About: I have been caring for pets my whole life; I use a positive approach to interacting with animals and have lots of patience with stubbornness. My last foster had major knee surgery and is successfully recovered and is with her forever family! I only work part time. When I am home my animals have unlimited access to the fenced back yard and as many toys as their hearts desire. I play fetch, chase, and tug on a rainy cold day; I have interactive toys as well! On nicer days we go on long walks! I treat animals like they are my kids, they take up more of my bed and couches than I do! I'm the type of person that meets someone new, but bonds with their dog or cat faster.

About: I have taken care dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I am patient and engage with each pet at their speed. Building trust and respect are my top values when caring for pets. As a volunteer at the Oregon Humane Society, I understand the unique needs that each pet has and am eager to meet them. I work a part-time job with 6–8 hour shifts on select days. I keep my availability on Rover up to date and will always communicate in advance if a scheduling conflict arises. I’ve cared for pets in a variety of housing situations. I take my time to understand what precautions I can take to keep all pets safe.

About: I love dogs! I currently have 2 dogs of my own a 5 yr old Irish Setter that I raised from a puppy, as well as a senior German Shepherd so I have experience caring for dogs of all ages. About: I've been around & taken care of dogs my whole life. I raised a litter of 9 Catahoula puppies when I was 11. They all went to loving homes & we kept two! About: I have had large dogs since I was 3. I’ve always been quite the dog person. I also volunteer at the humane society & have for two years— so, I am trained to walk & play with dogs! I am currently in High School (will be graduating soon) so, I have free time most weekends. As for weekdays, I am usually free after 3! I have been trained to walk, play with, and care for dogs given that I am a volunteer dog walker. I have been a hired dog walker & care taker for many friends and family!

About: I will treat your furry friends with love as though they were my own. I have owned pets my whole life. I love being around animals more than I like being around most people. I have watched friend’s and family member’s pets on occasion. I have boarded or watched many many pup through rover and have great reviews My husband is military, and I get to stay at home full time. Our teenagers are mainly at school for most the day, but when home are big helps with walking and such. We have a fully fenced back-yard. We have two golden retrievers to keep your fur baby/babies entertained. We have a crate as well if needed.

About: I have been a pet caregiver since I was a very small girl. I have helped Mama's deliver babies when needed. I have even done mouth to mouth and chest compressions on new horns a few times when needed. I have a huge heart for pets and animals of all kinds. My family of pets are trained either to alert me to go potty, use a box or crate themselves. I am able to give medication as needed and bathe if needed. My children are PET TRAINED. I do not have a large or fenced yard BUT I have an absolutely amazing park that abuts to my house so there is plenty of opportunity to run and play. I am at home all day for the entire week so I am able to keep a good schedule for my fury clients. I don’t have a problem with med or potty schedules. I listen to their needs. I watch for cues to hunger or need to potty. I feed and walk my pets or clients pets. When they need bathed I handle that as well. Medications in my house are no problem at all as over the years I’ve learned a lot about injectable and oral medications. I’m not the master for certain but I try my best to be your pets next best friend while I am with them.

About: Growing up with dogs, I cleaned up poop and washed them thoroughly. At 12 I began my pet care service within my neighborhood and served about 10 clients one with very specific medical needs. About: Know what it's like to own dogs since childhood. Tell me what they love, like, and hate. Love to bring gifts for the dog(s) anytime. Also been a great house sitter and pet sitter for my mother in the past when she visited grandkids for a week in California. As far in advance as possible since I also do crowd management seasonally but haven't worked since April 1st. P.S. A page from the daily calendar for Life Hacks encouraged me to join and I do know someone on Rover.com named Stephen. He's a dog sitter, owner, and trainer. I live in a condo on the ground level with a patio and a view of Mill Creek. I'd prefer to house and/or pet watch at your place.

Whatever the case may be, you can rest assured that I will give your baby(ies) the best care and attention I have to give. I worked at a sanctuary for nearly two years and had the pleasure of working with a large pack of dogs. Working and caring for 50+ dogs at a time takes a different kind of attention and patience that definitely took time to learn, but I loved every second of it. I have experience with quite the variety of different dogs. From XS to XL, newborn to senior, fearful to aggressive, anxious to energetic, I’ve seen it all. I can also give medications if necessary, do a basic groom, and basic training. I’m also very comfortable with cats. Aside from having some myself for 8 years, I love learning about a new cat and understanding its habits/personality. I truly love all animals and creatures and am very open to helping care for any other pets you may have. Currently my only job is to be a dog & cat mom so my schedule is very flexible.
