Julie is the best pet sitter we've ever had. She genuinely loves animals, and is a particularly skilled cat whisperer. She cared for our somewhat persnickety senior kitty—who was especially sensitive after having surgery a few weeks before and was still healing—and brought out the best in her. Typically, our shy girl hides from new acquaintances, but Julie made her feel comfortable and got her to play and purr right away. Not only did Julie cover the basics—showing up reliably, following instructions, administering meds, taking care of needs—she made a real effort to befriend and bond with our cat through play and love. She was very communicative and provided detailed updates and photos to put our minds at ease while we were away. We've known Julie for a few years before she provided pet sitting services and she always goes above and beyond, so we were not surprised she excelled at this.
