About: I have been responsible for, owned, or been caretaker of animals of all sizes (cats to buffalo) for 50+ years in the Pacific Northwest, Florida, and in Texas. I love animals of all kinds (except reptiles) and am comfortable and confident in their care. I am semi-retired and have a very flexible schedule. The job I have now only requires that I have internet access, so I am able to work from just about anywhere. I spend the summer months in the Pacific Northwest and the rest of the year traveling from Southern California to Key West and up through the Carolinas. I am happy to follow client's instructions and respect your pet's routines and expectation. I know that love is just as important as fresh water and a regular feeding schedule. I'll take the time to make sure chins are scratched, tummies are rubbed, balls are thrown, and time spent just loving on them is prioritized.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs(my own) and others since I was 10. Recently adopted a 3 year old Malinois mix who is a sweetie and really good with other dogs. Since then I have interacted with a bunch of dogs and learned a lot. Our Malinois is trained and loves all types of dogs. We have taught her some tricks so maybe I can teach your dog some too 😎. I’m currently not working so your dog would be my primary job. I can take them to parks, on hikes or whatever requests are given I deeply respect every individual pet and their specific needs. Whether it’s taking them to the park or taking a nice stroll on the neighborhood so they have enough time to smell every plant, I take great care in every aspect of your pet’s stay/care with me. I live in an apartment, with plentiful grassy areas and park nearby, but also don’t mind going to a client’s house. At the end of the day, I care for every pet the same way I care for my own, with compassionate care and safety at the core.

About: I bond easily with cats and dogs. I am gentle, patient and give 100% to all the fur babies in my care. I enjoy entertaining and caring for these special critters. While with me, I am observant and provide the kind of interaction the pet wants. This could be anything from a massage to hiking and play at a beach with a variety of toys. I always want your pet to feel warm and welcome. I believe walking is the best medicine, so I’m game to go out no matter the weather. About: Whether your pup is young and full of energy or on the older, calmer side of life and likes to lounge, I am your woman! I currently provide daily care for my friends 7 year old Shih Tzu mix, as well as my neighbors 4 year old Husky. I would say I definitely understand Dogs more than I do people. I love talking to them, taking them for long walks, playing fetch and teaching them new tricks. I am also a Cat lover! If you have a cat or kitten that needs to be fed, litter box cleaned or just loved on, I am available for that as well. I am a compassionate individual and I find that I connect with animals in a way that can sometimes be unexplainable. I understand animals and how they work, I think humans can learn more for animals (dogs, cats, etc.) if we all paid more attention to what they are trying to teach us. I am a mom of a 7 month old and he is a big animal lover like his mama! I work during the day, but I am at home all night and every weekend. I have a fenced back yard and I live in a single level apartment. We spend our days out in the yard, weather permitting and walking at Minto Brown Park. I like to go by the house rules of where I am sitting. I currently do not have a place where I can bring pets, so I would travel to you and follow any rules and guidelines you have for your fur baby

About: I've been around pets my whole life and love animals and I am quite good with them. I've pet sit and walked many times before. I am extremely responsible and currently work another job. I've taken care of farm animals and domesticated and enjoy helping others. I do have a part time job I can work anytime past 230 on weekdays and full time starting as early as ever on weekends. In my home I am in charge of feeding and cleaning after all my pets and making sure they are getting played with enough. I am a gentle person and make sure the pets I'm looking after feel as safe and comfortable as possible with a new person in the house.

