“Mia was a godsend! We didn’t have much forewarning of a family emergency, but we trusted her at the first meet & greet. She gave us one less thing to worry about. All three of our cats are shy around strangers, but she saw at least one most days, and took pictures when it wouldn’t disturb them. We got a note from her every day. We had to stay away from home longer than we expected, and she was absolutely fine about our return date changing twice. She even took out the trash that was full of scoopings from the litter boxes! We will definitely use her next time we need to be away.”

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was ten years old. My little sister and I were quite the entrepreneurs, and created our own pet-sitting business in our neighborhood. Now as I am nearly 20, I enjoy house sitting as well as drop-in visits. I’m highly interested in a career with animals and have two little fur babies of my own. I currently work am working and taking a gap semester. I currently do not do in-home care, but am totally great with housesitting or drop-in visits. I do not do boarding, but will treat your beloved pet as one of my own in your home, whether by house or drop in sitting.

About: I have had the joy of sharing life with a wide variety of dogs in my time. I have lived with cats, small dogs and big dogs. I tend to prefer the bigger dogs myself, because I love their cuddles. I have also cohabitated with cats, and enjoy their cuddles and purr vibrations. I have trained all of my dogs with the positive reinforcement method. I understand that dogs love to have boundaries made clear, so that they can feel safe. I do not raise my voice with dogs, and focus on reinforcing the positive choices that they make. I am experienced with giving medications to animals, even grumpy senior cats. I am patient with all animals, reliable and responsible for all pet owners. I value having a trustworthy petsitter for my own pets, and want to offer that to others in return. I am currently available anytime for pet care. I have some hobbies, but can easily schedule around them. With my own dogs, I am very active. We go on walks daily and often do road trips to the beach. I care for pets with patience and respect for the animals needs as well as the owners requests and preferences. I am very clean and organized, and will leave any space I am in clean.
