I am a teacher, so I have time in the summer when many are away on vacation. During the week, I have some long lunch breaks that allow me to come check on pets. I am unable to provide constant care during housesittings. I can only provide care for animals that can be left alone for a minimim of 2 hours.

Maintaining routine is important, so tell me if your pet has a certain time they eat. If your pet likes specific treats or activities please tell me. For example, one of my cats is highly motivated by wet food.
A typical day
Your cat will chase feathers for exercise and retrieve treats from a puzzle for mental stimulation. Your dog will chase a ball if you have a back yard or play tug of war. I love cuddles. I hope your pet does, too

Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs since I was a child. I’ve played fetch with them, trimmed their nails, and given them baths. I also have experience administering oral medication to dogs. I have a cat and bunny 🐰 that have stolen my heart ❤️. Cats, especially, want to sit in my lap or lay on me. My friends and family choose me because I am responsible, so they know their pet will be well taken care of.

Jeffrey was wonderful and took great care of Bowie and Marvel when I needed some last minute help for daily walks!
He was great with my dog and communicated constantly with me.
Jeff did a drop in visit for us so we could spend most of the day with our kiddos in Portland. He played with our dog and gave our dog and cat their dinners so we could relax and enjoy our day. All went great!
Jeffrey did a great job! I received updates with photos everyday and he provided a checklist of Dobie's "accomplishments" when I got home. I hope to have Jeffrey sit for Dobie again in the future. I highly recommend him.
