About: I have been caring for all different types and sizes of animals since a very young age. I used to work at a veterinary/daycare/boarding/grooming job and now work as a vet assistant! I have also pet sit for friends, family, even neighbors! I am very confident in caring for multiple pets at a time, feeding, administering medications, training, bathing, even socializing pets! I do also have experience with horses as well as other barn animals. I do have my own horse so I am able to care for livestock as well! I currently work full time as a veterinary assistant but am able to care for pets Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Sundays, and Saturdays after 3pm! My schedule may vary sometimes but that is typically what my weeks look like! I do live in a 2 bedroom house with a yard yard. I do have 3 dogs and 3 cats but I do have a crate and am able to crate your pet if needed!

“Ana accepted our request last minute and did a great job with our cats. She went above and beyond and even did an extra checkin with them and watered my plants. She even cleaned up after their mess which we didn’t require at all. I would definitely book Ana again for future visits!”

About: I have worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I’ve experienced walking the shyest dogs to the most aggressive dogs. My main focus is to understand each dog and help them become comfortable. I’d love to meet your dogs! This summer is busy because I will be transitioning into college! I usually update my calendar to about 2-3 months in advance and try to update it as much as I can. I’ll be living in Monmouth in August so I will change my area soon! I can easily crate a dog and learn your preferences on training. I love playtime and will play as long as your dog wants. On the other side of that if the dog just wants to snuggle I’d also be happy to sit and snuggle too! If you do not want the dog to go on a walk, I will keep the dog on your property (in house/backyard) unless specifically told not to go somewhere in the house.
About: I started taking care of animals when I was really young I think around 6 years old I would take care of my neighbor's dog was a little Pomeranian when they would go places. Also my neighbor had a Irish setter that I would go visit all the time and she would give me a dollar to walk her around the block or talking at least 48 years ago and I still remember it to this day it was one of the best times in my life when I was young. I think I've decided that I want to dedicate my life to this I mean what's left of it anyway lol I've been working with people most of my life and I thought I'd give this a try so daily routine and weekly routine would be up to the customer and it would be your preference after all you're the boss right? I've been a caregiver since 1998 of people I had five background checks last year for the state of Oregon I work for Oregon health Care commission and I'm a caregiver I passed five of them so you would not have to worry about me being in your home I would offer the services that you were requesting and you would also go beyond even more than what you would expect I think I would be a good fit with for anybody I'm an older lady and I've got a lot of grandchildren so I figured taking care of your for a babies and I would treat them like my grandbabies or you would say fur babies. Customer would be my boss so therefore I would do what they would ask.

“Megan was fantastic! This is our first experience using Rover, and we couldn't be happier. We were very nervous about letting someone into our home and caring for our 2 dogs(and cat). Megan came to meet us and our pups first and put us at ease immediately! She made sure our dogs were let outside and got their wiggles out so we could enjoy our vacation.. She kept us update daily with pictures and messages. She dealt with technical issues (garage door glitches) and mischievous attacks of our Christmas tree in order to keep our home and pets safe. She was everything we needed, and more! Thank you Megan, we will be using you on a regular basis, as well as vacations!!”

“Erin was so helpful and exactly what my cat, Jared needed for a pet sitter! Erin’s attention to my pet’s needs and love for animals really shows! 100% will book Erin again, and I recommend Erin to anyone needing a pet sitter!……unless it conflicts with my bookings, ha ha. 😺”
About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. I have a fenced-in yard and 2 friendly dogs (lab and border collie mix) to keep your furry loved one company! I also play music often for myself and for the dogs. I find it helps soothe some anxiety for them as well!
“Jill was great to work with and very good about responding quickly. There were a few planning mishaps on my end when preparing for my trip and Jill was able to work with me to find solutions. Everything went well while she took care of my cats and she sent several great pictures while she checked on them!”

About: I have lifelong experience caring for animals of all kinds! I grew up on a farm, where caring for horses, livestock, and other animals was simply part of everyday life. Today, I continue that passion by fostering dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens through my local humane society, giving animals a safe, loving place to grow and thrive until they find their forever homes. I also have experience caring for small animals such as guinea pigs and rabbits, so whether your family includes four hooves, four paws, or tiny whiskers, they'll be in capable hands. As a teacher, I'm patient, dependable, and attentive to routines and individual needs, and I know every animal has its own personality. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or needs a little extra care, I'll treat them like they're part of my own family and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can relax while you're away. My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or simply keeping them company, I enjoy making animal care a natural part of my daily routine and ensuring each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and any special needs so I can provide consistent, attentive care in a calm, loving environment. You can also expect regular updates and photos, so you'll always know your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

