“In short, Kate went Above and Beyond for us - and Rio! You Definitely cannot go wrong with her!! Two neighbors have already asked for her contact information, since they saw her walking our dog multiple times a day, every day while I was gone! (One neighbor even texted WHILE I was gone!) And they don’t even know the Whole Story!! For detailed perspective, Kate accepted our unconventional dog sitter need - which was caring for our 2 year old male Collie so I could go help my 95-year old mother pack for a move… However, the unconventional part was that my husband would be home! But, due to some medical issues, he couldn’t handle our dog’s care. When Kate met us, she suggested arriving the night before my departure. We agreed. When she arrived, she immediately began helping with Rio, who instantly loved her! By the time I left for the airport the next morning, everything and everyone, furry and human, were under control. Kate introduced Rio to early morning walks, instead of just being let out in our Invisibly-Fenced yard… he was Thrilled! She also carefully prepared Rio’s food, following a plan to transition him to a special kibble for food allergy challenges. She even got him to eat WITHOUT being hand-fed (long story!) - and sent photo evidence! Everything seemed to be going fine - UNTIL my husband failed to follow his medication instructions! After a scary night-on only the 2nd night I was gone!- my husband ended up in the hospital! Kate proved what a caring and compassionate person she is by her response to this crisis. Her texts, calls, and overall communication, helped me rally the family and to get my husband the help he needed! Additionally, once my husband got to the hospital, Kate stayed on to care for our dog, which allowed me to continue my trip - helping my elderly mother pack and prepare to move. Kate even made time to do a lot of extra things to help my return go smoothly - like cleaning, organizing, laundry, cooking and baking! After everything that happened, Kate even says that she’s willing to sit for us again!! Kate is a gem - an angel! - an amazing human! (Or any superlative of your choice!) and provided unparalleled love and stability to our dog - and our family - through a challenging time! If you read this whole review, you’ll probably understand that you literally CANNOT go wrong by hiring this Amazing Woman!”

“Aoife watched our anxiety ridden nervous mess of a mini dachshund and our home for five days while we had to go out of state. It was our first experience with her house sitting, so we were a little nervous, but the interview with her made me feel so comfortable that I had to book her. Biz is pretty particular, and also doesn't like to walk unless the whole family is there, so she actually carried him around the neighborhood and had him walk back home! She has great instincts with the animals and seems to know exactly what each pet needs (i.e., exercise, pets, snuggles, treats, fetch, etc.) Erin is very responsible and shows up at the expected time and treats our furry friends and our property with respect and care. About: Experience with a variety of animals through different stages of life. Always had pets in the house growing up. During one point in my life I lived on and helped maintain a small farm. I've worked with pregnant, newborns, adolescents, and adult animals of different breed and species. Including dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, rabbits, hamsters, mice, rats, chickens, birds, amphibians and reptiles. Some experience handling insects. I've spent time recently volunteering at my local humane society and I help an injured bird last year by taking it to the local wild life rescue. I love all animals and have spent my whole life learning about natural biology and behavior through research and hands on experience. I'm a student at Chemeketa community college and I'm trying to earn money with my passion for animals. “Sosha has her own two dogs. She loves them and takes good care of them. They are always met with their needs. Sosha is reliable and on time with things and is well with communicating. She's bilingual. She can speak Spanish. With the owners written routine for their dog she will make sure it's done. She likes to meet other pets.”

About: I have all kinds of animals my whole life including dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, hamsters, cattle and pigs. I am currently going to Linn-Benton studying animal science. I am currently going to school in the early afternoons Monday-Thursday so I have plenty of time to care for your babies afternoons, nights, and early mornings. I have a fully fenced yard for your dogs to play in. I have access to a crate if necessary or required. I also have a spayed female dog to keep them company.
