We did not worry about “what if Oliver would need his pain medicine” because Allison is an astute caregiver and was able to tell when he was feeling a bit stiff and needed a pill. Allison cared for Oliver like he was her own and it was such a comfort to know he was so well cared for while we were away. We highly recommend Allison if you are looking for a kind, caring and knowledgeable dog sitter. We will most definitely be requesting Allison to “babysit” again!”

Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have had a dog since I was 3 years old—she was my best friend and was by my side until she passed away at the age of 19. When I lived in Turkey, I had two dogs, and I brought both of my sweet girls with me when I moved to the USA. To make sure everyone was comfortable and safe, I divided my home into separate areas so he could have his own space while my dogs had theirs. I also moved my workspace next to his area so I could spend more time with him throughout the day. Since he had a lot of puppy energy, I took him on walks more frequently than I normally would to help him get his energy out and keep him happy and relaxed. About: I worked at a pet boarding facility for a 7 years before I moved. I am a fast learner and choose to have the pet accept me before moving on to anything else. I shadowed groomers and vets to be sure the road I was taking would assure me happiness with animals and still plenty of time with my own animals. Working with the boarding facility I learned pets are different without there parents and can act differently around them so learning their likes and dislikes personally is a must for me. I want to make sure Pets and Parents are happy with me as help. I want both parties to feel safe, happy, and well rested when staying with me. I am currently working part-time with a flexible schedule. I would be able to come for an early morning and evening walk or adventure if needed. I have two dogs that are high energy. We often go to parks, take long walks, or swimming during hot days. I do have a kennel and a large vehicle for transport.

About: I have always loved animals! I have grown up with dogs and cats in my house my whole life and cared for them. I have dog sat, taken dogs on walks, volunteered at shelters, etc! I have always loved animals and I am passionate about taking care of them. I am a licensed teacher getting my masters online, so I have lots of time to take care of pets on weekdays and weekends and am available most times! I have a medium sized house with a private room, another friendly small dog, and a great neighborhood to take dogs on walks and a small yard.

About: I’ve been raised around animals and have always adored them. I am 20 years old and have four animals of my own. A dog named Panda, two cats Severus and Luna, and a bearded dragon named Sirius. About: I've worked with cheetahs, so I can work with your cat who thinks they are a cheetah too! I have volunteered at a humane society, working in the spay-and-neuter clinic and taking care of animals after the procedures. I have also dog-walked and taken photos for their website, so you will definitely get some cute photos of your pets when they are with me! I have also trained animals as large as a lion and as small as a Chihuahua. My major is animal-focused, and I used to own pets myself. I currently go to Oregon State University 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am available all days as I come home between classes on the days I have school. About: I’ve taken care of dogs(my own) and others since I was 10. Recently adopted a 3 year old Malinois mix who is a sweetie and really good with other dogs. Since then I have interacted with a bunch of dogs and learned a lot. Our Malinois is trained and loves all types of dogs. We have taught her some tricks so maybe I can teach your dog some too 😎. I’m currently not working so your dog would be my primary job. I can take them to parks, on hikes or whatever requests are given I deeply respect every individual pet and their specific needs. Whether it’s taking them to the park or taking a nice stroll on the neighborhood so they have enough time to smell every plant, I take great care in every aspect of your pet’s stay/care with me. I live in an apartment, with plentiful grassy areas and park nearby, but also don’t mind going to a client’s house. At the end of the day, I care for every pet the same way I care for my own, with compassionate care and safety at the core.
