About: I have taken care of pets specifically dogs for a majority of my life. Housesitting and walking dogs for both family friends and neighbors. I enjoy spending time with dogs and having the responsibility of caring for an animal. I work part-time, so I have a lot of free time during the day! I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting before work and on my days off. I’m responsible, caring, and love spending time with animals. I’m happy to give your pets lots of attention, playtime, and care while you’re away! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine. Give them lots of love and attention and always respect your space. I ensure they are fed exercised and happy and I provide regular updates so you feel reassured while you’re away.

About: I have had dogs my whole life and have experience in senior and puppy care. I love dogs and have cared for ones of all sizes. I’m currently volunteering so I’ll have plenty of free days and weekends to watch and care for animals. My days are fairly free and I’m open for last second bookings. I have experience in crate training two dogs while providing them with a safe and comfortable experience. I also have a safe fenced yard with two friendly dogs.

About: I have had 3 dogs of my own for years that I’ve helped train and take care of alongside my family. I have also been paid for and asked to take care of my families dogs or other pets multiple times. I have had 3 cats as well, so I’m pretty well knowledgeable in both areas of care. Im working part time at the moment and have space between and after my classes to take care of whatever business and pet sitting necessary :) I am very patient and careful with dogs with knowing many temperaments are different and unique. I’ve dealt with bigger dogs so I’m not easily nervous around noisy dogs.

About: I have been a dog, cat, and house sitter for many years for friends and acquaintances. I am open to all kinds of animal and have had experiences handling them. I work in the mornings and rarely in the afternoons so I have a lot of free time. I also have a dog and cat car seat available I have a large yard that is not fenced in but is fun to play in. My apartment is clean and very pet friendly. I am nearby lots of trails and paved walkways to take the animals on adventures. I also have a car to travel with the animal to parks. I work in the mornings and have lots of free time in the afternoon. I had a high needs animal therefore I have experienced with that along with caring for senior animals.

About: Nanny families have relied on me to care for their fur family members for years! I've learned they're just like little kiddos. Learning everything and wanting love and connection. I'm working full time during the week 8-4:30pm. Fridays are flexible and I can make a mid day if needed! Weekends are usually available just filled with chores so I would love to connect if this schedule works for you! About: I have two cats and a dog that I love dearly, at 12 years old I started walking my neighbors dog, but had to quit because of covid. Me and my family have fostered 3 puppies, and have babysat many friends and families dogs! Im currently taking online classes at my college but I have plenty of time to walk, play, and care for any and all pets! I'm free during both the week and weekend to care for your pets. About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 13 and now i’m 21! Spending time with animals is so fun for me:) I go to OSU and am looking to spend time with your pets! About: I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and breads since I was five years old. My neighbors and friends trust me to take impeccable care for their pets. I am currently in college and I work part-time three days a week. Although, I have quite a bit of free time and in that time I usually like to workout or try new things. Occasionally my family and I go to bend on the weekends. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a property that Is not heavily populated by cars on the road. I also have three varying sized crates as well as two dogs. My dogs are let out every 1-2 hours. One of my dogs is crated when I am not home and my other dog does not have to be crated. In my clients home, I will care for their pets like my client would normally and I will ensure that their home is left clean.

About: I grew up with a black Labrador for 10 years and helped out with feeding him, playing with him, and walking him. Over the past year, I have boarded a cute pug on several occasions. This experience inspired me to join Rover. I absolutely love dogs and am passionate about caring for them and looking after them in the best possible way! I’m currently an elite runner who trains 2-3 hours daily, with a flexible schedule. I am excited to look after dogs and show them a good time! I have a spacious, unfenced yard in the countryside. I do not have a dog of my own or any pets. I am reliable regarding following instructions pertaining to the dog’s needs.

About: I've been an animal lover as long as I can remember. When I was 9 years old, my Dad got me my first Golden Retriever for Valentine's Day 1998. Her name was Star. I wanted a Golden because I fell in love with Shadow from "Homeward Bound". Star was my best friend, and we trained together in Canine Good Citizenry and agility. She could jump through hula hoops, over my arm, and she knew all sorts of tricks. I also love horses and used to spend summers and spring breaks on my cousin's farm in Apopka, Florida where she was the Barn Manager for a gal who rode in the Irish Olympics for the Equestrian Team. I had my own horse when I was younger, but we sadly had to sell her when my mother passed away when I was 9 years old. I've had dogs and cats off and on my entire life, but sadly, I just recently moved to Oregon and do not have any pets of my own right now for a few reasons: The first is that I'm working diligently to get established in Oregon and currently have a Mon-Thursday schedule with the City of Salem that requires me to be away from home for over 10 hours a day. Second, my roommate has a sick and aging cat who is not doing well, and we do not want to stress him out by adding pets to the house right now. Hopefully, my roommate will be able to reconsider when things change, but for now, Bok Choy (and his comfort) is our main priority at my house. Third, I'm hoping to move my Dad out to Oregon within the next 3 years, but for now, he is living alone as a retiree in Georgia, where I grew up. He is very attached to our dog Hank, and even though I'm definitely Hank's favorite person, I couldn't stand the thought of separating those two because I felt like my Dad needs Hank more than I do as Hank is his reason to get up in the morning! I miss Hank more than words can express, but I think we made the right call because Hank does not like being alone, and Dad can accommodate this as he is retired whereas I am in the main career years. I have previous dog sitting experience, but sadly, my identity was hacked, and I lost all of my photos on my Facebook account and lost many of my contacts through my old email address that I lost access to. I have also done amateur dog training and hope to get a professional certification in dog training within the next 12 months. I am happy to house sit during my work week if you only have cats that need tending after office hours. I won't be accepting house sitting for dogs unless there is an understanding of my work schedule and the dog has access to a doggy door and a yard or puppy pads are used during the day. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who can be with your dog during the business day instead of requesting me if you have dogs and need assistance during my work week (Mon-Thurs). This is a Side Hustle for me, but it also the more meaningful of my jobs because I love animals more than anything else in this world, and being around them is good for my mental health. I currently work Monday-Thursday until 4:30PM so it will be difficult for me to provide overnight dog sitting until Thursday after 5 PM unless your dog has access to a doggy door or puppy pads. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who does this full time if you need assistance during business hours Monday-Thursday. When I am at your house, your pet is my priority. If they need exercise or stimulation, we will make that happen. I will almost feel guilty for getting paid for it because it will literally be my pleasure. I will ask you to leave detailed instructions that will make my life easier and expect you to extend trust to me to do my job well. I understand it is difficult and that trust is earned and not freely given, but we need to have a clear discussion before you leave about what your expectations are so I can decide If I can meet those in a way that will not cause me undue anxiety. If you need someone after 5PM Mon-Thursday or anytime on the weekends, I am your sitter!

About: Hi! I have experience with all different types of animals. I have a 7 year old terrier mix that gets along with other dogs. I used to foster and took care of all types of dogs. I’m a nurse so I have experience with giving meds. When I go to work, my boyfriend is at home and your pet will not be alone. I work 3 days a week but my boyfriend works from home and is home all of the time. We can take your dog to the park and go on walks at least twice a day. We have a two bedroom house with plenty of space inside. We have a small outdoor space for your dog to sniff but we will go on daily walks with your dog.

I am reliable and can be flexible when needed. In my free time I volunteer at Greenhill animal shelter and have lots of experience with all types of dogs and their needs. I am currently a college student and have a pretty open schedule. I am always looking for ways to help out and love surrounding myself with animals. I am a very active person and love walking, hiking, trips to the beach, or just laying around keeping them company! I have classes and work but times vary for each.
