“I had a fairly simple set up since the cat box and both dog/cat feeders are automatic, but my tortoise needed a bit of lettuce daily and the dog needed letting out (she has potty pads to use as well). They went above and beyond, came twice a day to break up the silence and give my pets some love,I received multiple pictures and texts to keep in touch about my trip and plans. Even brought in packages left on the porch. My doggie, huge twin kittens and tortoise were all happy and seemed very at ease when I got back. Will definitely use them again and recommend.”

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, starting with cats as a kid and later helping with my mother-in-law’s Jack Russell terrier and Siberian husky, as well as my own 100 lb English Lab. During my five years as a rural letter carrier, I earned the nickname "the dog whisperer" for my ability to befriend even wary farm dogs on my routes. Since then, I’ve looked after a mix of local pets, including a reactive Lab-Shepherd and a few energetic pit bull mixes. I’m patient, calm, and consistent, and pets trust me quickly. About: I have been caring for all different types and sizes of animals since a very young age. I used to work at a veterinary/daycare/boarding/grooming job and now work as a vet assistant! I have also pet sit for friends, family, even neighbors! I am very confident in caring for multiple pets at a time, feeding, administering medications, training, bathing, even socializing pets! I do also have experience with horses as well as other barn animals. I do have my own horse so I am able to care for livestock as well! I currently work full time as a veterinary assistant but am able to care for pets Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Sundays, and Saturdays after 3pm! My schedule may vary sometimes but that is typically what my weeks look like! I do live in a 2 bedroom house with a yard yard. I do have 3 dogs and 3 cats but I do have a crate and am able to crate your pet if needed!

Also been a great house sitter and pet sitter for my mother in the past when she visited grandkids for a week in California. As far in advance as possible since I also do crowd management seasonally but haven't worked since April 1st. P.S. A page from the daily calendar for Life Hacks encouraged me to join and I do know someone on Rover.com named Stephen. He's a dog sitter, owner, and trainer. I live in a condo on the ground level with a patio and a view of Mill Creek. I'd prefer to house and/or pet watch at your place.

About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. I have a fenced-in yard and 2 friendly dogs (lab and border collie mix) to keep your furry loved one company! I also play music often for myself and for the dogs. I find it helps soothe some anxiety for them as well!

About: I have experience working with all sizes and manors of dogs. I have pet sat for years, and have cared for dogs, cats, fish, plants and more. I walk several reactive dogs back in California, one exceeding 50 pounds. I am excited to meet the dogs of the area!! I work most weekdays, but my afternoon and evenings are usually free. I usually don’t have plans on the weekends. I will begin school in the fall. I can walk the dogs, play ball or even just give them some pets. I usually can check up on them 2-3 times a day if pet sitting. If just walking, I try to gage the energy level, and adjust my walking distance and location accordingly.
