and I have lots of experience with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm particularly skilled in befriending anxious cats and dogs. I have experience in giving oral medication, administering eye/ear drops, and trimming cat claws. I'm currently available 7 days a week and my schedule is very flexible. I have lots of time to dedicate to caring for your pet. I enjoy walking daily, and I really enjoy playing with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. My husband and I have two black cats at home, and we treasure them dearly. They get a lot of attention, play time, treats, and snuggles. I am comfortable spending time with your pet in your home, feeding them per your directions, giving any necessary medications, and taking them out for walks/exercise. I can drive your dog to a park or dog park, if desired. I will happily give your pet snuggles and scritches if they want them, but I also respect every animal's personal boundaries. I pay close attention to behaviors and body language that tell me if they feel safe and what kind of attention they want.

About: I've had pets since I was born. Cats and dogs of all shapes, sizes, and age. I've spent the last 14 years with my soul dog. He was a Golden/Lab/St. Bernard with a lot of anxiety and a huge love of food. In his old age he had mobility problems, incontinence, was on several medications, and needed as much attention as I could give him. I am fully prepared to give any animal I meet the same level of love and care. I've been the main care provider for my dogs for the last 14 years and always put their needs before mine. Taking them potty is the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do at night. Furry friends rely on us for care and I want to make sure they are doing great. When I care for pets in your home I will follow your instructions to a T. Make sure they get lots of love, cuddles (if they like them), and attention.

About: New to pet sitting. But not new to relationships with dogs. Recently retired and wanting to do something I love. As a proud parent of 2 doggies, (Little Nellie our Mini Dachshund lies in bed next to me as a write this) I know what it is like to leave your dogs in the care of another. It can be stressfull worrying about them. My aim is make it as stress-free as possible. I will treat your dogs as family. Because they are. I have had many dogs over the years, from Great Danes to German Shepherds, and to my Irish Doodle Charlie. There is nothing like the bond between man and beast! (Cheap reference to Brad Pitt movie "Heart of the Beast") And while I'm no Brad Pitt, but we are the same age. (Maybe that makes me just like him?) I treasure that bond. I recently lost Kaisey my 11 year old frisbee partner in crime German Shepherd. My plan is to honor her legacy by providing loving and trusting care to your dogs. My whole life resolves around the safety and well being of my dogs, we are frequent dog parkers, and whenever planning to go somewhere, my first question is can the dogs go? I have a large fenced yard and have taken extra procautions on not having escapees. My 2 doggies are very friendly and enjoy making new friends. Our dogs are rarely without human company.

About: I've had dogs my entire life and have always loved just being around animals. While I'm away from home, I'd love to spend some time with dogs and help give them the best possible time I can! I'm a college student, so my schedule shifts a bit with the seasons, but pet care fits in easily either way. Over the summer, I'm home essentially all day, every day, so I have plenty of time for walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins whenever they're needed. This fall, I'll be taking classes again, but since they're online and my schedule is very flexible, I'll still have plenty of availability throughout the day. While I don't currently have a pet of my own, I've spent a lot of time caring for others' animals and understand how much consistency and attention matters. I'm happy to work around your pet's existing routine, whether that means a set feeding schedule, a mid-day walk, or just extra company during the day. Since I offer dog walking and house sitting/drop-in visits rather than boarding, most of my pet care happens in the client's home and neighborhood, so I always make safety and comfort a top priority there. Before any visit, I like to get a clear understanding of the pet's routine, any commands they know, leash behavior, and specific instructions from the owner. During walks, I keep dogs securely leashed, stay aware of traffic and other animals, and avoid unfamiliar areas that could pose risks. For house sitting and drop-ins, I treat the client's home with the same care and respect as I would my own, making sure doors and gates are securely closed, food and water are refreshed as needed, and any medications or special routines are followed exactly as instructed. I also send updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pet is safe and well cared for while they're away. At my own home, I have a fenced yard and no other pets or young kids, which makes it easy to give a visiting dog calm, focused attention with minimal distractions or safety concerns.

About: I have had English Bulldogs all my life. I have also had excellent experience pet sitting with doodles, poodles, frenchies, golden retrievers, all types of cats and more! I love all animals so much and being able to spend time and work with them is my dream. I’m currently working part time. I also have an internship that is minimally time consuming. About: Hello I’m Griffin, I moved to Eugene last September to accept a job with a local nonprofit. I absolutely love dogs, to the point where my entire social media algorithm just presents me with puppy videos (all dogs are puppies to me.) I grew up with dogs, specifically Labradors, Cairn terriers and a Yorkie. When I was in Peace Corps in Ukraine, I had adopted a street dog and named him Dantinos. Sadly due to pandemic I was unable to bring my buddy back. There’s a big dog shaped hole in my heart. So, I decided to give this a try. My nonprofit job, while rewarding and interesting, isn’t cutting it for the cost of living today. I work full time but have remote work flexibility and live within a few minutes walking distance from my place of work- so whether it’s boarding or drop-ins, or walks, there’s a great opportunity to make it work. I would love to meet and pet and give your puppy some scratches if you’ll have me. I’ve got 35 years experience because I’ve grown with dogs all my life; and while I am not able to care for my own right now, taking a stroll with your puppy might be a win win win situation. I work full time, but have remote work flexibility and given a day or two in advance could likely block off some time to visit or walk a pet. Especially after lunch, when scheduled meetings are less frequent. When it comes to boarding- my work is literally a 5-8 min walk from my apartment- so even if I need to be in the office, coming back for potty breaks are not a problem. Fridays are generally half days, giving a little more flexibility I care for dogs by giving them love and affection when they want it. I’ve got a weakness for giving a dog treats with those pleading eyes, but I promise that I would never feed another persons dog anything not allowed, and certainly know to avoid over feeding. Eugene is a beautiful place and I think it would be a pleasure to take a stroll with your dog.

About: Having grown up in an animal-lovers family, I have experience with cats and dogs for all of my 21 years! I have some experience in puppy training and love getting to know animals personalities and adjusting my approach to care accordingly. I’m a current undergrad student at UO with class obligations only taking up ~4 hours a day, I have lots of availability to care for your furry babies!! I’m very active and love walks around Eugene! I currently live in a 4 bedroom apartment close to downtown Eugene, my home is not ideal for overnight care of larger animals, but, I live close to multiple walking trails and have a vehicle allowing me to meet you where you are at as well!
