“Shorty is a puppy we had not gotten a couple weeks prior to needing someone to watch him. We chose Joel and Crystal because of their reviews. Shorty wasn’t well socialized so we were nervous to leave him. Crystal sent regular picture and text updates through Rover. Shorty made new friends! He came home happy, healthy, and tired! I could tell they hadn’t used his crate (we requested only use if necessary) and he reportedly slept with a family member each night which made me SO happy!!! They care about the animals they watch. Jessi was unbelievably kind and accommodating for my special needs dog. Even though I told her not to bother sending pictures because we would be out of cell range - when we got service back I was welcomed with a bunch of happy pictures! Nova didn’t want to leave, which is seats a great sign!
Alexia was very flexible and easy to work with throughout the weekend. The meet and greet with Coy and her dog went great and gave me the opportunity to get to know Alexia and share more about Coy and his routines. The pictures of the hike she took Coy on were greatly appreciated, as were the text updates. My wife and I will definitely keep Alexia in mind the next time we are in Eugene.
This was my first time leaving my dog with a non-family member and was a bit nervous, but Cassandra did an amazing job and truly made me feel like my dog was in good hands! She sent me lots of photos and videos of him which I enjoyed very much. She took him on walks, played a lot, and overall took great care of Frankie.
