Ky was wonderful with our dog and cat and clearly built a genuine bond with both of them over the course of our trip. We were especially nervous about finding someone new for our dog because she can be territorial and reactive with new people, but Ky handled her confidently and quickly learned how to redirect her energy. By the end of the week, our dog was cuddling with her, waiting by the door for her, and clearly very comfortable around her. Ky was also very respectful of our extremely shy cat and let her warm up at her own pace. By the end of the stay, our cat was actually coming out while Ky was there, which says a lot. Communication was a major strength. We received very detailed updates and lots of photos throughout the week, and Ky regularly spent extra time playing with our dog, giving her attention, and making sure both pets were cared for. Overall our pets were happy and clearly very comfortable with Ky. We really appreciated the care and attention she gave them.
Joshua is the best. My dog can be super protective but the two of them clicked immediately, feeding off Joshua's energy and dog-expertise. My kitty is nervous in her own ways but I always coming back knowing that she felt safe with his presence as well. I can't recommend Joshua enough, he has been such a savior when I have to be away from my two favorite critters and gives me peace of mind with updates and reassurances that he can handle whatever my goobers throw his way.
I highly recommend Sophia. Excellent communicator and provided regular updates, photos of Junie. Gave updates on how Junie’s day was going when she drops in and how she spent her time with her. Junie was in a great company and hands while I was away. Sophia was timely and very responsible during her drop in visits with Junie.
Not only did Maya respond very quickly, she took us on super last minute after our dog sitter had to cancel. She is a delight. Super timely, willing to make early morning visits, and as an extra bonus was able to get our elderly picky eater to eat the entire time we were away. She sent pictures and a brief synopsis of our dog’s well-being every visit. We can’t recommend her enough!! Thanks Maya.
I needed someone to watch my dog while she recovered from an injury and Natasha was a great help. She made sure Melon was leaving her stitches alone while giving her lots of love and attention. Kate was so wonderful! She helped us out with a last minute request and took excellent care of our dog. She sent great photos and kept us up to date on all of her visits.
