About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, starting with cats as a kid and later helping with my mother-in-law’s Jack Russell terrier and Siberian husky, as well as my own 100 lb English Lab. During my five years as a rural letter carrier, I earned the nickname "the dog whisperer" for my ability to befriend even wary farm dogs on my routes. Since then, I’ve looked after a mix of local pets, including a reactive Lab-Shepherd and a few energetic pit bull mixes. I’m patient, calm, and consistent, and pets trust me quickly. Pet care fits perfectly into my flexible schedule while I pursue my Master's in Behavioral Health. I value structure and routine, which makes it easy for me to keep pets on their normal schedule. Spending time with animals is grounding and rewarding. It balances the intensity of my studies and keeps my days centered on care, calm, and connection. About: I have been caring for all different types and sizes of animals since a very young age. I used to work at a veterinary/daycare/boarding/grooming job and now work as a vet assistant! I have also pet sit for friends, family, even neighbors! I am very confident in caring for multiple pets at a time, feeding, administering medications, training, bathing, even socializing pets! I do also have experience with horses as well as other barn animals. I do have my own horse so I am able to care for livestock as well! I currently work full time as a veterinary assistant but am able to care for pets Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Sundays, and Saturdays after 3pm! My schedule may vary sometimes but that is typically what my weeks look like! I do live in a 2 bedroom house with a yard yard. I do have 3 dogs and 3 cats but I do have a crate and am able to crate your pet if needed!

About: I have had large dogs since I was 3. I’ve always been quite the dog person. I also volunteer at the humane society & have for two years— so, I am trained to walk & play with dogs! I am currently in High School (will be graduating soon) so, I have free time most weekends. As for weekdays, I am usually free after 3! I have been trained to walk, play with, and care for dogs given that I am a volunteer dog walker. I have been a hired dog walker & care taker for many friends and family!

“I had a fairly simple set up since the cat box and both dog/cat feeders are automatic, but my tortoise needed a bit of lettuce daily and the dog needed letting out (she has potty pads to use as well). They went above and beyond, came twice a day to break up the silence and give my pets some love,I received multiple pictures and texts to keep in touch about my trip and plans. Even brought in packages left on the porch. My doggie, huge twin kittens and tortoise were all happy and seemed very at ease when I got back. Will definitely use them again and recommend.”

About: Growing up with dogs, I cleaned up poop and washed them thoroughly. At 12 I began my pet care service within my neighborhood and served about 10 clients one with very specific medical needs. I am dedicated to creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere for your pet whether it be in your home or on a walk. Furthermore, I have experience in training and managing behaviors of dogs as I have dealt with many temperments of dogs. I am a natural when it comes to identifying and forming my service around the personality of the dog. Any direction given to me will be followed with the utmost importance and professionalism and maybe a few dog treats. My name is Laurel and I am excited to begin this joyous journey with you and your dog. I currently am in graduate school for counseling. This leaves me with a unique schedule where I am gone for 5-6 hours Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I am dedicated to making sure your animal receives the same detailed care as you give despite these restrictions. I keep an eye on the safety and environment of your pet by consistently checking surroundings. I am also aware of the dogs body language, being taught that in my own dogs training.

About: I've grown up around dogs and taking care of them! I have experience delivering meds, taking multiple dogs on countless walks, and throwing a stick for hours on end! I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I am mostly available on weekends, and most weekdays in the afternoon. About: I love dogs! I currently have 2 dogs of my own a 5 yr old Irish Setter that I raised from a puppy, as well as a senior German Shepherd so I have experience caring for dogs of all ages.