About: I've been an animal lover as long as I can remember. When I was 9 years old, my Dad got me my first Golden Retriever for Valentine's Day 1998. Her name was Star. I wanted a Golden because I fell in love with Shadow from "Homeward Bound". Star was my best friend, and we trained together in Canine Good Citizenry and agility. She could jump through hula hoops, over my arm, and she knew all sorts of tricks. I also love horses and used to spend summers and spring breaks on my cousin's farm in Apopka, Florida where she was the Barn Manager for a gal who rode in the Irish Olympics for the Equestrian Team. I had my own horse when I was younger, but we sadly had to sell her when my mother passed away when I was 9 years old. I've had dogs and cats off and on my entire life, but sadly, I just recently moved to Oregon and do not have any pets of my own right now for a few reasons: The first is that I'm working diligently to get established in Oregon and currently have a Mon-Thursday schedule with the City of Salem that requires me to be away from home for over 10 hours a day. Second, my roommate has a sick and aging cat who is not doing well, and we do not want to stress him out by adding pets to the house right now. Hopefully, my roommate will be able to reconsider when things change, but for now, Bok Choy (and his comfort) is our main priority at my house. Third, I'm hoping to move my Dad out to Oregon within the next 3 years, but for now, he is living alone as a retiree in Georgia, where I grew up. He is very attached to our dog Hank, and even though I'm definitely Hank's favorite person, I couldn't stand the thought of separating those two because I felt like my Dad needs Hank more than I do as Hank is his reason to get up in the morning! I miss Hank more than words can express, but I think we made the right call because Hank does not like being alone, and Dad can accommodate this as he is retired whereas I am in the main career years. I have previous dog sitting experience, but sadly, my identity was hacked, and I lost all of my photos on my Facebook account and lost many of my contacts through my old email address that I lost access to. I have also done amateur dog training and hope to get a professional certification in dog training within the next 12 months. I am happy to house sit during my work week if you only have cats that need tending after office hours. I won't be accepting house sitting for dogs unless there is an understanding of my work schedule and the dog has access to a doggy door and a yard or puppy pads are used during the day. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who can be with your dog during the business day instead of requesting me if you have dogs and need assistance during my work week (Mon-Thurs). This is a Side Hustle for me, but it also the more meaningful of my jobs because I love animals more than anything else in this world, and being around them is good for my mental health. I currently work Monday-Thursday until 4:30PM so it will be difficult for me to provide overnight dog sitting until Thursday after 5 PM unless your dog has access to a doggy door or puppy pads. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who does this full time if you need assistance during business hours Monday-Thursday. When I am at your house, your pet is my priority. If they need exercise or stimulation, we will make that happen. I will almost feel guilty for getting paid for it because it will literally be my pleasure. I will ask you to leave detailed instructions that will make my life easier and expect you to extend trust to me to do my job well. I understand it is difficult and that trust is earned and not freely given, but we need to have a clear discussion before you leave about what your expectations are so I can decide If I can meet those in a way that will not cause me undue anxiety. If you need someone after 5PM Mon-Thursday or anytime on the weekends, I am your sitter!

About: I have grown up being surrounded by dogs! My dad always had dogs in our home. I raised my pitbull/lab mixed breed dog Nala from when I was the age of Ten until she passed away when I was 21 years old. She taught me a lot about being a pet owner as well as a person! About: I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and breads since I was five years old. My neighbors and friends trust me to take impeccable care for their pets. I am currently in college and I work part-time three days a week. Although, I have quite a bit of free time and in that time I usually like to workout or try new things. Occasionally my family and I go to bend on the weekends. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a property that Is not heavily populated by cars on the road. I also have three varying sized crates as well as two dogs. My dogs are let out every 1-2 hours. One of my dogs is crated when I am not home and my other dog does not have to be crated. In my clients home, I will care for their pets like my client would normally and I will ensure that their home is left clean.

About: Hi! I have experience with all different types of animals. I have a 7 year old terrier mix that gets along with other dogs. I used to foster and took care of all types of dogs. I’m a nurse so I have experience with giving meds. When I go to work, my boyfriend is at home and your pet will not be alone. I work 3 days a week but my boyfriend works from home and is home all of the time. We can take your dog to the park and go on walks at least twice a day. We have a two bedroom house with plenty of space inside. We have a small outdoor space for your dog to sniff but we will go on daily walks with your dog.

Choose me to care for your special little critter or critters, I’ll treat them like my own Most days I wake up early in the morning and let my cat inside and feed him and give him some love before I leave for school or lift. When I get back he’s usually waiting for me outside the door so we can hangout! After we’re done hanging out I clean his litter box and make sure he has his gourmet dinner that he has everyday. I take care of my cat spooky everyday by feeding him, cleaning his litter box often, deshedding him, and giving him lots of love and cuddles, and I can do the same for your critters.
