About: I have lifelong experience caring for animals of all kinds! I grew up on a farm, where caring for horses, livestock, and other animals was simply part of everyday life. Today, I continue that passion by fostering dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens through my local humane society, giving animals a safe, loving place to grow and thrive until they find their forever homes. I also have experience caring for small animals such as guinea pigs and rabbits, so whether your family includes four hooves, four paws, or tiny whiskers, they'll be in capable hands. As a teacher, I'm patient, dependable, and attentive to routines and individual needs, and I know every animal has its own personality. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or needs a little extra care, I'll treat them like they're part of my own family and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can relax while you're away. My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. About: I have always been “dog” person. I got my first dog when I was 5 and have had multiple dogs since. I was a dog walker for neighbors and friends during adolescence and my teen years. I will make sure your dog is well taken care of! I am currently of of work for the summer because I work for the school district. I have a lot of extra free time to occupy. I have a huge yard and a crate if needed! I also have an 11 year old who loves dogs and would love to interact with some new, friendly puppers.

About: I have had pets my whole life, different kinds, and ages! I am willing to help with any medication or any special request nothing is too big or too small for me to help with for your peace of mind! I work full time as a QC chemist, but my job is very flexible anyday! I am around almost all the time in the area unless I am going somewhere myself! I have a fenced in yard and two dogs myself. One is 6 years old who is a high energy husky and a 3 year old tuff chiweenie. 😅I have a wife and kids that will extra love on your fur babies as well if you want your fur baby to meet them!

About: I've been an animal lover as long as I can remember. When I was 9 years old, my Dad got me my first Golden Retriever for Valentine's Day 1998. Her name was Star. I wanted a Golden because I fell in love with Shadow from "Homeward Bound". Star was my best friend, and we trained together in Canine Good Citizenry and agility. She could jump through hula hoops, over my arm, and she knew all sorts of tricks. I also love horses and used to spend summers and spring breaks on my cousin's farm in Apopka, Florida where she was the Barn Manager for a gal who rode in the Irish Olympics for the Equestrian Team. I had my own horse when I was younger, but we sadly had to sell her when my mother passed away when I was 9 years old. I've had dogs and cats off and on my entire life, but sadly, I just recently moved to Oregon and do not have any pets of my own right now for a few reasons: The first is that I'm working diligently to get established in Oregon and currently have a Mon-Thursday schedule with the City of Salem that requires me to be away from home for over 10 hours a day. Second, my roommate has a sick and aging cat who is not doing well, and we do not want to stress him out by adding pets to the house right now. Hopefully, my roommate will be able to reconsider when things change, but for now, Bok Choy (and his comfort) is our main priority at my house. Third, I'm hoping to move my Dad out to Oregon within the next 3 years, but for now, he is living alone as a retiree in Georgia, where I grew up. He is very attached to our dog Hank, and even though I'm definitely Hank's favorite person, I couldn't stand the thought of separating those two because I felt like my Dad needs Hank more than I do as Hank is his reason to get up in the morning! I miss Hank more than words can express, but I think we made the right call because Hank does not like being alone, and Dad can accommodate this as he is retired whereas I am in the main career years. I have previous dog sitting experience, but sadly, my identity was hacked, and I lost all of my photos on my Facebook account and lost many of my contacts through my old email address that I lost access to. I have also done amateur dog training and hope to get a professional certification in dog training within the next 12 months. I am happy to house sit during my work week if you only have cats that need tending after office hours. I won't be accepting house sitting for dogs unless there is an understanding of my work schedule and the dog has access to a doggy door and a yard or puppy pads are used during the day. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who can be with your dog during the business day instead of requesting me if you have dogs and need assistance during my work week (Mon-Thurs). This is a Side Hustle for me, but it also the more meaningful of my jobs because I love animals more than anything else in this world, and being around them is good for my mental health. I currently work Monday-Thursday until 4:30PM so it will be difficult for me to provide overnight dog sitting until Thursday after 5 PM unless your dog has access to a doggy door or puppy pads. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who does this full time if you need assistance during business hours Monday-Thursday. When I am at your house, your pet is my priority. If they need exercise or stimulation, we will make that happen. I will almost feel guilty for getting paid for it because it will literally be my pleasure. I will ask you to leave detailed instructions that will make my life easier and expect you to extend trust to me to do my job well. I understand it is difficult and that trust is earned and not freely given, but we need to have a clear discussion before you leave about what your expectations are so I can decide If I can meet those in a way that will not cause me undue anxiety. If you need someone after 5PM Mon-Thursday or anytime on the weekends, I am your sitter!

