About: I have been around dogs and cats since before I could walk! I started pet sitting for my neighbors when I was a kid and have spent most of my life helping out my friends and family with their pets. I am a huge animal lover and also very active! I often pet sit for my friends and love to take their dogs on walks and runs. I live in Albany with my cat, Bill, and work from home a lot so I have lots of availability and would love some more dog time in my life! I work from home four days a week (wednesday’s i am in office) so i have a lot of availability to spend time with your dog! I am also an active runner and walker, so I can get your pup outside and get out energy if that’s what they need, or we can cuddle up inside and play or hang out :) I live in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with lots of grassy areas and walking paths around. I do have a cat, he gets along well with dogs, but your pup would need to be okay with cats! I have a very gentle approach to dogs and respecting their boundaries is so important to me. Depending on what you prefer for your dog, they are free to roam my apartment and be on furniture, unless you prefer them not to be! I have some experience training so if you’re in the middle of building habits, i will adhere to those practices :)

About: I bond easily with cats and dogs. I am gentle, patient and give 100% to all the fur babies in my care. I enjoy entertaining and caring for these special critters. While with me, I am observant and provide the kind of interaction the pet wants. This could be anything from a massage to hiking and play at a beach with a variety of toys. I always want your pet to feel warm and welcome. I believe walking is the best medicine, so I’m game to go out no matter the weather. I don’t feed people food to them but am happy to give appropriate treats and lots of praise. I have been taking care dogs for 15 years. Dogs are considered my family bond

My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. Because I volunteer part-time, I'm able to adjust my schedule around your pet's routine whenever possible. Whether that means multiple potty breaks, long walks, playtime, medication, or overnight house sitting, my goal is to keep their day as normal as possible while you're away. For house sitting, I can often spend the majority of the day with your pet if that's something they'd benefit from. If I'll need to step away, I'll always communicate that with you beforehand so there are no surprises. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. Before every booking, I take time to learn their normal schedule, favorite activities, medications, feeding routine, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable while you're away. I'm especially patient with shy or nervous pets and understand that some animals need a little extra time to warm up to someone new. I never rush interactions and always let pets build trust at their own pace. During walks and visits, I'm careful about securely attaching leashes before opening doors, checking gates, and paying close attention to my surroundings. In your home, I'll treat your space with the same respect I'd want someone to show mine, following your instructions carefully and making sure everything is secure before I leave. You'll also receive regular updates and plenty of photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I have always loved animals! I have grown up with dogs and cats in my house my whole life and cared for them. I have dog sat, taken dogs on walks, volunteered at shelters, etc! I have always loved animals and I am passionate about taking care of them. I am a licensed teacher getting my masters online, so I have lots of time to take care of pets on weekdays and weekends and am available most times! I have a medium sized house with a private room, another friendly small dog, and a great neighborhood to take dogs on walks and a small yard.

About: I’ve been dog sitting for as long as I can remember, but what sets me apart for the most part is my experience. I volunteered at Austin Pets Alive for about four years working with reactive dogs. Then I started work as a kennel tech at a boarding facility run by a veterinarian. Now, after earning my degree in Animal Behavior, I work at a veterinary office. This means not only am I trained in behavioral problems but I am very well versed in medical and physical problems as well. I have dealt with countless issues such as seizures, diabetes, paralysis, even cancer treatment. This makes me prepared for every dog that comes my way, and an ability to handle situations no matter the breed, size, or condition the dog is in. I work Monday-Thursday 8-5 but have a lunch break and will be able to check in with animals during the day. Then weekends I am always free. I have heavy emphasis on mental stimulation for dogs, specifically working breeds and higher energy dogs. I’m really good at coming up with new puzzles and activities for dogs to do , so that they feel fully satisfied by the days end. I’m very active myself , so you’ll often find me with a dog on a hiking trail or down at Zilker park. This translates very well if you have a pup who just needs someone to run with them, and treat them to a pupsicle when they are all tuckered out!

About: I worked at a doggy daycare for 3 years and have worked with dogs from energetic puppies to older dogs that need more care and other medications. I’ve also been a dog and cat sitter for my neighbors. I am currently a junior in college so my schedule can be busy but I can usually make room every few hours in between and after classes I also work a couple nights a week but anywhere in between I’m pretty flexible. I cannot house any dogs in my home overnight, but if needed I can have them over during the day! I can give regular potty breaks and necessary walks when needed. Since I am a student full time I cannot travel further the 20-30 minutes during the week and up to an hour on weekends.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs big and small for 8 years. I have some experience training puppies and adult dogs as well. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, over all take great care of their furry friends for weeks before. I have always had a love for furbabies, I always volunteered at the rescue shelters as much as I could. Im currently enrolled in college, however after class hours and in between I spend all my time taking care of my fur babies at home. I am not currently working which gives me plenty of time to play and care for your loved pups/kitties. I have a big yard and 2 playful pups to keep your furry friends company. I have a couple crates so that if needed they can have down time away from each other to ensure I can prioritize the care given to your loved ones.

About: I've taken care of animals since childhood. On the farm, I took care of chickens, cattle, cats, and dogs. I have experience with exotic pets. I've worked in an animal shelter, several veterinary clinics, and attended veterinary school for nearly 2 years. I'm very comfortable with giving medications and senior care. I’m able to care for pets daily during the week and over the weekends, and I can provide care in the middle of the day as well. I think it’s so important to care for a pet in their own home where they will feel the most comfortable, and I strive to keep to their routine to ease anxiety. I’m very respectful of the homes I pet sit in, and I always leave the place spotless.

About: I have had pets my whole life, different kinds, and ages! I am willing to help with any medication or any special request nothing is too big or too small for me to help with for your peace of mind! I work full time as a QC chemist, but my job is very flexible anyday! I am around almost all the time in the area unless I am going somewhere myself! I have a fenced in yard and two dogs myself. One is 6 years old who is a high energy husky and a 3 year old tuff chiweenie. 😅I have a wife and kids that will extra love on your fur babies as well if you want your fur baby to meet them!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for friends, family, and clients for the last decade. I have experiencing administering medication as my family dog was diabetic, as well as medications for client’s pets as well. As a college student entering summer time, I have a lot of open availability to hang with your best furry friends! Pet care is an easy fit as I have a hybrid job with extremely flexible hours. I am free throughout the week as well as most weekends! I really do love hanging out with animals, so they receive my full attention!! I am happy to spend lots of time with your pets so they don’t feel lonely or anxious while you are away. I can do short or long walks, feed, play, and generally entertain your pets. My schedule is very flexible. I am a recent college graduate exploring next steps, so I have plenty of time throughout the day to check in on pets and spend any nights needed. I am very comfortable with animals and understand how important it is that they get the love and attention needed. I will make sure they eat exactly when requested, hang out with them, walk as much as needed, and keep your house in order for your return. I am also happy to water plants or help with any other light house keeping tasks.
