About: I have had cats in my life since the day I was born, and currently have a cat of my own who is my whole world! I have a lot of experience dealing with and understanding cats. I have a very sensitive, anxious, high energy cat of my own, so I understand the importance of stimulation and reading body language. About: What does your cat need? Food? I know I'm little more than opposable thumbs that know where the kibble and treats live. Play? I'm fully prepared to run around with a string and congratulate the kitty on catching me. Meds? Swaddle. No matter what is needed, I will read the cat's behavior to respect their boundaries. I pet them only when invited to do so by the cat. Hissing can be waited out or skirted around. I have no desire to make a cat's day worse.

About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. I have a fenced-in yard and 2 friendly dogs (lab and border collie mix) to keep your furry loved one company! I also play music often for myself and for the dogs. I find it helps soothe some anxiety for them as well!

About: Hi! If you’ve stumbled across my page, my name is Tra’shea (I also go by T) and I recently moved from Seattle, WA to Albany, OR. I have currently been boarding with rover for a few years now and have many of my customers as regulars, but unfortunately I have moved on from my home state and would love to start a new client base here! I’ve been around dogs my whole life and am good with all breeds and personalities. I’ve previously worked at two separate dog daycare/boarding facilities where I have stayed over night with upward of 15 dogs. I’m very flexible whether you need to book a short notice request or a month in advance. I look forward to meeting all of the dogs and owners I get a chance to book with. I currently work in the social work field Monday thru Wednesday and Saturdays, 4pm-12am. On Saturdays I am limited to drop-ins or walks before 3pm! I have a car, so park access, scenic walks, etc are highly accessible! I’ve worked with training & grooming some dogs as well, if you would like extra leash training on walks or any obedience work, nail trims or a quick bath- just mention when booking. :) Just over-all would like to make this the easiest & safest stay for you and your pet, while also having fun and getting them the attention & care they need!

About: Over 13 years of experience loving on dogs, including young pups, seniors, and special needs. I think it's an honor and privilege to take in another's dog and am available most weekends and during the week to gladly help. There's plenty of room in my house and a very secure fenced yard to play. I spend a lot of time socializing at the dog park and try to take my dogs out for a walk twice a day. There are many toys here for dogs to enjoy and I will only feed them what I'm asked. I also have many years of experience giving medication to dog(s) if needed. I have two very loving, submissive, happy dogs that welcome the company and are current on all vaccinations. However, I do have a live video and audio feed so I can keep an eye on the dogs and talk to them. While your dog(s) are staying at my place I will send pics and video as I think it's important for you to see what they're up to while you're away and get some peace of mind :). I started pet sitting for my neighbors when I was a kid and have spent most of my life helping out my friends and family with their pets. I am a huge animal lover and also very active! I often pet sit for my friends and love to take their dogs on walks and runs. I live in Albany with my cat, Bill, and work from home a lot so I have lots of availability and would love some more dog time in my life! I work from home four days a week (wednesday’s i am in office) so i have a lot of availability to spend time with your dog! I am also an active runner and walker, so I can get your pup outside and get out energy if that’s what they need, or we can cuddle up inside and play or hang out :) I live in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with lots of grassy areas and walking paths around. I do have a cat, he gets along well with dogs, but your pup would need to be okay with cats! I have a very gentle approach to dogs and respecting their boundaries is so important to me. Depending on what you prefer for your dog, they are free to roam my apartment and be on furniture, unless you prefer them not to be! I have some experience training so if you’re in the middle of building habits, i will adhere to those practices :)

About: I’ve owned cats all my life, and a few dogs. I have experience volunteering at a local animal shelter, working with both cats and dogs when I was younger . I have a 4H background as well. We adopted our dog Frida 2 years ago. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom with a flexible schedule. We are home often and already own a dog. It's not much more work to add one or two into the mix. My kids love dogs and enjoy meeting new ones. We all love that owning dogs helps us to be outside more, either playing with the dogs or taking them on walks. About: I worked at a pet boarding facility for a 7 years before I moved. I am a fast learner and choose to have the pet accept me before moving on to anything else. I shadowed groomers and vets to be sure the road I was taking would assure me happiness with animals and still plenty of time with my own animals. Working with the boarding facility I learned pets are different without there parents and can act differently around them so learning their likes and dislikes personally is a must for me. About: I’ve always grown up with pets in the house and we’ve had dogs in all ranges from chihuahuas to siberian huskies! I trained all three of our huskies to sit, shake, lay down, pray, roll over, etc. They are also all leash trained. My cats are fed twice daily so I definitely understand the importance of keeping a routine with pets! We are fortunate to have an automatic litter box, but I truly don’t mind cleaning litter boxes/picking up after pets. My cats have been trained to stay off furniture in my home and are leash trained to go on walks with me. They are fed twice a day and has access to their space which includes their food and water, litter box, cat tree, and toys at all times.

I’m very flexible whether you need to book a short notice request or a month in advance. I look forward to meeting all of the dogs and owners I get a chance to book with. I currently work in the social work field Monday thru Wednesday and Saturdays, 4pm-12am. On Saturdays I am limited to drop-ins or walks before 3pm! I have a car, so park access, scenic walks, etc are highly accessible! I’ve worked with training & grooming some dogs as well, if you would like extra leash training on walks or any obedience work, nail trims or a quick bath- just mention when booking. :) Just over-all would like to make this the easiest & safest stay for you and your pet, while also having fun and getting them the attention & care they need!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since the moment I could walk and talk. I’ve been called the dog whisperer by many friends, family, strangers. I have been a dog lover since the day I was born. I will make sure your pup is well cared for and loved! I currently dont have a job so im pretty much free to help whenever you need! I do have a 5 month old baby that may or may not come with me. I’ll take your dog on walks around the neighborhood! If that’s what they’re into of course. If not, I’ll make sure we get some quality time inside and outside either playing or cuddling. I am at home all day for the entire week so I am able to keep a good schedule for my fury clients. I don’t have a problem with med or potty schedules. I listen to their needs. I watch for cues to hunger or need to potty. I feed and walk my pets or clients pets. When they need bathed I handle that as well. Medications in my house are no problem at all as over the years I’ve learned a lot about injectable and oral medications. I’m not the master for certain but I try my best to be your pets next best friend while I am with them.

The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo!