About: I have grown up being surrounded by dogs! My dad always had dogs in our home. I raised my pitbull/lab mixed breed dog Nala from when I was the age of Ten until she passed away when I was 21 years old. She taught me a lot about being a pet owner as well as a person! She was my best friend🤍 I am a very active, responsible, and empathetic person! I enjoy being outdoors going on long walks, hikes, and runs! I’m always down for a furry friend to tag along :) My current work schedule is 6am to 6pm Sunday through Tuesday :) I am available throughout the week on my days off for some pet care! I am respectful of other spaces! I like to stay occupied and am willing to go on adventures with your fur baby! I am full of love to give for animals. About: I have been caring for pets my whole life; I use a positive approach to interacting with animals and have lots of patience with stubbornness. My last foster had major knee surgery and is successfully recovered and is with her forever family! I only work part time. When I am home my animals have unlimited access to the fenced back yard and as many toys as their hearts desire. I play fetch, chase, and tug on a rainy cold day; I have interactive toys as well! On nicer days we go on long walks! I treat animals like they are my kids, they take up more of my bed and couches than I do! I'm the type of person that meets someone new, but bonds with their dog or cat faster.

About: I have worked at a boarding facility for three years. I currently work at an animal emergency facility and have been here for 2 years. I love animals and caring for them is my calling. I am well trained in dealing with emergency, animal nutrition, can trim nails and do basic grooming of pets as well! I am very flexible and am able to juggling my responsibility as needed. I do work as a veterinary assistant but I have a set schedule that allows me to be work another job. I have a create if needed. I have cat and dog proofed my home. I have a quiet room for birds and rodents if need be that away from the fur babies. I leash walk dogs only. I am willing to leash walk cats but only by request. I live by the Jackson Frazier Wet lands so walking dogs there is always a nice walk for them and me.

About: I've taken care of pets basically my whole life, especially cats, and I've also had a dog for a couple years. I'm always the first person my friends and family call when they need help with their pets. I stay well read on what's good for animals, from training to helping with anxiety, and I'm always willing to go the extra mile to make sure a pet is happy. They're living creatures who deserve just as much happiness as we do. In terms of training, I've helped a cat retrain to use the litter box after it regressed due to anxiety, working through the root cause rather than just the behavior itself. I've also reduced aggression in animals through consistent training. I'm willing to stick with things for a long time and stay consistent, especially when it's for the betterment of the animal. My life is quite flexible, so pet care fits easily into my routine. I prefer jobs where I'm able to stay in charge of how the work gets done, since that's when I feel like I can give my best contribution. That flexibility means I can adjust to a pet's needs rather than squeezing them into a rigid schedule. When I'm caring for a pet in their own environment, I make sure to respect their space and routine completely, from where they're allowed to go to how they're used to being handled. I pay close attention to safety details like doors, gates, and anything that could be harmful to them, and I adapt to whatever setup the home already has in place.

About: I’ve always taken care of family’s and friends animals. Whenever they call, I’d be there. I’ve taken care of animals from days to week. Check ins to over night stays. I am currently have a job right now, my hours are always changing! About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs since I was little, I have also taken care of my own since I was a teenager. I have two puppy's one who is 3 years old who is my best friend, I also have an 1 and a half year old who is also my best friend. I love all animals. I can help train a bit with basics if need be, am very patient and caring. I am able to take on walks, to the park or just hang out if needed. I can also give baths if they need one. I understand all dogs are unique and have different needs and am willing to help. I currently work part time, Monday through Thursday. So I will have plenty of time to check in on, take on walks/ to parks and just play with your animals. I can also bring my dogs along for other dogs if you would like so they have someone to play with or just learn to be around other dogs! I can either take care of your pet in your home or in mine if needed. I do have a fenced yard and 2 dogs of my own. Who are friendly with other dogs and can play/ keep your dog company if you would like. I know how crates work and am willing to learn the routine you have for your animal. (Food/crate/sleeping habits).
