I am a teacher, so I have time in the summer when many are away on vacation. During the week, I have some long lunch breaks that allow me to come check on pets.

Maintaining routine is important, so tell me if your pet has a certain time they eat. If your pet likes specific treats or activities please tell me. For example, one of my cats is highly motivated by wet food.
A typical day
Your cat will chase feathers for exercise and retrieve treats from a puzzle for mental stimulation. Your dog will chase a ball if you have a back yard or play tug of war. I love cuddles. I hope your pet does, too

Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs since I was a child. I’ve played fetch with them, trimmed their nails, and given them baths. I also have experience administering oral medication to dogs. I have a cat and bunny 🐰 that have stolen my heart ❤️. Cats, especially, want to sit in my lap or lay on me. My friends and family choose me because I am responsible, so they know their pet will be well taken care of.

Jeffrey did a wonderful job with Meli. There have been a number of changes in our life recently, which have left Meli quite anxious, particularly about being left alone in the house. Jeffrey went above and beyond to spend time with Meli, calming her over the week, playing with her, and just hanging out with her. This calmed her considerably, and we came home to a happy, healthy dog!
Jeffrey was a wonderful house sitter for our two dogs! He communicated and sent us photos regularly and left detailed notes. We are so appreciative of the thoughtful care he took of our house and dogs- including one elderly dog that was recovering from illness. We will definitely ask him to watch our pups again next time we go out of town.
