About: I have done many types of care giving. In addition to pet care, this includes elder care and hospice care. Attentiveness and being attuned to the emotional connection and body language is essential in sharing in care. I am working part time two or three days a week but due to an injury am looking to do less physically taxing work. With my current availability, returning to pet care sounds in alignment with my schedule and life. I think about how much love and care I would want given to my cats, and I give that much to others. Often, some pets experience some stress and duress when away from their people, and so being a safe, loving, calm and playful person is the main goal. My main values as I enter others space is the comfort of the pet, respect of the owners and their home, and being attuned to the animals needs.

About: I have been caring for animals my entire life, having grown up with pets. My experience includes daily care, feeding, exercise, grooming, and companionship for both dogs and cats, which are my primary areas of expertise. In addition, I have hands-on experience caring for farm animals, such as horses. Animals have always been a passion of mine. About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and have also taken care of pets of family and friends over the years. I know how important it is to have someone you trust and want your animals to feel comfortable and well taken care of! I have experience mostly with larger dogs and senior pets including giving oral medication so I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s needs! I work full time and I’m available when I work remotely from home on Thursday-Friday or on weekends. During those times I can accommodate frequent potty breaks, walks, or drop in visits depending on the need. I have a large fenced yard and live in a neighborhood with great access to trails and parks. I currently have a 13 year old cat who is very sweet but timid. Depending on the need I can keep my cat separate from other animals during boarding but happy to let them all hang if that works too- just let me know! I’m comfortable with leashed walks including with larger breeds. If staying at my house, the dog can have frequent access to run and play in my fenced yard.

I've had dogs in my life previously, and can care for well socialized, good natured dogs who live with cats that I am caring for. About: I have been babysitting since I was 14 (21 now) however not all the families had pets but, it always made my night when I also got the opportunity to take care of a furry friend! I started focusing on animal care / house sitting more as I got older. I just graduated from the University of Oregon and have a heck of a lot of free time on my schedule!
