About: I have grown up with all different types of animals like dogs, cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, etc. I am very much an animal lover and I treat all animals with love and respect! I have provided dog sitting services for over 10 years and have cared for dogs with all types of needs. I have experience in taking care of senior dogs, dogs with disabilities, dogs with high energy, and dogs of all sizes. I wouldn't say I have experience in professional training, but I have some experience in training my own dogs (and cat). I am currently a full-time nursing student with a part time job. My schedule is changing pretty frequently, but I am very organized and good at keeping my schedule updated. I am home most of the week doing classes online, so I do have a lot of extra time for pet sitting, dog walks, and drop ins! I pride myself in creating a safe and loving environment for all animals. I treat all animals with love and respect and I always aim to make sure they feel comfortable and safe. In my own home, I only have one cat, but I aim to make the home as safe and playful as I can for him. I intended to bring the same love to other people's homes.
About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. I have a fenced-in yard and 2 friendly dogs (lab and border collie mix) to keep your furry loved one company! I also play music often for myself and for the dogs. I find it helps soothe some anxiety for them as well!

I was also absolutely delighted with the photos she shared each day - she was somehow able to capture my cat’s personalities each day and the photos were totally above and beyond what I was expecting. Whitney was amazing and I felt completely comfortable leaving my three fur babies in their care!! Communication was great and Whitney made sure everyone got the right medication even when the treats weren't in their usual location. Shelby was the best! She read outloud to our girl each day since she's not the overly playful type and I thought that was sooo sweet. She also left a very nice card and lickable treat for us to give her when we got home. We have used Rover a lot over the years and she is by far the best sitter we've met! :)
