About: Taking a break from being a pet foster to pet sit again. I was a vet tech for 8 years and I have owned pets for 30 years. I can administer any medications needed. I will also watch dogs that have behavioral issues and I have no breed restrictions. My schedule provides the ability to watch puppies and provide them with the frequent play and bathroom breaks they need. I can also take your pet to any appointments they may have while you are out of town. I am unable to watch pets in my home. I will take your dog on hikes with me if you want or will take them on a stroll in your neighborhood. My work allows me to work from home so when I am pet sitting, I am able to spend a lot of time with your pet. When I am taking care of someone's pet, I treat them as if they were my own. I know that keeping their routine helps to minimize any stress of their owner being away.

All of the instructions were followed precisely and she provided all the photos I requested (worried for a cat who doesn't eat well when we're not at home). She also provided great notes with context of what she observed during her visits. About: I’m a responsible individual who’s passionate about caring for pets. I have been working with animals personally and professionally my whole life. I have experience with horses, chickens, donkeys, goats, hamsters, cats, oh and of course dogs. I have dog sat for friends in the past, love to babysit my parents senior pup, and have experience with a variety of different breeds and temperaments. For the last year I have been volunteering at the Corvallis humane society and have completed their training allowing me to work with more difficult dogs. I greatly enjoy walking and playing with the shelter puppies! I am currently in a transitional period in my career and am looking for more full time employment. That means for the time being I have plenty of free time to give you pets all the attention. Due to unfortunate circumstances (my landlord) I am unable to pet sit at my own home. However I will diligently make sure to follow all expectations and guidelines you establish for your furry friends when watch/walk them at your place.

“I booked George for an upcoming pet-sitting appointment but I needed to check if Dobie would let him in when I wasn't there. (The meet-and-greet went fine.) George came at the appointed time when I was gone and let Dobie out into the yard and took a couple of pictures and showed that everything went well. He let me know when he started the drop-in and when he finished.”

About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. I have a fenced-in yard and 2 friendly dogs (lab and border collie mix) to keep your furry loved one company! I also play music often for myself and for the dogs. I find it helps soothe some anxiety for them as well!

About: Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I've had cats since birth, cared for large dogs for the past 10 years, and have owned snakes and other reptiles for more than 20 years. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique needs, personalities, and behaviors of many different types of pets. One of my greatest strengths is building trust quickly with animals. I can't imagine my life without my pups, and I treat every animal in my care with the same patience, kindness, and respect I give my own. I am a teacher and am currently off for the summers so my hours are flexible. During the school year I can help weekends and evenings.
