About: I’ve been around dogs since I was born. Having such good relationships with all animals, neighbors, friends, and family have always looked to me for house/pet sitting. I treat each pet as it were my own! Going to school full time, and working part time, I can always use an escape. Walking, playing, or simply visiting with you pet makes the perfect time away from real life, and provides a much needed break in between work and school My full attention and focus is always on the animal. I always make sure dogs are leashed, and door/gates are latched so all pets remain safe and in my vision.

About: Hi, my name is Stella & I love dogs, and all animals! For full disclosure, I adopted a pup named Winnie - she is a big lovable goof with a sweet personality, who loves to play, and equally loves to chill and sleep. She gets along well with other dogs, so long as they don't exhibit aggressive behavior toward her. If I am considered for a house sitting job (or any other service), Winnie would not be joining me unless otherwise discussed. Right now I have open availability for house sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits! I will treat your pet like I'd want mine to be treated (and per your instructions of course). :-) I love all breeds, large and small alike. Lindsey did an amazing job with our dog. We were gone for a decent stretch of time, something I knew would be challenging on him. Even so, she easily rose to the occasion. She developed clever playtime activities to help keep him active and engaged. Patient with him when he was more sassy or reserved. She was very attentive and even going above and beyond to check on him extra when he was a little more stressed. Before our trip I was concerned our dog was going to struggle during our absence. But Lindsey made sure he still felt loved and cared for while we were away!
Amanda took care of our home and cats for multiple weeks while we were out of country; she was attentive during our orientation and made sure to pay attention to each one. Useful since two of them don't get along. When we got home the litter was scooped and messes were swept. Incidental messes like hairballs were cleaned up and reported on during her daily write ups. We had a remote camera set up in the living room (we informed her about) and our check ins always showed us how she took care to ensure our local escape artist was shooed from the door with care and safety in mind. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
