1. Paula B.
“Paula was so great with our pup. From the minute we met her, we knew she would be a great fit. She was polite, responsive, and sent great photos and videos of our dog while we were away. She was respectful of our home and flexible when our plans changed slightly. Highly recommend. We’ve already booked her for second weekend!”
2. Jill G.
“Our dogs seemed really happy and well cared for when we got home. Jill was easy to talk to and on time. Also, communicated well and sent photos.”
3. Tommy Selling
“Tommy is exceptional in every way. This was our first time using Rover and could not be more pleased with having found Tommy and had him agree to sit our fur-kids. What was supposed to have been a home and two-dog sit turned into what would be a balm for mourning souls, both two and four legged after I had to lay to rest my best friend of 12 years unexpectedly. Oakley, our remaining fur-covered family member was/is struggling with the loss of her old friend and was very leery of even us but we could not put this trip off as it was a graduation ceremony for my daughter from Air Force BMT in TX. Tommy went above and beyond in every way and ensured that Oakley was given a safe space to grieve and keep us informed of how things were going. I could not be more impressed with his professionalism and concern. You would be lucky to have Tommy sit for you.”
4. Emily R.
“Emily did great with my dogs & I would definitely use her as a dog sitter again. She sent pictures & kept in contact with me while I was away.”
5. Mason H.
“Mason was great at updating us throughout the 5-day in house visit. He took good care of our ladies and got them out and walking while we were out of town. Would definitely book him again!”
6. Allyson S.
“I met allyson about a year ago she has been a great friend of mine. When I met her she was working as a vet tech taking care of animals full time and the way she talked about it was in the way only someone who truly cares about animals could talk. Most recently she has worked at a wildlife rehab center, a very selfless hard job where she not only cared for specific animals but also ensured the safety of their ecosystem/environment. She continually loved those animals even when they might have not been super happy to be stuck at a rehab center. I have never met someone so selfless and loving towards animals in my life. On top of that she is a awesome girl with outstanding morals that are rare to find nowadays and a smile on her face that never seems to dwindle (and a great attitude to go along with that) I don’t trust my dogs and cats with anyone as much as this girl and they light up everytime to see her. She is the perfect girl for the job!!”
7. Lee E.
“Lee was able to take care of our 3 dogs in our home at the last minute without problem. She was very respectful of our home and our animals. We will reach out to Lee first if we need accommodations for our animals again.”
8. Shaianne G.
“She was perfect! Caring! Compassionate! Defiantly will book with again!”
9. Aoife A.
“This is the first time I've utilized a pet sitter from Rover and we had an amazing experience. Aoife came over and met the dogs and got the lay of the land. We did a backyard introduction and my dogs didn't even bark at her. We showed her around and just overall had a great feeling about leaving our dogs (and chickens) with her. Off we went to the overwhelming heat of California for 9 days. She was communicative and reassured us while we were gone. We all know... the real test comes when you get home. Well she passed with flying colors. The house was in maybe a little better condition than we left it, chickens all alive, houseplants all alive, dogs exercised and ready to relax after an initial manic hello. I'm telling you, I even think my dogs may be better behaved than we left them. We've had dog sitters where we come home and have to retrain some things but nothing was amiss. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We already have her booked again! I want to note that she took care of two dogs that both have some additional needs. Our German Shephard needs her food soaked and our Pit Bull takes pills. Aoife took care of all of this without any problem.”
10. Sandor D.
“Sandor took great care of my senior dog while I was away on an overnight trip and was very communicative. I look forward to booking Sandor again!”
11. Anneke E.
“Anneke did a fantastic job house sitting for us! She followed all the instructions for all the different critters and kept us informed with lots of photos.”
12. Maddie G.
“Maddie did an excellent job of watching our 8 month old mini golden doodle. She was prompt, followed through, sent fun photos and trustworthy.”
13. Megan M.
“We are so thankful that we found Megan. She came to meet our dogs before our trip and I was at ease with how my dogs reacted towards her. She was very patient with them, kept up to date with us daily and sent us photos!! I highly recommend her and am so excited to have found someone that I trust in my home and with my fur babies. We will definitely use her services in the future.”
14. Lydia S.
“Lydia did a great job sitting for our 4 dogs. She would send updates and pics which always gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Lydia!”
15. Madalynn M.
“Madalynn couldn’t have been more perfect for watching our puppy for a birthday weekend getaway. I highly recommend Madalynn to care for your fur baby. She was very attentive and my puppy was well cared for and not neglected in any way. I came home to a happy dog. We will absolutely ask her to watch Holly again. 10 stars!!!”
16. Annie T.
“I've worked with several Rover sitters over the past few years and Annie is the absolute best so far! This was our first time having someone house sit as compared to boarding so I was a little nervous. Annie was attentive to details, did a meet and greet with Ivy a few weeks before, and again right before we left. Annie was very communicative throughout and gave us positive updates throughout. She also inquired proactively about things we may have not discussed to ensure she was on the same page. Within a few hours of us leaving, our pup was already showing signs of being comfortable which isn't easy as she has progressed from severe separation anxiety. When we came home, you'd hardly know Annie had stayed as she left our home just as she had found it. If you're looking for a reliable and compassionate sitter, Annie is your person!”
17. Ayla G.
“Ayla was great with Maxwell! Sent lots of pictures and great communication. House was clean when I got home after 3 days. Maxwell looked so happy in all the pictures. Highly recommend!”
