“Emily is so great with our dogs and was recently so patient with us too when we made her life harder by misplacing the hidden key! She went and picked up another key from a friend and was able to care for our dogs. She went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more grateful!!”

“Alyssa was wonderfully attentive for the drop-in visits we scheduled to take care of our two cats. All of the instructions were followed precisely and she provided all the photos I requested (worried for a cat who doesn't eat well when we're not at home). She also provided great notes with context of what she observed during her visits. We met for a meet & greet at the house and to go over the care routine, and we were impressed with her pleasant and calm energy which is a must for any caretaker of our anxious cats. She provided not just the requested service but also peace of mind. Thank you Alyssa, we'll definitely be looking to book with you again!! 🙏😸”

About: I grew up with a lotttt of cats and a dog. I currently have a big puppy and my roommate has three cats I help take care of. I loooove animals and always have! I work a lot, my schedule is a little all over the place but I am usually home most of the day and leave the pets with lots of water. Unfortunately the animals in my house are a little greedy, so they get fed once in the morning and once at night. We have two cat trees and lots of scratching posts for them. They (of COURSE) prefer climbing our bookshelves instead. I have some plants but keep them in areas they dont have access to. My dog gets two 10-20 minute walks a day and goes to the dog park as much as possible
About: My family has owned cats since I was a child. For any family or friends I would take their dogs out for walks, play time, and even stayed overnight with them if needed! I do have professional experience from doggy daycare for 2 years which included play time, walks, baths + grooms, nap times, feeding schedules and medications, boarding and much more! I have personal experience training dogs as well, patience is key. I have even trained my own kitties to do tricks! I work full time but I am able to leave early almost every day and then I do something else to fill in the rest of the day. I am available late afternoon-night. The days I can pet sit are after and before work Saturday-Tuesday. My cats are all inside cats. Two need lot of attention and I give them as much cuddles as I can and loves. The other two also need a lot of love but they are shy so I always make sure they are comfortable before handling them. With dogs, I always make sure I’m doing exactly what I’m told by the owners. I’m a very patient person as well, so if a pet is shy or nervous I always stay calm, never push them, and I let them come to me on their own time so I can build the trust.
“Nadiya was an amazing Rover hire. She watched our tuxedo cat Simon or five day. Checked on him 2 times daily. Fed and socialized with him. Received great pics daily. Highly recommend her.”

“I cannot find the words to express how grateful we are for Lydia’s presence while we were out of town! Our initial caregiver fell through and Lydia jumped through so many hoops to get our cat the care she needed on such short notice with minimal help from us. She’s very attentive to pets’ behavior and eating habits, and you can rest easy knowing your pet will be well cared for. I am so glad our Scout had Lydia to care for her and keep her company while we were away. She truly saved us all this week! We’ll definitely look to Lydia when we need care for our cat going forward. Thanks, Lydia!”

“Angelica took great care of my 3 cats. She followed the instructions well and handled other issues like adding more litter when needed. The cats were well taken care of. I will book Angelica again when needed.”

Elizabeth was very responsive and flexible and helped us in a pinch with a very last minute drop-in request. We are so grateful for her. She did everything we asked and even helped us out by bringing a package inside. We feel lucky to have found her and plan to request her for all of our future drop-in or house-sitting needs!

Chester LOVES Cassidy! He will set the tone for their visit and she is happy to comply. They snuggle, they play in the back yard or they just hang out for companionship. Having her visit mid-day is perfect for our boy, recently separated from his littermate. She is an absolute delight!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment.
