1. Kristine F.
“Kristine is a gem. A rare one. She has walked my dog Bertie for me for over a year now and been completely reliable and trustworthy. When I tell him that his girlfriend is coming he runs to the window and doesn't budge until she arrives. He adores her! More than that, she is a profoundly good person who contributes to the community in many ways - my life and Bertie's have been enriched through knowing her. We highly recommend!”
2. Sidney B.
“Sidney is amazing with my pups and super responsive. The dogs love her and I can rest easier knowing my babies are in good and careful hands.”
3. Jordyn L.
“Jordyn has changed our dog for the better. Before Jordyn, our dog didn't sit on my lap except in the car. Now - he will, and lay on my tummy when I'm lying on the sofa. You brought out the best in Toledo and we are so happy. Toledo loves you - the moment you showed up for a walk Toledo's tail couldn't stop. Besides- you are always on time and wonderful to connect with. We are so glad we found you. ❤️”
4. Naiomi W.
“Naomi is amazing. She is reliable, flexible, and quick to respond to any communication. She gives me great updates on my dog each day and most importantly I can tell she truly enjoy spending time with him. As someone who has pet owner guilt over leaving her pup all day, it is such a huge relief to know he has someone who cares a lot about him to spend some time with him during the day. Thanks for being so amazing, Naomi!”
5. Dana M.
“It was great! Dana did an excellent job, great communicating, and happy dog when I got home!”

About: As a short overview, I have grown up owning, training, and caring for dogs and other animals. I am generally an early riser and a very active person. I have experience with animals with disabilities, and those that need medication. I can also provide basic grooming such as baths or teeth brushing. Currently, I am living in Eugene Oregon though I occasionally provide services in Corvallis as well. I am working another job so my availability is changing. I generally work Tuesday-Thursday + Saturday (all in the morning). On these days please allow me more time to reply. I'm unable to check my phone frequently while I'm on shift. Outside of work, I am fast to reply. For walks or runs, I have no issue bringing any size dog along. This includes big, energetic, or strong breeds. If your pet is older or needs a calm environment for any reason I am more than happy to provide so as well. I make sure to log everything that happens. Photos will always be provided. For house sitting my availability will be dependent on how much notice I am given and my work schedule. While I generally can reply quickly, I do ask that I be given 1-2 days to confirm there are no conflicts in scheduling. I will always do any pet cleaning from changing litter to cleaning chicken coops. I typically give 2 updates a day (one in the morning and one after dinner). I always provide photos with both. Before I leave I always clean any messes and wash anything that has been used. I am flexible towards your needs and will do whatever makes you and your pet feel happy and comfortable! For drop-in visits and walks, I will be sure to give your pet plenty of attention including treats, playing, and any needs specific to your pet and situation. I am working another job so my availability is changing. I generally work Tuesday-Thursday + Saturday (all in the morning). On these days please allow me more time to reply. I'm unable to check my phone frequently while I'm on shift. Outside of work, I am fast to reply. As someone who grew up with pets, I fully understand the anxiety about leaving your friend in someone else's care. I always offer a meet and greet so we can run down details in person. This way we get a personal connection and can see how I will get along with your pet. I always provide photos and can update you on whatever is needed. Typically I reply to any messages within an hour if not sooner. You are more than welcome to message or call me via my phone number.
7. Taylor A.
“Taylor was very reliable and took excellent care of my energetic young German Shepherd. I came home to a happy, well-exercised dog and could always tell she'd had great walks with Taylor!”
8. Sarah A.
“When we lost our dog sitter I was devastated and nervous we wouldn't find another great fit. However, we feel so lucky to have found Sarah! She is so carrying, understanding, and just amazing with our high energy 1 year old dog. She truly understands that dogs come with their own unique quirks and does a great job at letting our boy know whose the boss. She listens to what your training goals are and helps you achieve it through consistency. Thank you so much Sarah!!!!”
9. Ara H.
“Ara is our go-to for looking after our partially disabled Frenchie boy, from staying one night to couple weeks in our home. She loves on and sleeps with our boy the same as we do and handles his high-maintenance meal concoction, quirks and neurotic ways very well. We trust Ara in our home and feel peace when we travel. Additionally, Ara is a solid communicator - responds to a text w/in a reasonable amount of time, is clear and reliable.”
10. Teresa M.
“Teresa will make an exceptional choice for Rover customers in need of a loving caregiver/pet walker for their cherished fur family. Teresa is and always has been a pet owner. Growing up on a farm, she started life with a love of a variety of animals but dogs and cats have always had a special place in her heart. She has a calm demeanour, trustworthy nature, and is extremely dependable. Teresa will care for your pet as if it were her own. Tammy J.”
11. Emily A.
“Emily was very friendly, and my dog was almost immediately happy to meet her despite her typical barky wariness for strangers that come to the house. Emily was also super accomodating at meeting Oko and walking her for the first time with only a couple days notice.”
12. Brooke W.
“Brooke is wonderful -- she is very communicative and clearly cares a lot about our baby!”

About: Animals are my passion and happy place! I have lived with dogs and cats since I was born and have approximately 20 years of adult experience owning and caring for both, experiencing all phases of life across many animals (dogs, cats, horses, fish, and more). I am also mom/stepmom to four great humans, three of which are adults now! I enjoy watching dog training videos in my spare time (pack life member) and am the proud titleholder of “Second Favorite Human” for pets of my friends and family. I have raised puppies and nursed elderly dogs with specific needs. I enjoy spending time in the majestic PNW outdoors with my dogs and am an advocate for leave no trace principles. I have specific experience with aggressive and reactive dogs and am extremely empathetic to their special needs, including understanding and avoiding triggers and ensuring to respect and maintain all boundaries. I also have specific experience with Great Danes (can keep a close eye on stomachs!), Brachycephalic breeds, and other specialized dogs. I deeply value maintaining a dog’s typical routine and environment and will listen closely to ensure that I can replicate that for them as best as possible. I have a graduate degree and a full-time career that is heavily informed by the care and keeping of the built environment so I am well-qualified to provide excellent care for your home. I am a strong communicator that provides clear, consistent and timely updates with lots of pictures and videos. My animals are my family and I would be delighted to treat yours like my own! I am currently working remotely at home full time during the day Monday through Thursday with a flexible schedule. I always have evenings and Friday, Saturday and Sunday available. I also often have long lunch breaks that can be available, too! My partner and I own our home and have hired services from Rover ourselves! I am keenly aware of what constitutes good care (and not so good!) for your babies while you are away. I am glad to house sit for you, check in on your animals, and provide exercise and enrichment for your deserving pets. I can administer medications and am very clean and detail oriented. I will listen to your habits and routines and ensure your animals receive consistent and seamless care. Please note: at this time, to best prioritize my family, I am not sleeping on-site for house sitting bookings. I can stay at your place into the late evening (until 10:30/11:00pm) and arrive early in the morning (starting at 7am) to appropriately accommodate your pet’s needs, follow their regular schedule, and otherwise provide seamless and consistent care! If your pet sleeps in a crate, we’d be a perfect match. *If you have a reactive, special needs or anxious dog that requires a caretaker to be onsite overnight, please get in touch and we can discuss your specific case to see if I can provide the service you need. It’s possible I can make an exception for challenging bookings.*
