Over the last 4 years I’ve been house/cat sitting for peers and faculty at OSU, and am dedicated to keeping pets comfortable and happy during what may be a stressful time for them! I aim to provide the highest level of care by remaining attentive to your pet’s needs and providing regular updates to you (if requested).

Nilanjana is amazing! This was my first time leaving my cats alone for 5 days, and she did an amazing job to ease my anxieties of leaving them. She sent lots of photos and videos to show how the cats were doing and sent a lot of updates. I have a very anxious cat, and she worked well with him, and did everything in her power to make him comfortable. I would highly recommend her!
Nilanjana was fantastic! Our original pet sitting plans fell through, and we’re so grateful she was able to fill in last minute. She sent lots of pictures too :) Highly recommend!

Nili did a splendid job! She kept everything neat and tidy. The cat box was cleaned twice a day and the cat was fed as often as needed. She texted me daily with photos of Leo. I was very pleased, and hope to hire her again.
Calendar and availability
Schedule
Most days I am on campus for 4 hours and work remotely the remainder of the time. As my schedule has a lot of flexibility, I am available for multiple drop-in visits, walks, etc.

I am happy to provide drop-in visits and housesitting for cats and small dogs, and have a strong track record of befriending all the shy, feisty, and loving cats I’ve cared for in the past! My goal is always to create a calm, safe environment where your pet can warm up to me at their own pace, and remain comfortable and happy during what may be a stressful time for them.
Pets
A typical day
Enjoy the fall weather and look for critters together on a walk around the neighborhood, and play with their favorite toys at home! With cats, I will give them as much space and time as they need to warm up to me and then provide all the cuddles and head scratches they will let me!
