About: Hi, I'm Desiree! I live in the hills in Southwest Eugene with my family & fur babies: four dogs, a cat, and a bunny. So animals are my everyday life. I know that leaving your pet with someone is a big deal, and I treat every pet like one of my own: lots of cuddles & attention, consistent routines, and clear updates, so you never have to wonder how they're doing. I have such a passion for doing this because when I’ve had to leave my fur babies it was really hard. I’m hoping to put you at ease knowing your fur baby is receiving love and attention while you are gone 💙💜 I currently work full time but my position is one that I get to work from home. So I am available anytime to watch the animal or walk them. My dogs and bunny would stay upstairs and there is a whole living area on the second floor. There is a gate on the stairs separating the living areas (due to my dog having bad hips). Your pet gets a fenced yard / daily walks and outdoor time, regular meals on your schedule, fresh water, and plenty of attention and play. I'm comfortable giving medications and following special diets or recovery instructions, and I'll send photo or video updates during every stay. Dogs sleep inside with us. We can do a meet-and-greet first so your pet can get comfortable with me.

About: My family has had pets my whole life, I owned my own horse until I was 16. I've cared for a multitude of dogs, cats, animals, really all of my life. I work remote and can be around to care for your pets in a full time, hands on capacity. I have house sat, pet sat for friends and acquaintances over the years. My last old guy was a diabetic with a thyroid condition for the last 8 years of his life (2 insulin shots a day. 2 thyroid pills a day.)
