About: I have had 3 dogs of my own for years that I’ve helped train and take care of alongside my family. I have also been paid for and asked to take care of my families dogs or other pets multiple times. I have had 3 cats as well, so I’m pretty well knowledgeable in both areas of care. Im working part time at the moment and have space between and after my classes to take care of whatever business and pet sitting necessary :) I am very patient and careful with dogs with knowing many temperaments are different and unique. I’ve dealt with bigger dogs so I’m not easily nervous around noisy dogs.

“Melody is amazing! She sent us updates about our dogs every day and she has excellent communication. Even when leaving for a few minutes to grab a Starbucks she would give us a heads up. It was so nice to know how the dogs were doing and to know when she would be leaving them even if for a short time. She never left them longer than what we asked they be left alone, which we have had previous issues with. She also did amazing at leaving our house cleaner than we left it, without an expectation of that. If our friends or family are unable to watch our dogs again we will definitely be using Melody, we trust her as much as our friends and family!”

About: I have a tremendous love and respect for all animals. My attentive nature surges when in the presence of any animal… they are all I care about! I have been taking care of my family and friends pets for years! I can do special instructions with medicine for animals as well. I am currently working at Starbucks as a barista. My store that I work at is only 5 mins from my apartment. My shifts are normally no longer than 6 hours, and my boyfriend is home full time as well. Besides from work I am always home! I live in a cozy apartment with two of my own little kitties! I have a soft, large, playpen enclosure for your pet if needed, but my kitties are pretty friendly!

I'm experienced in cage-cleaning, play time, giving medication, walking, and light training. I have pet-sat for several dogs, cats, and smaller friends. I highly respect any rules or training routines you and your fur babies adhere to. As long as I have clear instructions, I will stick to your guidelines. I have friends whose dogs have high-maintenance routines, and I know how awful it is when someone else interferes with those routines. I will love your pets like my own, but I will absolutely follow whatever expectations you set. I have flexible availability this summer. I am a student in an accelerated degree program for elementary education. I have July and August off, which allows me lots of time to become your pets' new bestie! I can care for pets in your home. If you are in need of any other cleaning or home services when I visit or stay at your home, that can be arranged. I also believe in leaving things better than I found them. You won't even know I was there!
