About: There’s nothing greater than making a new furry best friend. Caring for and earning the trust of animals is the most rewarding experience. I’ve been a lifelong pet owner, as well as walked and sat pets for friends and family for 10 years. Animals are one of my passions, and I hope I can share the love! About: I've personally had cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and amphibians since I was a young child. I currently home a sassy Cat, and Leopard Gecko(: I also help my parents take care of our families' dog (Doberman/Lab mix) and cat. I have experience working as a volunteer at a Shelter, Intern Zookeeper, Wildlife Rehabilitator, Pet Care Specialist, and Associate Dog Groomer (~4 years experience). I have also worked extensively in Wildlife Ecology for the past 6 years, working with and handling every taxa of animal. I recently obtained my Master's degree in Wildlife Ecology at Iowa State University and am currently pursuing my Doctoral degree at OSU in the same field! I am free most Afternoons and Weekends, but accommodations can be made to check in early in the morning or occasionally through the day as well! When it comes to house sitting - I am unavailable to stay all day everyday on weekdays, but can make accommodations to be there frequently during the day. It might be easier to book multiple drop-ins for this if you’d prefer. On weekends I am available to stay all day/evenings! I am highly trained by both private and public institutions in the handling, care, and research of a variety of domestic, exotic, and wild animals; so no pup or cat is too extra for me!

About: I’ve lived with animals my whole life. My father is a veterinarian and runs a vet clinic, and we’ve had animals in the house since I was born, so I’ve had plenty of experience taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I’ve learned how to look after animals from taking care of my family’s and friend’s pets, and I have a veterinarian on call if anything were to go wrong. :) I am currently in the process of looking for a full-time or part-time job, so for the time being I am very available to watch after and take care of your pet. I will take care to listen to any and all specific care instructions you may have for your pet. I love playing with animals and taking them for walks, so if you have an active pet I will be happy to engage with them. My father is also a practicing veterinarian, so if anything were to go wrong I can call him to help sort out what to do.

About: I have worked at a boarding facility for three years. I currently work at an animal emergency facility and have been here for 2 years. I love animals and caring for them is my calling. I am well trained in dealing with emergency, animal nutrition, can trim nails and do basic grooming of pets as well! I am very flexible and am able to juggling my responsibility as needed. I do work as a veterinary assistant but I have a set schedule that allows me to be work another job. I have a create if needed. I have cat and dog proofed my home. I have a quiet room for birds and rodents if need be that away from the fur babies. I leash walk dogs only. I am willing to leash walk cats but only by request. I live by the Jackson Frazier Wet lands so walking dogs there is always a nice walk for them and me.

Beyond dogs and cats, I also have years of experience caring for rabbits, guinea pigs, frogs, and other small animals. Whether that means multiple potty breaks, long walks, playtime, medication, or overnight house sitting, my goal is to keep their day as normal as possible while you're away. For house sitting, I can often spend the majority of the day with your pet if that's something they'd benefit from. If I'll need to step away, I'll always communicate that with you beforehand so there are no surprises. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. Before every booking, I take time to learn their normal schedule, favorite activities, medications, feeding routine, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable while you're away. I never rush interactions and always let pets build trust at their own pace. During walks and visits, I'm careful about securely attaching leashes before opening doors, checking gates, and paying close attention to my surroundings. In your home, I'll treat your space with the same respect I'd want someone to show mine, following your instructions carefully and making sure everything is secure before I leave. You'll also receive regular updates and plenty of photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: Hi! I’m a first year veterinary student at Oregon State University with a strong passion for animal care and years of hands on experience working with pets of all kinds. Before starting vet school, I worked as a veterinary technician at VCA Animal Hospital, where I gained valuable clinical skills and became comfortable administering injectables, giving oral medications, and providing attentive, high quality care to every animal I worked with. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I treat every dog as if they were my own: prioritizing their safety, comfort, and happiness at all times. I grew up with both dogs and cats, so being around animals has always been a huge part of my life. While my schedule in vet school doesn’t currently allow me to have pets of my own, dog walking and pet care gives me the perfect opportunity to still spend time with animals and helping pet owners feel confident that their beloved companions are in caring and capable hands. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine and is something I genuinely enjoy. As a first year vet student, I use dog walks and visits as a refreshing break between classes and studying. It’s a great way for me to destress while still spending time doing what I love...caring for animals. I provide care in my clients’ homes to keep pets comfortable in their own environment and maintain their normal routines. I follow all instructions closely: feeding, walks, playtime, administering medications. While I currently have two cats in my apartment and am unable to host pets in my home, I’m very reliable with drop in visits and dog walking.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for friends, family, and clients for the last decade. I have experiencing administering medication as my family dog was diabetic, as well as medications for client’s pets as well. As a college student entering summer time, I have a lot of open availability to hang with your best furry friends! Pet care is an easy fit as I have a hybrid job with extremely flexible hours. I am free throughout the week as well as most weekends! I really do love hanging out with animals, so they receive my full attention!!
