Hi there! I’m a PhD student at OSU and have been house/cat sitting for friends and coworkers over the past 4 years. I am comfortable caring for cats of all ages and temperaments, and my schedule is very flexible so I am happy to accommodate all of your pet’s specific care requirements.

I am happy to provide drop-in visits and housesitting for cats and small dogs, and have a strong track record of befriending all the shy, feisty, and loving cats I’ve cared for in the past! My goal is always to create a calm, safe environment where your pet can warm up to me at their own pace, and remain comfortable and happy during what may be a stressful time for them.

Nilanjana is amazing! This was my first time leaving my cats alone for 5 days, and she did an amazing job to ease my anxieties of leaving them. She sent lots of photos and videos to show how the cats were doing and sent a lot of updates. I have a very anxious cat, and she worked well with him, and did everything in her power to make him comfortable. I would highly recommend her!
Nilanjana was fantastic! Our original pet sitting plans fell through, and we’re so grateful she was able to fill in last minute. She sent lots of pictures too :) Highly recommend!

Schedule
Most days I am on campus for 4 hours and work remotely the remainder of the time. As my schedule has a lot of flexibility, I am available for multiple drop-in visits, walks, etc.

- Pet personalities and care needs can vary so much! Let me know how I can keep your pet healthy and comfortable by providing specific instructions on feeding, preferred activity level, and any health conditions to keep an eye on.
