About: I helped raise our family dog, a golden doodle for his 10 years so far with us. We also just brought in a stray puppy in January, so I am familiar with the puppy stage. He was probably 3 months when we got him and he’s now a year old at least. I am currently free all day everyday during the summer. However when the year starts when I will be free after school on weekdays, because I plan to substitute teach. I will still be available weekends though. I love all animals and I promise to do my best to keep your animals safe. I am organized and will follow the directions I am given to keep your animals safe.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was eight years old. I’ve owned many different breeds of dogs and cats. I’ve trained both dogs and cats. I currently work full time Monday through Friday and have the weekends off. I work from 7:30 to 4:30 but am free afterwards. I am willing to work with you. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 10 years dog sitting/walking dogs for family, friends, and Wag. For last 3 years I’ve taken care of my disabled Boxer Great Dane mix up until her passing which included bathing her, changing her diaper, and exercising with her. Currently I have a Lab Great Dane Mastiff mix puppy who I’ve been taking care of. I have lots of experience with Elderly, Disabled, Young, Big, and small dogs as well as diaper care. I am currently in Nursing School as well as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) looking to find extra work while off of school and work until fall term starts in October. I am free all day everyday until then. I live in a 1 story house with a fenced backyard and front lawn. I live with a very loving and caring family that includes my Mom, Dad, Puppy and Kitten. With being a CNA my entire job and belief is that Safety and Care is the most important thing when taking care of animals.

About: Caring for pets has been an important part of my life for as long as I remember and I know how important it is that our furry family members get the best care when we are away. From daily feeding, playtime, and training to handling medications, vet visits, trips to the emergency vet, I've done it all. I volunteer weekly at the Greenhill Humane Society socializing shy and nervous cats and have completed a course in pet CPR and first aid. With an 18-month-old boxer of my own, I know all about working with exuberant dogs and puppies and am always learning new training techniques to help with enrichment and obedience. A few things I would like every pet parent to provide me before I care for their pet. We can discuss this, and anything that I missed, when we first meet. - Expected arrival and departure dates and time - Emergency contacts besides yourself - Feeding schedule and instructions, including treats allowed - Health conditions to be aware of - Detailed medication instructions if needed - Name and address of their vet - Closest emergency vet - Pet temperament (fears, anxieties, etc) - Toys and favorite games - Where pet(s) sleep - Where they are and are not allowed in the house or yard (if dog) Dog: - Their potty habits - Equipment such as harnesses, leashes, poop bags, treats etc. - Anything I need to know about their behavior outside of the home (walking, in the car, around other animals and people) - Crate rules (if used) House (if housesitting): - Alarm instructions if applicable - Trash, recycling, and mail/package handling - Location of pet supplies - Location of thermostats, electrical panels, laundry, etc. - Wifi password, remote controls, etc. - Any service professionals who might visit during the stay (cleaners, yard maintenance, etc.) - Expectations around plants, mail, clean-up before your return I'm retired from the UO, so outside of my volunteer hours (~6 hours/week), my schedule is very flexible! I'm happy to work with the schedule that suits your pets needs. Meeting your pet's needs is my highest priority, whether it is playtime, quiet affection, a long walk, or simple companionship. I ask that all pet owners leave detailed instructions on their pet's needs, including what treats they can have, medications required, how they like to play, what actions or situations might cause anxiety, and all information for vet care and emergency contacts.

About: I have a dog and three cats, I do school online and have a very open schedule. I grew up with animals and babysit frequently. I’ve watched rabbits to horses and everything in between. I am currently in school and have a very open schedule. I am able to come and stop by or watch overnight. I am very reliable and have my own transportation. I have fostered a wonderful environment for my pets at home. My dogs fully trained on and off leash. He has excellent recall and trust with me. My cats are all free range in the house and we have gates put in place so they can have their own space. While watching others pets I am very proactive and careful of where I bring them and watch them carefully.

About: I’m very responsible and great with animals. I have taken care of my cat, Baby, since I was 6! I also have a lot of pet sitting experience! About: I have taken care of dogs in other peoples homes for about 4 years but have taken care of my own for 6. I have had jobs of up to 3 weeks of staying in another’s home to take care of their fur babies. I love being outside so I love to take animals on walks, to the park, and anywhere else they might be able to go. I have also taken care of other dogs that don’t quite fit with the rest. One of my family friends rescues dogs from kill-shelters that were in danger. These dogs consist of ones on special medications with tumors and ones who are sick. I have been able to be responsible with such dogs and give them what they need when taking care of them. I also have a lot of cat experience. While I have never watched cats in another’s home I have had 4 kittens that I have raised to adulthood and cared for them with everything they’ve needed. I absolutely adore cats! I am currently very free as far as scheduling goes. I am an active volleyball player at Lane community college where I have daily practice from 4-6pm. I have many games throughout the week but those have been updated on my calendar as unavailable. If there’s a day I have unavailable it might just be for a game day so reach out if you really need someone and I can make it work! I am unfortunately unable to board pets because of my no pet friendly apartment. However I am comfortable staying in a different home. I am a very clean person and will have a lot of fun taking care of your pets. I am a very out doorsy girl and love having a friend to come along with me!

About: Hi, I'm Desiree! I live in the hills in Southwest Eugene with my family & fur babies: four dogs, a cat, and a bunny. So animals are my everyday life. I know that leaving your pet with someone is a big deal, and I treat every pet like one of my own: lots of cuddles & attention, consistent routines, and clear updates, so you never have to wonder how they're doing. I have such a passion for doing this because when I’ve had to leave my fur babies it was really hard. I’m hoping to put you at ease knowing your fur baby is receiving love and attention while you are gone 💙💜 I currently work full time but my position is one that I get to work from home. So I am available anytime to watch the animal or walk them. My dogs and bunny would stay upstairs and there is a whole living area on the second floor. There is a gate on the stairs separating the living areas (due to my dog having bad hips). Your pet gets a fenced yard / daily walks and outdoor time, regular meals on your schedule, fresh water, and plenty of attention and play. I'm comfortable giving medications and following special diets or recovery instructions, and I'll send photo or video updates during every stay. Dogs sleep inside with us. We can do a meet-and-greet first so your pet can get comfortable with me.

We were a disappointed to find both water bowls were almost empty, one had dead flies in it, and the litter box had not been scooped for what looked like a number of days when we got home. These were things we had asked her to do daily.”
