“Karly came to my house once a day for 4 days to feed my 2 cats, the fish in my aquarium, my 14 hens and one wild hen turkey who recently moved in with the chickens. I also asked if she’d collect eggs. She had never fed chickens so I gave her directions for feeding. And collecting eggs. Oh - and she cleaned the cat box. So the cats hid each day she was here. Never saw them once. Seems like everything went smoothly. I think as a Rover pet sitter she went above and beyond the call of duty. I am very thankful she was here taking care of my critters. About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, starting with cats as a kid and later helping with my mother-in-law’s Jack Russell terrier and Siberian husky, as well as my own 100 lb English Lab. During my five years as a rural letter carrier, I earned the nickname "the dog whisperer" for my ability to befriend even wary farm dogs on my routes. Since then, I’ve looked after a mix of local pets, including a reactive Lab-Shepherd and a few energetic pit bull mixes. I’m patient, calm, and consistent, and pets trust me quickly. About: I have been caring for all different types and sizes of animals since a very young age. I used to work at a veterinary/daycare/boarding/grooming job and now work as a vet assistant! I have also pet sit for friends, family, even neighbors! I am very confident in caring for multiple pets at a time, feeding, administering medications, training, bathing, even socializing pets! I do also have experience with horses as well as other barn animals. I do have my own horse so I am able to care for livestock as well! I currently work full time as a veterinary assistant but am able to care for pets Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Sundays, and Saturdays after 3pm! My schedule may vary sometimes but that is typically what my weeks look like! I do live in a 2 bedroom house with a yard yard. I do have 3 dogs and 3 cats but I do have a crate and am able to crate your pet if needed!

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small animals for over 5 years and have hands-on experience with large breeds, working dogs, reactive dogs, and high-energy personalities. I currently own German Shepherds as well as two chinchillas, so I understand the importance of species-specific care, structure, enrichment, and maintaining a safe environment. I currently work full-time during the week, but I’m still able to provide dependable drop-in care and quality engagement for pets. I’m available for evening drop-in visits during the weekdays and can provide up to two visits per day on weekends. During visits, I focus on more than just feeding and potty breaks — I make sure pets receive attention, enrichment, playtime, affection, and companionship so they feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I’m especially attentive to routines, behavioral cues, and making animals feel safe and relaxed in their home environment. Safety, structure, and trust are extremely important to me when caring for animals. I have experience with large breeds, reactive dogs, cats, and small animals, so I understand the importance of reading body language, respecting boundaries, and maintaining calm, controlled interactions. I follow all owner instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medication routines, crate rotations, leash handling, and household rules. I prioritize secure handling during walks and visits, double-check doors, gates, harnesses, and crates, and always aim to create a calm and positive environment for pets. I also believe communication is important, so I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins to help owners feel comfortable while they’re away.

About: I have all kinds of animals my whole life including dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, hamsters, cattle and pigs. I am currently going to Linn-Benton studying animal science. I am currently going to school in the early afternoons Monday-Thursday so I have plenty of time to care for your babies afternoons, nights, and early mornings. I have a fully fenced yard for your dogs to play in. I have access to a crate if necessary or required. I also have a spayed female dog to keep them company.

About: I have grown up with all different types of animals like dogs, cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, etc. I am very much an animal lover and I treat all animals with love and respect! I have provided dog sitting services for over 10 years and have cared for dogs with all types of needs. I have experience in taking care of senior dogs, dogs with disabilities, dogs with high energy, and dogs of all sizes. I wouldn't say I have experience in professional training, but I have some experience in training my own dogs (and cat). I am currently a full-time nursing student with a part time job. My schedule is changing pretty frequently, but I am very organized and good at keeping my schedule updated. I am home most of the week doing classes online, so I do have a lot of extra time for pet sitting, dog walks, and drop ins! I pride myself in creating a safe and loving environment for all animals. I treat all animals with love and respect and I always aim to make sure they feel comfortable and safe. In my own home, I only have one cat, but I aim to make the home as safe and playful as I can for him. I intended to bring the same love to other people's homes.
