“We have had a great experience leaving Gunner with Joel & Crystal. They are so very nice and love him like their own. Quick to reply and sends updates while we are gone. Our go to dog sitter!”

“Denise is kind and caring. She has taken great care of our little Terrier and always updated us as well while we were away. Thank you Denise! We so very much appreciate you!”

“Cecelia watched our dog Hobbes, and it seems he enjoyed his stay! She sent pictures of him to update us, and he had the run of her back yard. Would definitely recommend Cecelia!”

“Keith and his family were absolutely incredible! I’ve never felt at such ease leaving my girl before. My Luna even has separation anxiety and Keith gave me a ton of updates letting me know how she was doing. She was so exhausted after her stay because their family of five played with her the whole time. Pickup and drop off was extremely easy. I’ve used a ton of dog sitters and Keith’s family was by far the best!!!!”

“Julie took great care of my husky Cayde while I was away for 4 days. She would send daily pics of him and provide updates on how he is doing. I would book Julie again if ever I need to go out of town in the future.”

“Seemed to be very caring with our dog and stayed in touch with us. Baxter came home and seemed happy and ready to crawl into his favorite space and take a long nap.”

About: New to pet sitting. But not new to relationships with dogs. Recently retired and wanting to do something I love. As a proud parent of 2 doggies, (Little Nellie our Mini Dachshund lies in bed next to me as a write this) I know what it is like to leave your dogs in the care of another. It can be stressfull worrying about them. My aim is make it as stress-free as possible. I will treat your dogs as family. Because they are. I have had many dogs over the years, from Great Danes to German Shepherds, and to my Irish Doodle Charlie. There is nothing like the bond between man and beast! (Cheap reference to Brad Pitt movie "Heart of the Beast") And while I'm no Brad Pitt, but we are the same age. (Maybe that makes me just like him?) I treasure that bond. I recently lost Kaisey my 11 year old frisbee partner in crime German Shepherd. My plan is to honor her legacy by providing loving and trusting care to your dogs. Sincerely Bobby, Nellie, Charlie, and of course Kaisey who is forever in my heart! My whole life resolves around the safety and well being of my dogs, we are frequent dog parkers, and whenever planning to go somewhere, my first question is can the dogs go? I have a large fenced yard and have taken extra procautions on not having escapees. My 2 doggies are very friendly and enjoy making new friends. Our dogs are rarely without human company.
“I’m so glad we found Maddy! She assured me that my precious old gal was fully integrated into their family throughout the stay. I very much look forward to using Maddy again.”

