About: I’ve taken care of and walked dogs since I was in middle school, currently have my own 7 year old pitty girl and we have 2 other doggy roommates. I have experience with cats as well as I have many friends with cat that I’ve cared for :) I work from home in South Corvallis and travel between here, Albany, Philomath and Salem quite often. Weekends are pretty open for me as well for checking in on your pet or walking them! About: Animal care has been a part of my whole life. I've always had a pet, whether they were cats or dogs. No matter the size, age, or breed of the pet, I understand to respect their boundaries and be mindful of their safety. Spoiling and playing with pets is the easiest task on the planet. I'm a part-time college instructor. My hours are extremely flexible, so I can happily take a break from grading to pop in for a pet. I first and foremost will defer to the owner's instructions and requests. For pop in care, I will check basic needs first: food/water/litter box/potty breaks. Then comes socializing or any other request from the owner. Weather permitting, I like to take dogs out for fetch, chase, tug-a-war, or casual walks. What we do is sometimes determined by the breed of dog. For cats, I understand that play is up to them. I'm happy to engage in any way they prefer. My own cat is a fiend for a string.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