About: Hi! I’m Noelle, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. From a young age, I’ve been fortunate enough to grow up in a household that nurtured a love for all creatures. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, snakes, horses, pigs, hamsters, and even a few cows. This diverse experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of different animal behaviors and care requirements, whether it’s a playful puppy, a quiet cat, or a curious hamster. In addition to taking care of my own pets at home, I’ve had the privilege of helping friends, family, and neighbors with their animals, which has allowed me to build my skill set even further. I’m comfortable with everything from basic pet care tasks like feeding and cleaning up after animals, to more specialized needs like administering medications or managing animals with unique health requirements. My experience also extends to larger animals like horses and pigs, where I’ve learned about proper feeding, grooming, and the importance of creating a comfortable and safe environment. I’m highly familiar with setting and sticking to a pet’s daily routine. Whether it’s a puppy needing regular walks or a senior cat requiring extra time to relax, I take great pride in ensuring each animal’s needs are met. This experience has taught me to quickly adapt to each pet’s individual personality and preferences, making sure they feel secure and loved while you're away. If your pet enjoys outdoor adventures, I love taking them to the park, going for walks, or engaging in playtime, giving them the exercise and mental stimulation they need. On the flip side, if your pet prefers quiet time, I’m more than happy to spend the day lounging at home, providing them with companionship and relaxation. I understand that every pet is different, so I always adjust my approach based on what will make them feel most comfortable. If I’m watching your pets in your home, I’ll carefully follow the routines and guidelines you’ve set in place. I’ll take the time to learn your pet’s preferences, whether they love playing outside or prefer to stay indoors, and I’ll make sure their environment is calm, clean, and loving. I know how important it is for your pet to feel like they’re in safe hands, and I go above and beyond to ensure they get the attention and care they need. At home, I have several pets of my own, so I’m used to feeding schedules, cleaning up after them multiple times a day, and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I know how important it is to keep pets happy and healthy, and I bring that same energy to every pet I care for. If I’m watching your pets in your home, I’ll take the time to understand their routine — whether they go outside or stay indoors, how you feed and interact with them — and do my best to follow your care style as closely as possible
About: • Veterinary student • Fear Free • *pending BLS/ALS RECOVER CPR certification coming 05/16* • • Transparent, reliable, and attentive care backed by extensive clinical experience • I’m Jennifer, a 2nd yr veterinary student at Oregon State University with an interest in small animal medicine and feline-centered care. I have 10+ years of hands-on experience working with (primarily) dogs and cats in both shelter and clinical environments. I began volunteering at the Arizona Humane Society, where I provided daily care and enrichment for incoming and resident animals. I later worked as a veterinary assistant in a small animal general practice clinic for 4–5 years, gaining extensive experience with patient handling, client communication, and medical care in a fast-paced setting, while completing a bachelors in pre-veterinary medicine and a wildlife management certificate. To supplement my extensive academic training, I have pursued Fear Free Certification and Cat Friendly Veterinary Practitioner certification to better understand how to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in animals in the shelter and clinic environment. I carry those principles into every visit, prioritizing calm, low-stress care tailored to each pet’s individual needs and personality. In addition, I am fully bonded and insured, and I maintain independent professional coverage beyond Rover platform protections. Currently, I am progressing on completing the BLS/ALS CPR certification through the RECOVER Initiative (the evidence-based standard used in veterinary medicine) and I will officially have that achievement met on May 16th! Additionally, I am continuing to expand my Fear Free certification in the coming weeks to include a higher tier of canine/feline care and a broader range of species in general. I am comfortable administering medications through a variety of routes and have experience caring for multiple species, including dogs, cats, and backyard poultry such as chickens and turkeys. While the majority of my experience is within the small animal realm, I have additional experience with a variety of species. Providing these services are an extension of my training and long-term career in veterinary medicine. I strive to provide thoughtful, consistent care so you can feel confident that your pet is in capable hands. One of my goals is to maintain your pet’s routine, while also monitoring for subtle changes in behavior or health while you’re away. I am currently transitioning into a full-time veterinary assistant role in a clinic in Eugene, OR, but I will do my best to accommodate any services in my time outside of the clinic. Thank you for sticking around to learn about me. I’d love to meet your fur kids! I am currently a 2nd year veterinary student that has needed to take a medical deferral for a year. I plan to return to OSU CCVM to finish my doctorate degree, during the Winter 2027 term. During the month of May '26, I expect to be transitioning into a veterinary clinic job in Eugene, OR. I will do my best to accommodate all requests in the meantime and I will be transparent about any scheduling conflicts. I am hoping to spend the next year focusing on my health, continuing my veterinary learning at a pace that suits my current needs, spending time with my cats and my partner, and exploring OR. I will reliably provide updates on the status of your pets and provide immediate reports if I notice anything abnormal or medically concerning during our visit. I am always available to be contacted if there are any concerns during the services or leading up to the services. In my time off from veterinary school, I plan to pursue BLS/ALS RECOVER CPR certification in Portland, OR in mid May. Fingers crossed that I am able to find a class with space but I will update my profile once I have official certification shortly! How cool to have a legit medical professional as a pet/house sitter while you're away! 😎 On top of being an approved Rover sitter/covered by the Rover guarantee, I have additional insurance coverage and am bonded through an external company to simply give myself and your family peace of mind while you're away!

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