About: I've raised 2 puppies who spent their whole life with me. I've adopted 1 rescue and 1 senior. They have had health issues (particularly the rescue and senior) so I'm familiar with some of the early and intermediate signs. We are now at a point in our lives where we want to still spend time with dogs, but we aren't looking for the 24/7 commitment. So we would like to host your furry baby for a night or a weekend and give him all the joy of a good friendship without the kennel experience of a dog hotel. We will be taking on pet care Friday thru Sunday. We may be able to support an emergency during the week, but since we both work full time, that would mean I would need to work from home for a day (which is pawsible with notice). However, it would not be our preferred schedule. We want to spend time with your dogs playing and relaxing - not just leaving them in an unfamiliar space while we are at the office. We are looking for day or overnight services on the weekends when we are free and planning to be home. We would expect you to bring enough food and medication to last their expected stay plus 1 day (in case of unforeseen circumstances). Then leave the rest to us. We will give regular bathroom breaks and play times (no yard), much love and pets and be vigilant about your recommended food/medicine. We do not look forward to creating your animal. So we expect at least one of us (husband or wife) to be home at all times and we expect your dog to be housebroken.
About: Hello! My name is Chris, and I would love to be your dog's best friend while you are away :) When I first adopted my dog, Wilson, he was a challenge--very roudy, not house trained, and high energy! With lots of patience, training, and love, he has developed into the most mature and calm pup. My friends routinely comment that he seems like a totally new dog. I believe all he needed was a stable and loving home. As such, I have experience training, administering pills and medicine, and identifying / helping with ailments if they crop up. If your pup has any of these needs, I can help! I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I’m current a graduate student with a very flexible schedule. I can make sure that your pet will never be alone for more than a few hours at a time. I have a sweet 5 year old black lab who will be your fur baby’s best friend. I’m happy to crate your dog if needed, and can take them out for potty as frequently as needed. I live near a large park which is great for walks and nature time for your pup.
About: I have experience with small Chihuahua breeds, and have grown up alongside Labs, Pitties and Rottweilers. I personally have trained our rottie on leash manners along with the many other dogs we’ve had growing up. I am an animal person through and through and through. I treat every animal to their specific needs for space, playtime, and rest time. I am currently working full time, but have evening availability 6 days per week. I have open availability two days per week and am open to last minute bookings. I am a responsible and detail oriented person who puts your pets needs first! We have a current puppy in training so I’m open to dogs of all ages. We have a fenced in yard, a nearby park and plenty of walking trails so there is the option to take your pups on walks if they are high energy. I have experience with small Chihuahua breeds, and have grown up alongside Labs, Pitties and Rottweilers. We love all shapes and sizes here!
About: Hi, nice to meet you! As a fellow pet parent to a 7 year old German Shepherd mix and an 11 year old cat, I know how much peace of mind it brings to find someone you can truly trust. With over 10 years of pet-sitting experience, my goal is to become your pet’s (second) best friend and make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away! I care for pets of every shape, size, and life stage! Whether you have an energetic puppy or kitten, a sweet senior who needs gentle care, or a three-legged companion with unique needs, I’m happy to adapt to their individual needs. I also have a soft spot for pets who are anxious, timid, or reactive and need a little extra patience. I’m comfortable following detailed routines, administering medications, and giving every pet the time, space, and attention they deserve. My dog occasionally joins me on sits when everyone is comfortable around other dogs, but she absolutely doesn’t have to come along! I always have care arranged for her at home, so I can accommodate whatever setup works best for your pets. Want to check out my reviews? ⭐ This Rover profile is new because I’m expanding my services across multiple regions in Oregon, but I’m happy to share my primary Rover profile so you can read my 5 star reviews and feedback from previous clients! I’d love to meet you and your furry family members and become someone you can count on whenever you need an extra hand ❤️ I’m currently taking a step back from full-time teaching to focus on substitute teaching, tutoring, and pet sitting! This gives me a more flexible schedule, allowing me to plan ahead and make sure your pets get all the attention, love, and consistency they deserve. Whether you have an energetic dog who loves long walks or hikes, a senior pet who needs medication, or a cozy cat who just wants some company, I’ll treat your pets like mine and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to be more than just a sitter. I want to be a reliable sitter you can count on, and be your pet’s second best friend! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I take the time to get to know each pet and follow your instructions carefully, from feeding schedules and medications to walks, playtime, and their usual routines. I’m especially comfortable caring for anxious, timid, or reactive pets and understand the importance of patience, reassurance, and giving them space when they need it. Whether I’m caring for your pets in your home or mine, I want them to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, so you can relax knowing your furry family members are in good hands!
About: I am an avid lover of animals and take my treatment of them to heart. I can keep your pup or kitty very happy and very healthy. My last old guy was a diabetic with a thyroid condition for the last 8 years of his life (2 insulin shots a day. 2 thyroid pills a day.) I’m very comfortable with giving medicine or shots to any animal. That includes emergency situations or routine management for the fur babies. My schedule is very flexible right now. I’m available most every day except for special occasions. I have a routine cancellation policy, but I’m pretty chill. I have a big fenced yard with beautiful grass and lots of things to smell. My house is single story with lots of open space for zoomies.
About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. I have one of my own. I have trained and raised a couple puppies and housesit and cared for many dogs. I also have veterinary care experience. My schedule is currently very open and I am looking to add caring for animals more into my life as it is something I really genuinely enjoy so I’m available for last minute or prepared ahead of time plans I have a fenced in backyard, with access to a doggie door. I have a miniature dachshund, and a domestic shorthaired cat. My animals rule the roost and are cared for exceptionally well. With access to food and water and a cool house with comfortable beds.
“Gina and her kids took such good care of our buddy boy! We’ve never left him for a week with anyone else but family, so it was hard for us to leave him; however, we quickly realized that he truly was in excellent hands with Gina! She provided us with daily pics and reassurance that he was doing well. The pics were proof that he was being loved, so much so that we didn’t think he’d want to leave! Highly recommend Gina and her crew. 💛🐶”

This our third sit with Jacqueline. Cinnabon LOVES her. I love knowing that Cinnabon is having a blast and I love getting lots of updates. This time on the way to her house Cinnabon started getting excited when she recognized the neighborhood. It made our goodbye so much easier. Am I little jealous of my how much Cinnabon loves Jacqueline? Absolutely. But I love that for her! Can’t recommend her enough!

Sarah and Anthony took wonderful care of my dog and welcomed him in as one of their own. I felt reassured throughout my time away from my pup with daily updates and photos. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet care, and I will be reaching out to them again in the future.

Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
